I decided to go online so that I could reach out to a larger customer base looking for unique products. I was a little hesitant but then someone suggested ChannelSale. I am really happy that I took the decision to use the software as it gave me a lot of help managing my business on multiple platforms.

I don't usually complain about a service when it's not great. But when it's really bad and can affect our business, time and money, I think I need to warn people about it.
On paper, ChannelSale seems nice (they support various platforms) and inexpensive. But in practice, it's too complicated to work with them. All they do is basically tinkering through a messy backend. But the worse is the project management. No deadlines respected, actions take so much time, always wrong outcome so you have to start everything again.
I'm sorry to leave that kind of review but people need to know. For 249USD/month, I wasn't expecting a Rolls Royce, but I wasn't expecting cheap Pontiac Aztek either: they litterally blocked our business and put it in danger (ex: our website hyperlinks showing up on Ebay...).
Hope that helps a company looking for a third party integration and ChannelSale to improve considerably their services.

Offered "free trial" through Big Commerce platform...which you need to speak to a rep on and agree to a payment plan before your free trial can begin. On Big Commerce, they quote $99 plan, which doesn't exist as in speaking to the rep...the $99 is a manual plan and doesn't link to the system...only on the $249 plan will everything connect.

While the awesome features made us to sign up for ChannelSale, it is something different that has made us their fans. It’s their prompt response and excellent customer support. The help desk has always been very very helpful. They have always solved our problems very quickly, assuring our business doesn’t take any hit. And this is one of the biggest reasons why I recommend ChannelSale to all sellers now.
Aside from that, the platform is freakishly powerful when compared to their pricing. Helps manage my Amazon, eBay and my own website stores easily with seamless integration. Full points to them!!!! Highly recommended—more so for those who have just started selling online.

As a sole online seller, I find ChannelSale immensely helpful. One of the best things about them is that they deliver on their promises. Their centralized platform is just as powerful as they claimed.
I am not a geek and very poor in tech-stuffs and all. However, ChannelSale is relatively much easier to use. And it only took me a week or two to fully master it. Coming to its features, it has got all that I need. And at surprisingly very low price. I have integrated my Amazon and eBay stores together. Product listings and inventory management has become very convenient and efficient.
And most importantly, the customer support from ChannelSale is unlike anywhere. These people are quick and very helpful every time.
If you’re a one-man (or woman) online seller, go for ChannelSale. The solution will grow and sustain your business easily.

We once advocated for ChannelSale and now NOT so much...
The terrible experiences with management and inconsistent and poor customer service has led us to give up on this company. Although we felt they had potential as a long term solution they have failed to meet that potential through a series of failures.

ChannelSale is much better than so many other multi-channel e-commerce solutions. After wasting so much of my time with others, using this solution was worth every dime.
I mainly needed something to integrate my Amazon and eBay store and make listing better. With ChannelSale I got much more than this. And their customer support which is always available made the experience even better. Great experience. Highly recommended!!!

I don’t know why some people are complaining here. My experience with ChannelSale has been pleasant. I run an agency and have multiple stores across marketplaces. All the stores were easily integrated on ChannelSale—listing and inventory management is much easier at the moment… Plus, I loved their overall support. Whenever I contacted them, they were always very helpful.
Although I do hope they provide the sellers more written resources and guides for DIY. But besides that, everything looks good with ChannelSale (their pricing in particular). Highly recommended….

After debating a lot between ChannelSale and ChannelAdvisor, I went with the former one, and 5 months fast forward I don’t regret that decision even a bit. ChannelSale is truly the best ecommerce solution out there. With the amount of features it offers, the pricing is very affordable. I run multiple stores on Walmart, eBay and Amazon…. I have integrated them easily…. Product listing and inventory management has become very quick and efficient. I totally recommend ChannelSale to everyone!!!!!!!!!

I have ethnic and handicraft stores on various marketplaces and I recently started using ChannelSale. Honestly speaking, things have gotten much easier now. It helps in managing everything at one place. Plus, its calculus report is very helpful to analyze sales performance and tweak things for better. ChannelSale is definitely best value for money and I would recommend them to every online vendor.

Five weeks and $1500 later, very little is done. Only one market place and 200 listings are created. I am still not trained in how to create listings on their file. No written instruction. 30 minutes training section for three days a week. I am looking for another company now. Don't expect to get money back. When they call you the phone number lists as Unknown. India company.

The multi-channel inventory management feature of ChannelSale is a complete winner… and for that I recommend them to all. No more updating my stock manually from individual stores and marketplaces; and no more overselling. Also, ChannelSale offers a lot more than that which are all very helpful to online vendors. Products setup, feed management and of course calculus report that includes sales performance together-- helpful that could make life easier for even the busiest of vendors. There are no reasons not to love ChannelSale. In all honesty, it has changed the direction of my whole online business for good. And I can vouch that it is the best multi-channel e-commerce software solution out there right now. Its simple-to-use platform helps me handle my eBay, Amazon and Walmart stores at one place. It integrates well with Shopify and Magneto- 2 retail software I use for my e-shops. Multichannel selling solutions are usually very expensive but ChannelSale has been a welcome relief. The tools and softwares have been very effective in integrating over 7 platforms of sale including Amazon and Google Shopping. I am planning to expand over 2 more e commerce marketplaces that ChannelSale seems to be handling well.

AWFUL WASTE OF TIME. This is a india company and has no grasp of english, project management, deadlines, etc. They made false promises to integrate us and after 2 months of wasted effort we had to start all over.

We were told set up of our account would take 3-4wks max.
We continuously had to email to get updates and provided the merchant 12wks to complete set up, at that point we were fed up and since this was taking longer and did not work for us anymore, we canceled set up and canceled service. We paid for 2mts for "Service" when we were unable to even log in and use the service.. channel sale now keeps beating around the bush in emails saying they want us to reconsider due to the amount of effort they "tried" to set up.. we do not care how much effort they tried, the point is they did not finish or complete what we paid for. We have filed a dispute and have now hired an attorney to take care of this.
BEWARE.. IF YOU PAY IN ADVANCE THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF IT AND NOT REFUND YOU!!!!!

Hi. Sorry to hear about your experience with ChannelSale. Honestly, it is quite difficult for me to believe because I actually got timely services from this company. They asked for a month (roughly 5 weeks) within which they assured the process of setting would be complete. They clearly explained the benefits that they are going to extend in the price package and what I should expect as an outcome. Basically, it was smooth running. It is quite disheartening to hear about your experience. There should be a way out. All the best.

It is sad that you have experienced something like this. I somehow cannot seem to agree that they will not complete the setup process at all! I had signed in for ChannelSale services mainly for Amazon and Sears integration (complete) and have received optimum advantage so far. There have been occasions when I did face some listing and shipping related issues, which got sorted out after I placed a request for telephonic meeting. Took longer than I expected… but got sorted out none the less and I did not get charged for it. I am hoping ChannelSale would extend the same advantage to you and you issues get sorted out soon.
