We have traveled abroad with our students through CHS Tours since 2015. We are planning our next trip to Italy in April 2020. We have had a great experience with CHA Tours.

CHA did a wonderful job of organizing this trip, from flights, to hotel accommodations, to planned stops along the journey. My students, who have not done much traveling in their lives, felt very comfortable and at ease throughout the trip. The great thing about going with CHA is they do all the work for you. You don't have to worry about reserving tours, transportation, or many other things. Everything is done and done superbly well. We saw many of the major tourist sites in Italy and Athens, and brought home many awesome stories, videos, and photographs to share with friends and family. We couldn't have asked for a better experience than the one we had. I loved it so much, I'm signing up again this year.

Traveling with CHA is always a remarkable experience. The company takes care of all the details of the trip since day one. Your tour director is always available, friendly, and ready to accommodate any change you have to make at the last minute. I highly recommend it!

We were thrilled with the entire experience! Irena was great to work with. Our tour guide, Ines, was accommodating and great with students and adults alike. The hotels and food were wonderful.

I have been traveling with CHA since 1985, and I cannot imagine using any other company. From the first day of planning a trip until the day we return home, CHA makes every step so easy. My trip counselor, Irena Prus, takes the time to personalize all our excursions, and I honestly could not think of ever losing her guidance and expertise. When we arrive in Europe, which is where we always go, our guides meet us at the airports, and help to ensure our journey is one to remember. They go out of the way to do extra things for us and find educational and entertaining things for us to do. We took our first adult trip this summer, and the travelers are ready to plan our next trip. Where will we go? I'm nor sure, but it will definitely be with CHA!

The quality of "The Artist" tour was excellent. It was our first time traveling with CHA. The hotels, food, quality of tour guides was highly commendable. The locations of the hotels, quality of tour itinerary and attention to details are why we will continue to use CHA. Customer service in planning the trip was very attentive, honest and helped us to prepare for the trip. Looking forward to travel in 2020!

Very disappointed in how CHA has handled flight difficulties at the end of our trip. We are currently stranded in an airport in New York unable to fly home and CHA has told us that we are no longer their problem. 20 teenagers and parents left in a state hours from home attempting to get a flight in which we all fit, no transportation, no sleeping accommodations, no help. I DO NOT recommend traveling with CHA if you don't want to have to solve connecting flight issues alone.

Anyone who is considering over seas travel with students, owes it to themselves and their students and families to take a long look at CHA. This was my 9th tour with CHA and each one has been better than the previous. Their attention to detail, inclusions, on tour management and so much more consistently exceed expectations. Whether standard, custom, or a mix, CHA tours are well organized and expertly executed.

This last summer I took a group of students on the Italy/Greece trip offered by CHA. The trip was incredible! CHA did an outstanding job of putting together another memorable trip for us (I have been traveling with CHA since 2000). Our tour coordinator, Irena, was incredibly helpful and attentive - she is the BEST. CHA also worked with us in accommodating some special requests for our group and they went above and beyond to make our trip work for us. Also, our overseas tour Directors (we had one in Italy and another in Greece) were extremely knowledgeable and expert in their care of our group - we were in good hands the whole time.
The hotels were always centrally located and way beyond what I would expect for student educational tours. The hotel restaurants and the independent restaurants served us delicious local cuisine; in addition, we were EXTREMELY impressed with the cruise ship that CHA booked us on for our Greek Island cruise - FIVE STARS CHA!! - Thank you! -Doug Gibson, Franklin High School, Elk Grove, CA

It has been said better late than never. Yes, my review of my 2017 Italy and Spain trip is way, way, way late. However, when I returned from my trip with CHA last August, my college classes began. And, as an English teacher, I always have a seemingly endless flow of papers, so I kept reminding myself that this review had to be done. Still, it got pushed back and back and back until it's a year later. Moving right along, I have been a Group Leader on three (3) CHA-arranged tours now. My first trip was in 2002 (France and England), the next trip was in 2015 (France and England), and the last trip was in 2017, as I have said, to Italy and Spain. I am now arranging another CHA trip back to France and England in August 2019, making a total of four trips with the same company over a period of 17 years. And, I am hoping for another Italy and Spain trip in 2021 or 2022. What more can I say? I thoroughly enjoyed my trips with CHA, particularly the tour directors for 2002 and 2015.

I've used CHA as my travel company for our university travel course to Italy twelve times since 1995. Every single trip has been excellent! I've modified each tour and CHA has accommodated my every request. The travel agents in Philadelphia have all been excellent over the years. We have had excellent hotels and locations. Ours tours were as described and when requested went above and beyond my expectations. The local guides and the CHA guides have all been the best there could be.

We have traveled with CHA Tours since 1986, and every excursion has been an incredible journey. From start to finish, the experience is truly one of a kind. Our counselor, Irena Prus, is absolutely amazing. She is so knowledgeable and professional at all times. Her expertize helps us plan every trip to perfection. We often travel to different countries, but we always try to request a tour director we've had before. They go out of the way to make sure our trip is special. The local guides in the bigger cities have so much experience and share their personal and historical knowledge. I cannot imagine ever traveling with any other company--CHA really is like family to me and to John Marshall High School!

Have traveled with CHA Educational Tours on 4 separate occasions and have always been impressed with their customer service, promptness to detail, and overall organization/structure of their trips. Tour directors have been both knowledgeable and accommodating in making the overall trip experience a memorable one.

Final payment date was February 28, 2018 and students are paid in full. We requested a departure date for June 19, 2018 and yes, we are a small group, but as of March 27th, we are still waiting, waiting, waiting for actual departure date. We also still do not know which tour we will end up on. We all have plans and arrangements to make and cannot put our lives on hold forever.

We have traveled with CHA in 2015 and in 2017. We are gearing up for our 3rd tour with CHA in 2018. We have had great service with CHA. We would recommend them to everyone.

Have traveled with students with a couple other companies.....none of them live up to what CHA provides. We have been consistently happy with their service (over more than five trips) with their service before, during, and after the trip. You truly get what you pay for, and the slightly higher cost is well worth it. Always great hotels, meals, tour directors, and tour guides. Highly recommend.

Our group had a wonderful trip to France with CHA tours in June of 2017. This was the second trip I have taken with CHA. Both Bart our tour director and Corinne our tour guide were exceptional. They were accessible, personable and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Buyer beware - rude and unresponsive customer service. I sent emails that were ignored and had a very bad experience. Was unjustly charged a late fee and there was absolutely no flexibility for them to work with me on the issue. Three ignored emails and two calls with very rude representatives did nothing. Will be recommending my child's school choose another travel company in the future.

Group# 0513, tour code TET847. After paying $6,100 for a European trip of a lifetime, I felt that the administrators at CHA should have booked the flights immediately after the deadline of April 15, 2017 instead of waiting until the end of June to ensure better seating, We sat in the very back of the plane. I enjoyed all the historical places visited, however, getting to and from each city was a challenge. After the long trip flying overseas, and at least a mile to walk with two bags of luggage, the bus driver(s) assigned, didn't want to pick us up at closer locations in any of the terminals. It was extremely hard for my group of (ten) senior citizens. Then there's no air conditioning on the bus on an extremely hot day. Once arriving to the hotel(s) there were no bellhops to help with luggage, so this was another challenge getting into the hotel and up to our rooms. The hotel accommodations were strictly for juveniles/ young adults. Twin beds were in all the hotels and room changes couldn't be made because the the hotels were full. After paying an additional fee of $494, for adults, there should have been mature accommodations. Transportation and accommodations are very important to me and other guest involved and I would hope that these issues can be resolved. I was very disappointed with the way we were handled on this trip. I would never recommend any paying adult to use this company. For more info contact C.Phillips

I have taken 3 trips with CHA since 2008. I traveled with students to Spain, Costa Rica, and Puerto Rico. My students and I learned so much on these very highly educational trips. With having traveled to 3 different countries, through this company, I can see that CHA sets up great accomodations for the traveler and provides the traveler with experiences that will last a life time. The guides not only offer information, but truly help to immerse the traveler in the culture as much as possible. An example of this was when we arrived in Spain, our guide immediately offered us a chance to experience the opening night of the Bullfights. In Costa Rica, in addition to all of the extremely adventurous activities we did on the itinerary, we were able to take a catamaran out in the Pacific and go snorkeling. The food in Costa Rica was phenomenal and the accomodations there were beyond what I had expected. In Puerto Rico, the accommodations were nice as well, however we had a guide that was unfortunately having some medical issues, which made things extremely stressful for my group. This was not the fault of CHA, however. The food in Puerto Rico was mediocre. The itinerary didn't seem to be as full as the itinerary of Spain or Costa Rica, but I think that this may have been due in part to the guide, and the country we chose.
Overall, I had 3 very successful trips through CHA. I will continue to choose them in the future to travel with, as they are very professional, organized, and easy to work with. These trips truly shape who my students are and the direction they take after they graduate. Thanks so much!
My agent, Irena Prus has been incredible throughout the planning of all of these trips. She is always on the ball with helping me to stay organized and does her best to make sure that my trips are successful.

CHA plans exciting cultural excursions for students. They see the most important attractions in each city. Their tour directors are experts in the fields. The hotels are always centrally located. I would definitely recommend CHA to anyone planning to take students abroad.
