It is a scam they tried to charged me 79.00 I called them and told them this is a fraudulent charge. They tried to sell me something else I then told them I will be calling my bank to dispute. They have supposedly reversed charges. Will find out in a couple days. If you are changing your address make sure it is a legit site with the usps. They only charge a $1.

This website did pop up from the USPS website, which is really dumb. It leads you into thinking it's legit. Nowhere do they tell you the charge on the account for the change of address service. An actual USPS will cost $1 for doing it online. If they don't refund my money I will bring them to small claims court. I don't put up with crap like this. I immediately called their customer service and demanded they cancel my order. They had the gall to try to talk me into their service! As if it costs $79 for a change of address and to put me on a do not call list. Pshhhhhh.

Don't use this service they charge 79.95 just to change your address. We had to call our bank to shut off our card and order a new one to make sure they don't take anymore out for a 1.05 service

I went to the USPS internet site to change my address. I clicked on an area I thought would change my address but found out it is a scam/fake site. I was charged $79.95 on my banking account which as of 9/30/2020 is still pending.

I changed my address from WA to CA. The site inferred that they would change my address. thinking they were the Post Office, I completed the form which indicated on the last page that it would cost me $59. I did not give them my entire credit information and did not hit the approval or final button. There was no cancellation opportunity nor a phone number or an e-mail to confirm my cancellation request. I changed my address through the post office. It cost me $1.00.

I was researching the postal website to do a change of address. The first website that was brought up was www.ChangeMyAddress.org. The website looks just like the official postal service change of address website. I put in my old address and new address and was told my payment to complete change was $1.00 so I paid it. It has NOTHING on the page about being charged $79.95. I checked my bank account and noticed that a $79.95 charge was made on my debit card. I immediately called the support contact number to request for a refund but an automated operator was all I could get no. There are no real live agents to speak to. I went through the automated operator to request for my refund and the only information that was collected from me was my first name, last name, and birthdate and then the operator said my refund was confirmed and I should expect my refund within a "few" days. I called again and went through the same exact process and the operator stated the same thing. I called my bank to report this issue and they stated that they have been receiving several phone calls pertaining to this website doing the same thing. I have not received anything confirming a real refund.

Fradulent Change of Address website
Today I went online to attempt to do a change of address request as I always do because I am moving soon. After doing a google search ChangeMyAddress.org popped up first. I noticed the website looked a bit different but I assumed an update was made. I was instructed to provide my old address and new address just like the official website. After completing the fields I was instructed to pay a $1.00 fee for the request and to put my card information in to make a payment. when I checked my account this website withdrew $79.95 off my debit card!! I immediately called the support number to request for a refund and at first all I could get ahold to was an automated operator. Later that night I tried again and actually got a live person. A young lady with a foreign accent. At first she tried to offer a partial refund but when I told her my lawyer was on the phone she offered the full 79.95 and I received two email confirmations saying that I would be refunded within 2 to 3 business days. I'm not too sure if I will receive my refund or not but If i do not within 3 to 5 business days I will be calling them again.I contacted my bank and they informed me that they have been receiving several inquiries about the same website. I ended up canceling my debit card. I've never had an issue with doing a change of address online until now. Someone please remove this website from the google engine.

My father needed to forward his mail and he thought he was on USPS. They charged him $79.95. I called and they gave me a $40 credit immediately, so if you call to dispute they will give you at least a partial credit.

So I was charged 59.95... I immediately call the site (that I thought was the actual USPS site only charges 1$) I get an automated system to cancel. Charge disappears next day. 4 days later the charge is back and withdrawn from my account. I call and speak to an actual associate. He claims he can NOT find me anywhere in the system. Not by my name, zip, or THE ACTUAL CONFIRMATION # THEY GAVE ME! Then he tells me to just contact my bank to resolve the issue be I'm not in their system? If I'm not in the system why did I get charged almost 60$!!! In the middle of a pandemic... Work and $ is slim for so many people and these SCAMMERS would rather pretend to help while stealing others money!!!!! Do NOT use this company! I absolutely regret not double checking my own damn self! Don't bother calling either. It's an absolute waist of time!

My college age daughter is getting ready to graduate and filled out the change of address form with this company. She obviously thought it was the USPS. She was charged $80.00. We called like everyone else and did get a full refund. I don't understand why this business has not been shut down!!

Same complaint that DOZENS of other folks have had about this shady outfit.
You type in "USPS change of address" in your browser (Google in my case), and these guys come up first, and give you the "illusion" that they are actually the USPS, which charges $1.05 to change your address. With outrageous pricing that is DELIBERATELY "buried" deep in the fine print of their website, these scammers nail you for $79.95 to do something that should actually cost you $1.05 to do on the actual USPS website.
The US FTC, Better Business Bureau and/or CFPB should shut these guys down. It is a total and complete SCAM to separate you from your money while fooling you into believing you are actually on the USPS change of address website.

Official-appearing USPS site for change of address. Asks for credit card info, but never states price until you've already done it. $79.95. I am in the process of moving and am rushing to get things done and then this happens. I think the official USPS site only charges a dollar, if that. I am pissed now. Located in AZ.

This site looks very much like an official site but it is a SCAM and should be shut down. I was suspicious when it did not tell me how much it was going to charge, but I knew from past experience that a change of address is only a few dollars. Imagine my surprise to see that they charged me 79.95!!! I called & insisted on a refund. they gave ne 70.00 back. Still a scam, but I was not up to the fight of getting it all back

They look so much like the official US postal site. Instead of $1, they charge $59.95. I immediately canceled my credit card.
Hopefully, I prevented any charges. Some people say that they were charged repeatedly.

Went to change my address. They use a similar look to USPS. It was also the first link that popped up. I got charged $79 without realizing how much for them to change my address, give me coupons and put my call on the do not call registry. Changing your address through USPS costs $1. Everything else they gave me are things you can do for FREE. I called right away and asked for a refund.

I went online to change my address as my daughter had done and when it wanted my payment info I called my daughter and she said she thought she had paid a couple dollars. I his submit and went to my bank to check and it showed a deduction of 79.95, I called the number shown and talked to Bob (very rude) and he agreed to reimburse me 50%. and hung up. Checked bank again an had 50% credit but he now has my card info.
