WHatever reviews on here say this team of shitsters are genuine are lying tho their teeth!
They do not use Royal Mail they illegally post batteries ignoring indicating that the package contains batteries.
Their website states they are genuine however when it finally arrives the name Dell is covered up with black tape.
You think youre ordering from UK however to return the rubbish you have to sent it to China.
Avoid at all costs in whatever guise these creeps use.

I ordered a laptop charger, at first I thought they were based in Singapore (where I live) but later realised they are Chinese based. 2 months later I still do not have my charger and they have ignored all follow ups, this company (if they are even real) are stealing peoples money. Do not use.

Received a hp charger , power supply , took 11 days to arrive and believe it came from another country other than uk. It came with a solid 3 pin plug, not like the plugs we have here in uk. There is no fuse in it, as I cannot access the plug in any way , as it is solid. After googling this I found that the plug does non conform to british standards, and should not be used, as it could cause a fire. Now it makes me think that the power supply brick itself may be a copy / fake, therefore im not using that either. I have tried to get a refund, response from this company, but not received any reply. Luckly I paid by paypal, now getting a refund from them by opening a not as described dispute. This company has not even replied in the dispute. They say they are in the uk on there website, but nowhere do I find an address for them, or even a phone number.

If I could give this fake company a zero I would. It's been fishy from the very start. Their site had a Swedish domain name (like they have a UK-domain for customers in the UK etcetera), the information was all in Swedish and the currency was in Swedish krona, all made to make you believe that you are dealing with a Swedish company.
When I received my confirmation I realized that something was off and wrote them immediately to cancel the order. They didn't respond, but two days later someone writes from a Chinese gmail, asking for my phone number, supposedly for tracking purposes. I asked if ithey could verify that t was an original part, as stated on the website and not a generic brand of some sort. If it wasn't what it said on the page, I didn't want it. I wrote twice and got no response. A while later they wanted my phone number again. I asked them for the third time if the item was an original and was ignored. All this was in November when I placed my order, it's now soon February and nothing has arrived. They claim they've sent it and provided some fake tracking numbers. I have now taken this further with PayPal, this is a scam, AVOID!

I wish I had read reviews before ordering from this outfit. Clearly they are a Chinese business operating from spurious UK connections to appear to be a UK company.
Their service was shockingly bad, returns are non-existant and, in my experience, they simply ignore you after they tell you that you can't return an item.
My loss was under £20, so not enough to bother with legal action, but it still irritates me that companies like this can get away with their false claims, misleading statements and outrageously bad service.

Agree with other poor reviews. We ordered a macbook charger (agree it isn't a real apple product but was happy as long as it works) and after 3 months it stopped working. We used another charger to test the laptop, the result being that our laptop is fine, but their charger is faulty. Despite emailing the company via the website and via the emailed receipt, we've not had any contact from them. They provide a warranty for their products but don't honour the warranty. I wouldn't buy from here. If you look up the address on google maps, it's a residential home. Either someone running it from their living room or they are misusing a private address. All in all, I can't trust this site. Sorry. Re all the good reviews, sure your product works now. Wait another few weeks...

Unfortunately I cannot give no stars as this company is definitely not worth any stars. The company name on the website and the one they use for PayPal are completely different. I have ordered from them twice by accident because of this, the first time the item didn’t arrive and I got a refund through PayPal. As soon as I realised my mistake the second time, I requested a refund, but stupidly allowed the item to be delivered because of the rarity of the laptop charger. I received the charger but of course it was not what I had ordered and because the item was delivered I am struggling to open a case with PayPal. The charger I order I paid £53.38 and the wrong one delivered they sell for £18. The address does appear to be UK but I do doubt it is based in the UK as the phone number on the site is a nonsense number

The company is not in UK even if pretend to be. I received an item not as described. Wanted to return it as they claim a 30 days money back and apparently they are in uk (even the parcel sender is a uk address). Opened a dispute in paypal. The return address they provided is in HK, though. So the tracked return to receive a refund through paypal is very pricey, more than the cost of the actual item. Tried to get in touch with the seller, they never replied. Paypal support proved useless as well as they don't even read the messages I sent them asking to clarify the address issue with the seller. So basically money wasted on a poor fake copy of a product.

I brought a razer blade pro “OEM” charger from them on the 4th of November 2018. I waited 5 days and read the website and didn’t get a confirmation message from them (I’m not a user as I used guest and PayPal) a few more days go buy and I didn’t have a reply so I messaged them again. Still no reply so another email (asking for confirmation on my order, tracking number and why no reply).
So this was the 3rd message and I’m getting annoyed. And I say I’m going be getting PayPal involved if I can’t get an answer in a few days as this is taking the pi** but on the 12th I get a reply with an update and tracking number so I feel a lot less stressed. I also get another email the day after saying the same thing from the other email I sent. The package arrived today (15th November 2018)
It’s as discribed and shown in picture (“OEM” but it’s ASUS?) it works fine (from a short test) I’ll have to see how it goes and how long it lasts as I’ve seen people say it only lasts a week or 2 and it’s a pain to get a return, but might be different now
BOTTOM LINE! No confirmation email. Replies days later. Order received as discribed and WORKS! But IS from China not U.K.?
I can’t recommend but I can say you get what you pay for. I thought I was scammed but it’s was a fine line of safe for a first time internet purchase from an unknown source.

I do not understand why this company has such a bad rating! They came up absolute trumps for us.
Our Lenovo computer power adapter had died and we could not find a replacement here in the UK for love nor money, so went onto trusty old Google and found the one we wanted on this website. We weren't holy sure it would be the best decision we made, as it was at a good price too, but we thought we'd order it non the less and if there was any issues we could return it.
The adapter is exactly the same as the old one, fits perfectly and i am now happily typing away writing this review. Their communication wasn't the best and i did have to ask if my order had been dispatched, which it had been, but they are obviously trying to give their customers a better service, so bare with them :)

I wish I had looked at the reviews prior to buying. I ordered 10 specific laptop chargers, they sent completely different ones so no use.
No response from emails.
The site should be taken down as they are a fraudulent company.
My small school is now £200 worse of due to these scammers.
I wish I could give them zero stars or even less.
They clearly have no conscience.

There are a lot of bad reviews for this company on Trust Pilot, but I would like to give you my experience. I had good service and all was well.
I ordered a replacement battery for my Lenovo laptop. The battery arrived at my door within 9 days of being ordered. It had a good capacity of 3040mAh, whereas many advertised on the internet are much lower, often 2200mAh. Also the price paid of £36 including postage was very reasonable. I have fitted it in the laptop (Z500) now and it is working perfectly, and has well over 3 hours of discharge available in use. (Obviously more on standby).
Some critics say that chargers-pc is not a British firm, but the .co.uk ending arises from the office in the UK which places the orders. They are certainly not scammers because the part I wanted was delivered.
The part was shipped from China, as others have pointed out, but Lenovo is made in China anyway, and I believe that I have a genuine Lenovo spare. (If you don't have a Lenovo replacement battery, the laptop Energy Management detects this and gives a warning message on the laptop screen "This system does not support batteries that are not genuine Lenovo nade or unauthorised..." This battery from chargers-pc gave no such message). I think coming from China in 9 days was really good service.
Perhaps other people have had problems with individual items, I don't know, but certainly the service they gave me was excellent. I got the part I needed, at a fair price, and very quickly. There was also a very polite email, and good communication with them.

Avoid this company at all cost.
This company is not based in the UK as the website would have you believe. The item arrived from China.
The item received was a fake. I have now bought an actual original for very little difference in price.
The alarm bells rang when I received an email in pigeon English (Chinglish) after placing the order.
They will not respond to any emails now that they have got their money.
The item is potentially dangerous as overheats and could cause a house fire.
I have to assume the feedback on the website is as fake as their products having seen these reviews.
