I made reservations for airport parking through cheap airport parking. The parking place was at the Ramada Inn Hotel. When I arrive at the hotel for parking and a shuttle. The staff inform me that they no longer do airport parking or shuttling. Remind you its 5am. Had to scramble around for the next hour to find a parking spot. Flight leaves in the next hour and a half. Trying to get my refund now and getting the run around! PLEASE DON'T USE THESE GUYS JUST MIGHT BE A SCAM!!

I have used cheap airport parking 9 times with good results. I like the choice of parking places. I have two more bookings. Be sure to print off, save a copy and email your receipt. Note your credit card number. Have had trouble with the email not getting through, so check that. There is a feature to change email accounts. Customer service is good.

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES. I CANCEL MY RESERVATIONS WITHIN A FEW HOURS AFTER I FOUND OUT THE HOTEL DOES NOT HAVE SHUTTLE TO THE AIRPORT, BUT THEY STILL WENT AHEAD AND TOOK MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT THE NEXT DAY. NOW THEY WANT TO OFFER ME CREDIT WHICH IS NOTI DON'T WANT BECAUSE I DON'T PLAN ON USING THEIR SERVICES EVER AGAIN.

Worst parking experience ever.
I reserved a parking spot to leave my car while I’m away. When I reserved the spot it stated that there will be a shuttle every 20 minutes to the airport. To my horror, when I arrived at the designated lot I found out that shuttles are not operating during coronavirus. I had to take an Uber to the airport. Had I known that shuttles were not available I would’ve made alternate parking arrangements and save myself a headache. I was further very disturbed to arrive there and find a deserted parking lot in a motel that is currently running a homeless shelter. The parking lot was open for anyone to come and go as they please. If I would’ve parked there without paying for a reservation no one would’ve even realized. I have overpaid for the parking spot and had to pay for my Uber to get to the airport. And I feel like I left my car in a very shady looking part of town.
I hope when I arrive to pick up my car that it is in one piece as I didn’t see any supervision or cameras anywhere in or around the parking lot. This was the worst airport parking experience I have ever had. I have tried to contact cheapestairportparking but they only have an email and it keeps sending me back a mailer demon. So, I can’t even get in touch with anyone to resolve my issue.

Where to start. Slowww service on pickup on airport return to Chicago AND the driver had a long personal call to finish after finally arriving and we all sat waiting for ~10 minutes before heading to lot to pick up our cars (Routes). Then after leaving and I was on the road, I saw a crack in the passenger side of my windshield. I immediately called the facility (Routes 847-671-4000) and notified them of the damage. The mgr (Rob?) was to call me back but never did. I tried nine times over two days and never got a call back. Safe and secure parking at Routes in Chicago (through cheapairportparking.org) is not true and no customer service either. There's more but I hope I've said enough to dissuade others from using them.

Do not use this service. The lot didn't honor my reservation because cheap airport parking didn't pay the lot. Had to repay and now I'm getting the runaround on getting a refund. Wish I could give them 0 stars. Thats what they really deserve. GIVE ME MY REFUND!!!

Horrible customer service. Lisa was useless. Had to cancel over 4 months in advance and it took 4 weeks to get refund. Contacting them was internet only, no phone. Always got same answer, it's out of my hands. Park elsewhere!

Customer service is very bad. Even if I got hold off of agent she abruptly end the call couple of times. Haven’t received any confirmation number after ordered is booked. Should have read other reviews before making reservation.

I used your services and parked at OMNI on October 9, 2019 at MIA. When I got there to park my truck, the guy in the parking lot ignored me and was in no mood of helping me when I asked for directions. He was literally on the phone, sitting in a car with his legs up. After finally getting off the phone he told me to go inside.
Then he was the one who followed me inside. He told me to park the truck because he was not going to drive that big truck to the airport, so I did. As I was parking the truck, the ball in the back of my truck hit the car in the back of me and made a little dent. Some lady came out without asking any questions whatsoever and was on her cell phone for about 5-10 min. The guy told me to simply wait for her. She said she was the manager and charged me $250 for the small 1 1/2" round dent in front of the car.
AGAIN, NO QUESTION ASKED.
The lady was rude, and had a threatening tone so I paid to avoid any confrontation.
What I find weird is the following:
This was supposed to be valet parking because there was literally no room to park. Their add says valet parking. The parking lot was a bunch of car squeezed together like sardines in a can. The place is small and it was extremely difficult to park a RAM3500 Mega Cab.
I also didn't know that they will drive my car to take me back and forth to the airport as opposed to providing a shuttle.
Sometimes a little saving is not worth the headache because you end up spending a lot more.
I would give 0 star to OMNI if the button was available.

Tries Everything not to refund. I made a reservation for about 25$ and canceled it one week before my trip. 1.5 months later i noticed i was still not refunded and contacted them. They said they could not refund using my credit card and could send me a check... Which is absolutely ridiculous, I am from belgium and gving that check to my bank would cost me more than the value of it! So I pushed harder to get my credit card refund and they again refused it... So in fact they simply do not want to refund me as the credit card refund is even possible 2 years later (there is no limit of time). This is a simply rip off, avoid at all cost!

You cannot trust the reviews on this site. Look at the dates and number of reviews they claim for each lot. 681 reviews....yet they show only 30 reviews and give no option for seeing the others. I just wrote a review for a lot, only to be told the review is posted on my account, but is not posted on the lot for everyone to see. This is bad business.
PS - the lot I wrote a review about, horrible lot don't ever go there, they are crooks: EZ Way Parking at EWR.

Generally speaking, their rates are outstanding. HOWEVER, if you need to cancel, they give you a real run-around. You should keep track of your cancellation confirmation codes, date and time cancelled, amount and a copy of the refund check, as you will have to contact at least 10-15 times to obtain your refund, even though the website claims it will be automatically credited to the card used. I am STILL, over a month later, trying to have a refund issued for a cancelled reservation. We had to cancel a different reservation and after MANY emails, we were sent a check, but now they don't want to refund this cancellation. Also, if you change dates, they don't refund the day you have already paid. They encourage you to cancel the original reservation, which is why I need a refund: they are still fighting me. My $55 parking now is costing $110. UNACCEPTABLE.

Honestly I had trouble finding the entrance to the self parking lot, I was in the right place just clearly didnt know which entrance was it. After asking the valet staff it was all great. The parking lot was well lit and I felt comfortable in leaving my vehicle there overnight. Staff members were all friendly and the shuttle service to the airport is very convenient!

Excellent Service!!! My first time needed to park for a week saved a lot of money instead of double the price at the Airport.
Plus I paid ahead of time also made it super easy. Valet is great from the Marriott I didn't mind tipping.

WARNING! DO NOT use cheapairportparking.com, especially if it's with EZ Way parking Newark. This place is a total SCAM!!! Don't be fooled by the 3 star rating. It doesn't even deserve 1 star, but google won't allow it. Trust me, I made this mistake when I made an online reservation on cheapairportparking.com a month in advance and regret it ever since. When I arrived to the lot(which is basically the back parking lot of the Crowne Hotel), a van driver told me that the lot was full and they were not accepting anymore vehicles. I informed him that I had a reservation and showed him the paperwork, but he rudely said it didn't matter and walked away. I tried to ask him what their refund policy was because I already paid a deposit, but he told I had to talk to the lady inside, but warned "she would tell me the same thing."
I went inside the trailer to find another upset customer being told the exact same thing. The lady at the front desk who was apparently "in charge" acted like it wasn't her problem and said we just have to go somewhere else. The customer was so angry and perplexed as to how this could happen considering he also had a reservation and needed to catch his flight. When I asked about getting back my deposit, I was told I had to go online and cancel my reservation if I wanted to receive refund? But when I went online to cheapairportparking.com to cancel my reservation as instructed, I received a message stating I could not receive a full refund because my cancellation was within 24 hrs.
I was absolutely flabbergasted as to the complete lack of concern or customer service by everyone working there. This place is a complete SCAM, including cheapairportparking.com which continues to advertise for them after the multitude a negative reviews. I attempted to contact EZ way parking and cheapairportparking.com multiple times to get my money back without any response. As of this post, I haven't gotten my money back or heard back from anyone.
Please do yourself a favor and pay a little more to park somewhere else and guarantee your car will be safe. You will save yourself the aggravation of dealing with these people or having to find another place to park last minute before your flight.
I ended up rushing to a nearby lot called "The Parking Spot" at 176-192 McClellan street, which charged me $15 per day. Looking back, I should have listened to the negative reviews online and booked somewhere else, but I figured it was cheap and how bad could a parking lot be? Well, the old adage "you get what you pay for" definitely applies to this place. I am actually glad I did not end up parking here because after reading the more recent customer reviews, it seems like your vehicle is likely to be abused or damage while you are away. Upon my arrival back to Newark airport, I called the phone number on the back of the parking spot ticket and a clean, clearly marked shuttle arrived within 3 minutes! (I've used multiple other shuttle services before and am accustomed to waiting 15-20+ minutes depending on time of day and how many shuttles offered) When we pulled back into the parking lot, my vehicle was already waiting in the front just as I left it. Upon paying, I got a discount for being a AAA member and complementary bottle of water. Overall, outstanding shuttle service offered by The Parking Spot. Very clean and professional, would definitely recommend and use again when flying out of Newark. Stay away from EZ Way parking.

Used them for the first time to book 8 days at the Miami airport. I chose their vendor Element hotel and pre-paid the reservation with arrival and departure times. I arrived at the hotel around 11:15PM for a 2:05am flight and the lot was completely full. There were no empty spaces except 2 handicap spots. Was told by one employee to park behind the shuttle as they had oversold parking. When I checked in at the desk was told by the female employee that she wouldn't trust my car in that spot for a week. In case someone backed into it by mistake, it was not a legal parking spot. Hey do not take your keys to move your vehicle. She advised me to call airportparking.org to see if they would move me to another lot. Problem is they had no telephone number listed so I emailed them. Not wanting to miss my international flight I left for another legitimate airport parking place I've used before. Thankfully it was only five mins away.
I either fly out of Miami international or use the Port of Miami for extended travel several times a year. I have never had this experience with any other parking vendor including other hotel parking lots ie Hilton Miami airport. I was able to cancel the reservation for a partial refund. I then had to email again and threaten to dispute the charges to get the remainder of the refund which is annoying. My advice avoid!

If your travel plans change after booking and pre-paying a reservation, you can cancel the reservation. However, this company will NOT issue a refund. You are out the money. DO NOT USE.

They could not have been more helpful. Helping to unload luggage is not too unusual, but how about helping me get a jump start with a dead battery and not asking for a dime?? That's remarkable. This is my go to place!
