It's early days but after just three nights, the problem with my poor old lower spine is starting to ease. An expensive outly but if the improvement continues it will be worth the money.

I tried an Eve mattress first but it was too hard and smelly (the new foam smells like drains) Casper is softer and better for light weight sleepers. I was waking up with pain regularly due to fibromyalgia but a week on the Casper and I have not had any pain so far. I bought it based on a fibromyalgia website recommendation.
It does smell like drains a bit so left outside for 3 days and put bicarb of soda on it 3 times and vacuumed off and it did get a bit better.
Not sure why a few layers of sponge costs so much but this is cheaper than others I found and I got 15% off.
It arrived quickly which was good.
Would recommend.
One star less for the smell.

I had a fantastic experience ordering a dog bed from Casper. It was delivered within 24 hours, in time for our newly adopted dog’s arrival. The bed is lovely and our dog seems to be finding it very cosy and comfortable.

Very poor service. DO NOT buy their lights. They keep delaying the dispatch date. It’s now 3 months with no apology or compensation.

Good price and service. Very comfortable mattress, not hot to sleep on and doesn't transfer movement. However, the smell is taking weeks, not days to disperse, though it is gradually disappearing.

I never had better sleep in my life. Strongly recommended. They are not cheap, offering a 100 days trial, but I do not give them back that mattress, sorry. Worth the money.

I have never had trouble sleeping until we bought a Casper.
We have had two single matresses for over a year, and have struggled to love them.
They were comfortable straight from the box, but we find them so very hot to sleep on. Every night both my husband and I wake up in the middle of the night with the matress feeling extremely warm, so hot that for me, it's impossible to continue sleeping.
There is no heat in the bedroom, we have tried toppers, special sheets, mattress pads and the conclusion we have sadly reached is that the Casper for us doesn't breathe, isn't cooling and is just too hot, hot, hot.

I would give 4 stars but my wife would give zero so this is the average. She has not slept well since we installed the matress 3 days ago and wakes up aching all over in the morning.
We will give it another week and see if she starts to find it better - otherwise we will ahve to return it under the 100 day guarantee.

Wonderful mattress and great service from Casper. Pity about the courier who failed to send a delivery time, gave us the wrong information about the product and refused to unpack and remove packaging. Casper did all they could to make things better so thank you for your wonderful help.

Wow. Yes it does feel different to a traditional matress. Somehow firm and supportive whilst being soft and comforting. I have had this matress for a couple of weeks and have slept much better than on my old one. I am not quite so stiff and slow to get moving either so its definitely kinder to my middle aged body!

I did my research and ordered 2 mattresses and one for the dog. Also ordered pillows and bed sheets etc. Can honestly say it's the first time in years I haven't got up with an aching back. Had a great sleep too! The pillows are amazing! And the dog didn't leave his bed the whole of the first night and has been enjoying it since then. These mattresses are extremely comfortable and I would definitely recommend them. They do smell a bit at first but it goes away after a few days. I will not be sending these back! Well worth the cost.
Arrived a few days after I ordered. Great packaging. I have nothing negative to say about Casper products.

I tried another mattress in a store and it was amazing but it was over £1k! This is half the price so I went with this having read the reviews. And it’s good for the price. I’d prefer the one that’s over a grand but the Casper mattress is substantial, it has handles which is useful plus the mattress keeps cool (I’m not a fan of memory foam as it’s awfully warm in the summer). So all in all I would recommend this.
