Great service. Second time I've bought from you and both times the product was great and the delivery time was very quick

We understand that we have bought a competitive equipement - the complete propane waterheater kit TTulpe Meister 12LPM 30 bar - of good quality at about 65 % of the current market prices of similar products.

Our requests for complementary product information before ordering were met with satisfying detail via email, and almost instantly.

The follow up, order confirmation, invoice, payment arrangements, payment confirmation and shipping were speedy, one is not used to such attention any more.

We have received the lot two days after payment.
The only remark we can think of is that the shipper - UPS - should be able to be more precise as to the actual hour of delivery and that their tracking is often out of order : not very helpful to have to organise a presence for reception all day, to receive the goods at the eleventh hour. But that's just UPS.
