This is not the same as the old Charlotte Russe! I previously shopped here all the time. I loved the and selection before. I am plus size and there just isnt much to choose from now. Dont even bother the new Charlotte Russe sucks!

I bought shoes, took days to get a tracking number... they didn’t even arrive at the right time. Then they didn’t fit. So I sent them back for a full refund. They gave me $8. My total price was $22. So I didn’t get barely anything back due to a re-stocking fee that wasn’t even disclosed on the refund slip? Unbelievable. I will never buy from this company ever again. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Now that's Charlotte Russe has returned, I'm not happy, the clothes looks like a cheap version of clothes from the 99 cents store. the shoes are not up to par, everything just looks and feels cheap. I'm so upset because I was so happy that you guys were returning but after walking into the store and walked around I was shocked to see, that this what I had to look forward too. pure disappointment. only plus size is online which has 10 items. really 10 items. the store use to have a plus size section but nothing is there. I will not be shopping here but thank you for returning though

HONESTLY Charlotte Russe online shopping was horrific. Terrible communication. Misrepresentation of product. Poor sizing. Poor quality. Poor customer service. Snarky emails from a mysterious 'charlotte russe' as the signature. Poor efficiency of returns. No online customer service base. No phone number to call. No refund even 10 days after they received my package. Is it a scam?! IDK! Is it a robot?! IDKKK. I just want my money back. And apparently that is too much to ask for.

Hi my name is Selena and I just went to shop at your store at around 9pm and I had a very bad experience. I was at the Roosevelt Field Mall in the middle of a transaction with the lady named Michelle and I told her about my 10% coupon. She did not accept my coupon and proceeded to make me sign the receipt saying I agreed to pay for my clothes and claimed she would deal with the return right after. However, after signing this, she told me that it would not be possible to give me the discount. So, I asked her if I could return the items I had just bought and buy it again but with the discount, this time and she said no. And she even had the nerve to say “you could use that discount on your next purchase” as if I even wanted to come back to this store after this horrible experience. During this transaction, Michelle had to call over the store manager Jasmine for assistance on this process, which goes to show Michelle’s lack of experience and training at the register. in the midst of this situation, Jasmine was unwilling to help void the transaction and redo it. To make matters worse, the coworkers there were trying to comfort Michelle by saying that it “wasn’t her fault” in front of me, essentially implying that it was my fault. The store environment was not customer friendly. These cashiers are extremely unprofessional. I even asked Jasmine to call her associate store manager named Christen and she was unwilling to help as well. Christen even tried to place the blame on me as the customer, instead of trying to resolve the issue. I used to stop into this store to purchase items very frequently, but after being treated so disrespectfully, I will never shop at this brand again unless this issue is handled. I still can’t believe that such a big company like yourself would create such an unwelcoming environment for customers. I am extremely disappointed in this kind of customer service and behavior. And I strongly request that you resolve this issue and respond to my concern as soon as possible.

I ordered a dress from their site on sale in navy but was sent white instead. I contacted their customer service the next day to inform them of the mistake and they told me that I have to sent back the item i recieved, which I did... and they would send out the correct color.
I even contacted customer service a second time after they took a while to ship out the "correct" dress. They confirmed it would be sent out in the navy color.
I finally get the package more than 2 weeks after the original order date and again IT'S WHITE. AGAIN.
I dont have the time to go all the way to the post office and return it again. The cost of transportation to get to and from the post office TWICE is more than the cost of the dress so its useless at this point. I wont be ordering from here again. The people who work here are clearly incompetent and cant distinguish the words "navy" and "white". I thought these jobs required at least a high school diploma... Now I'm stuck with a dress I wont wear.

I was supposed to receive a refund but kept getting the run around from customer service. After several emails back and forth they said someone from the “store team” would contact me. This was back in November 2018. I never heard from anyone from the “store team” and wasn’t refunded my money. Horrible customer service and company!

I tried to exchange a pair of pants that had a broken zipper and the store at Eastview Mall in Victor NY would not exchange! They said that the tag had to be attached. I tried the pants on at home and they fit so I removed the tag. The pants were purchased two weeks ago And I just wanted to exchange. I had the original receipt. This says two things: Charlotte Russe sells poor quality merchandise and they don’t stand behind their product! Guess I won’t be going back anytime soon! Thumbs wayyyy down!

Love the deals especially around holidays but the uniqueness seems to be fading. Years ago, they would constantly have must have looks, now it seems basic and not as exciting. But the prices are great and great for teens and young adults. I might just be getting older and outgrowing the clothes, the shoes are still cute though.

I ordered 4 items from Charlotte Russe, two pairs of pants, a jumpsuit, and a pair of flats.
One of the pairs of pants are a faux leather material and smelled HORRIBLE. When I took them out of the package. Almost like a fishy smell. All the other items also had an unpleasant smell, but the leather pants were the worst. Even after washing everything they still smell bad.
The two pairs of pants are the same style and same size, one pair fits perfectly and the other is way too small. And I ordered my regular size and also checked the size chart.

I simply asked for the price of a pair of shoes and the worker gave me an attitude saying that there is a discount and she can’t do math and that I had to figure it out. Also the store was filthy. The place was a mess and there was only one person as the cashier. This will be the last time i will be going to this store.

My first order was 23 days ago, then I made 2 more orders 6 days later. I am in Hawaii, they said allow 5-15 days for shipping. After 2 weeks, no tracking numbers, had to contact them. Now I have a different tracking number for every individual item in my 3 orders, and NOT ONE of those tracking numbers is in the system of the USPS, (yes, I triple checked their accuracy) According to the company, my 1st order was to arrive YESTERDAY 10/19/18... IT NEVER CAME. TRACKING NUMBERS ARE NOT EVEN IN THE SYSTEM!!! THE other orders are supposed to arrive 10/26/18 (TRACKING NUMBERS NONEXISTENT IN USPS SYSTEM & I AM NOT GOING TO GET THIS ORDER ON THE 26TH EITHER). I have asked what's going on, they said I have to account for weekends/holidays AND that I am in Hawaii.I placed orders with Fashion Nova, Forever 21 & Curvy sense all at same time & I received THEIR orders & sent back all exchanges & returns!!! They have not responded back to me, I signed up for SMS updates, & all THAT says is " It's on its way" (with the fake tracking numbers of course) I have tried to call several times, only a message exists, they take your $$ & do NOT send product!!!

Don’t order online! You have to pay for shipping and to return items. I sent two orders back in one package and they charged me $14. Their crappy leggings aren’t even worth that. I’ll be telling everyone not to order from them.

I purchased a chenille sweater from here. The care instructions said to machine wash on delicate, so that's what I did and the sweater practically fell apart. I contacted them and explained what happened and asked if I could return the sweater and they told me to use the return label that was shipped with it. Since I liked the sweater before I washed it, I threw the return label away. I asked them to email me another and they said that was not possible. So when i told them to forget it because i would just write a bad review and take the loss, instead of just giving ne a refund, they sent me another horrible sweater! So I again followed the care instructions only this time I put it in a mesh laundry bag first, as I thought maybe that would hold it together better. It didn't. So in the end I got two horrible sweaters that fell apart in the wash that i ended up throwing away. Bottom line is terrible clothes and terrible customer service, hence the terrible review.

They are helpful but always short staffed..and be sure and check your receipt if you purchase something, I got short-changed twice the last time the cashier scanned the same item twice and ended up paying twice for one item went back and had to go through hell to get my money back. Not good

I enjoy their clothes a lot because they do carry different items that I would not find locally or online at big chain stores. While I enjoy the variety and the decently priced items, the shipping takes forever and a day. They say something along the lines of 4-6 days but it takes me two and a half weeks in Canada. Unacceptable. They used to deliver in 4 days to my area, so when did it become two weeks minimum all of a sudden? It truly turns me away from shopping with them, which is a shame as I truly do like their merchandise. Huge downfall that outweighs the benefits.
