Most ridiculous expensive car park on the earth , i parked 2 days at car park 2 ( so-called long stay parking ) charged £ 50 !!!!!!!!!! never fly from this airport and never park there unless you think this is reasonable price to pay for

On our recent visit it was a shambles! Early morning arrival, all car parks had been changed and number recognition did not work....no one answered intercom , queues built up as other barrier wasn’t letting cars in either.
Eventually told to back up a move to next car park! How can you with queues behind!
Why wasn’t we informed by e.mail or better still someone at barrier to sort as cars arrived! Chaos!

Bomo Parking services - BOURNEMOUTH AIRPORT - I like many others was mislead to believe they are part of the airport which they are not. I gave them my car keys and when arrived home from Alicante on 21st May at 11pm I was told along with another customer they did not have my keys. They returned over an hour later to tell me they lost them and was going to have to look for them. They left me stuck in the airport after I refused a lift home in another customers car to Andover. At 2am they came back to tell me they couldnt be found and they were going home and didnt care when I said my house keys were in the car and I had no money. My partner spoke to John Smith (MANAGER OF BOMO) on the phone who said tough he wasnt going to get us a hotel or hire car or lock smith and that we have stay at the airport. After calling the police they located my car in a muddy field at Alice in wonderland with no security, no gates or cctv like stated on there website (http://www.carparkingatbournemouthairport.com) and this is where they keep the cars. John Smith told the police he was doing nothing for us as he had mouths to feed and the police said this happens often and they struggle to do anything as John knows all the legalities and loopholes. At 5am a member of there staff came to the airport to collect other customers keys, he refused to help us or phone John who he said was in bed and no one was looking for our key or looking after the cars they had. Even more worryingly when asked if he was insured to drive customer cars he said our insurance covers him which it does not. At 6.30 am I had to get my mother to pay for a taxi for me to collect our car spare key from Weymouth costing over 150 pounds. When finally getting to my car it was wrecked. It was a brand new 20,000 pound car that was cleaned and valeted before giving to them and it was now covered in dirt, the windscreen had small crack, a scrap on back light, the inside seats were down head rests out and looked like it had been used for tip runs. There is thousands of pounds of damage to interior with scratches Rips etc in plastics roof and seats, and 2 cigarette burns in roof. There is also what appears to be tippex or white paint badly painted over a scrape above the back drivers side wheel on panel. More worryingly my partners house key and £50 was gone from the centre console in car and this company has his home address. I believe they may be doing burglaries aswell as scamming people with the car parking. This has all been reported to police and I have video evidence of everything I have stated. Also bear in mind, the company was not expecting us back until the following day, giving them time to take our keys to get cut (possibly). neither keys have been returned, no reimbursement/apology has been made. https://youtu.be/T8MSYu__nkw

I was sceptical at first but the service was first class. I got a phone call just before I arrived as I was late due to traffic. They were waiting as we got to departures. Sadly plane was delayed homeward bound but they were there waiting at 1am! Would definitely recommend and would use again

Waited two hours for them to return my car to me at the airport stood there waiting, no apologies just it takes as long as it takes , would not recommend to anybody as my car was in a right state as if someone had been doing taxi or dump trips in it , interior is all scratched and marked scuffed. Absolute scam there are much better honest , trustworthy and reliable services out there , don’t make the same mistake we did !

Upon arriving to park our car we phoned to confirm where we should leave our car. A lady waved us down and over the phone told us to park through the barriers. We met the lady at the enterance of the airpoint who we waved at previously and began queing in the airport for about an hour.
After arriving again from our holiday we picked our car up and the exit barrier said we owed £177. We had to go to the help desk inside to find our this company is using the airport car park as a temporary drop off and we were meant to leave our car keys with the representative.
At no point did the email or the rep on the phone say we had to do this. We called Car Parking at Bournemouth and spoke to the same lady as before who said "we were a no show and are liable to pay the £177 and it is not her fault." She confirmed that she knew who we were as we waved and even confirmed what car we had.
There was no effort made to contact us while we were at the airport in queue for an hour!
They have refused to refund us the £40 we pre paid nor were they going to cover the £177. I asked where the office was based and they refused to tell me the address.
There were other people complaining on the day that they same thing happened to them.
I would stay away from this company as they are very unprofessional, rude and take no responsibility for faults in their service.
Never felt so scammed after such a nice holiday.

The instructions do not mention that the car needs to be moved or keys handed over. This could be clearer.
1. Use the LEFT HAND LANE to enter the airport car park directly opposite the departure terminal. (Do Not Use The Green Lane)
2. Collect the orange token at the barrier & park in bays A or B in the drop-off area.
3. Meet our representative at the front of the departure terminal.
4. On your return we will greet you at the arrivals terminal and show you to your vehicle.
Our representative will meet you at the front of the departure terminal at 27-05-2018, 08:00. Please ensure you arrive at the time you have booked."
I did not ask to be ran after, it takes minimal effort to pick the phone up and call a client if you think they are having trouble after having spoke a few minutes ago.
As again the customer is always wrong with this company, I will check for the refund which I appreciate. There is an obvious hole in the instructions, it couldn't hurt to review this instead of people being blamed and forced to pay extra fees from the airport car park. This is not a personal gratification thing, its about making sure people get a good service hence why reviews like this are useful.
Could you remove my cars registration in your comment as well please.

Everything regarding drop off for car and collection was excellent. Very friendly staff, efficient and all went off without a hitch.When I phoned onsite team to notify change of drop of time I was on hold for 16 minutes then it cut off and 2nd phonecall on hold for 10 minutes and gave up. Almost cancelled as concerned if there was an emergency glad I didn't because service was excellent.

Highly recommend this professional and helpful service. Easy booking and instructions to follow. Plane delayed by seven hours on return and still a friendly and helpful service when we came through the airport late at night.

I'm interested to know why the boss/staff from Bomo Parking services felt the need to take house keys from a vehicle as well as loose the Car keys to the same vehicle.To their knowledge, the staff at Bomo Parking services were not expecting the owners until the following day. arriving home early to keys missing (house keys most likely got cut) not only is there expenses HE IS REFUSING TO COVER, lock changes, key replacements, damage to vehicle, stranded at bournemouth Airport from 11pm to 7am... The manager of bomo Parking Services response..."not my problem". refused to look for key, went home to bed! refused taxi fair, refused us accomodation over night... So I'll ask... how many house keys do you take and get cut before people return from their travels? YouTube video of evidence will be posted soon. Staff being unhelpful, and during the 15 minute video, not one apology from either of them... and what is the two websites all about, one has T&Cs the other doesn't. one has Bournemouth Airports address (FOOLING people in thinking your company (if you can call it that) is based on their grounds www bournemouthairportparking ukco uk carparkingatbournemouthairport com Does Bournemouth Airport know you're using thieir address! Made booking on 5th Feb but it was not made clear until after the booking was made that vehicle keys had to be left so cancelled the booking immediately by email. No reply other than a generic automated email response. Managed to talk to John on the 7th who agreed to refund the booking less a £5.00 admin fee which we agreed to. Despite several further emails and attempts to talk to someone on the phone we are still waiting for the refund and it is now 9th April.

Rude, unhelpful. Booking system error and when I contacted them they did not answer the phone. Then accusing me of not calling them as they WERE DEFFINATELY IN THE OFFICE. Emailing them to cancel the day before the flight and they refuse to give a refund.
Stay clear of the company. You would get better service to use a local taxi company or book the airports own carparking.
There web site says they have a good customer complaint system. This is a joke. Unless rude and disgusting emails are an acceptable way of dealing with complaints.
Anyone who wants to see the sort of email responses and customer service should look at some of the responses posted by this company and I am happy to share the responses I have received. Apparently I’ve been offered a credit note - my email trail would suggest differently.
Clearly a family run business that lacks the family ethics and decency one would expect. Beware of this company.

On the 1st June I flew back to UK (Bournemouth) from Poland (Krakow). I picked up my car from BOMO PARKING SERVICE. Due to bad weather our flight was delayed by 3 hours and we landed after 11pm. Together with my wife and children we got to the car. We didn't even think that the car might be damaged. I have left my car on various car parks in UK and I have never encountered any problems. The next morning I noticed that the front and back of the car is scratched and the rear lamp broken. Right after that I called the customer service of that company. I spoke to an employee who asked me to write an email describing my complaint which I did. I didn't received any reply for 3 days, after which I was told that the case has been forwarded to a manager and I have to wait for his decision. In one of my previous emails I attached the car repair bill and a request for the CCTV recording. Today, 14th June, two weeks have passed and I haven't heard a thing. This is completely unacceptable.
You were under a legal duty to take care of my car while it was in your possession. Furthermore, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 requires you to use reasonable skill and care while carrying out work. The fact that my car was damaged while in your possession is evidence that you failed to take reasonable care of it.

I booked for a weeks parking at Bournemouth Airport including my car to be valeted. The process off pick up and drop off was very easy and the man who greeted me was very friendly. However on my return from my holiday I was unfortunately told that they hadn't had the time to valet my car due to staff shortages, but I was reassured that I would receive a full refund for the service. This was on the 23rd of May. On the 29th May I emailed to ask where my refund was as I had not received it or any communications from the company, and I got a quick response to apologise and was told the refund would be processed within 3-5 days. 9 days on from this I am still yet to receive a refund.

Like others who have reviewed this company I believed I was making a booking using the official Bournemouth Airport Car Park service, I think it fair to say the website is misleading.
When I collected my car it had a 75cm crack in the windscreen which was not present when I dropped off the car. After pointing this out to the representatives at the airport I was told the boss would call me that day. He never called. I chased with an email receiving a reply from Mr John Smith telling me the crack was present when I dropped the car off!
There was also some damage to the car bodywork, which in all honesty I cannot be sure was caused by Car Parking at Bournemouth or BOMO Parking Services Ltd, but the car certainly did not have a crack in the windscreen.

I was met at the airport on departure and arrival at Bournemouth airport,the young lady that met me on both occasions was very polite and professional, she explained everything I needed to know and was very helpful.
I would use again without a doubt.
