They stink. I placed an order of an "in stock" item and was notified on the receipt that it was back ordered. Item never shipped and attempts to communicate via email and phone were futile. Now at least their site seems to be down so they won't be ripping off other folks. Paypal is past 90 days so I can probably kiss that $30 good-by. If they return, avoid this unethical merchant.

I bought a book from this seller on December 6th, but they never responded to my attempts to contact them through e-mail, phone, or their chat support system. Needless to say, I never got my item and filed a paypal dispute.
It's weird, they are a new site, started in october (just in time for the holidays) but then they must have decided that business was not for them.

This company will take your money immediately then never ship your order. They list items as being "in stock", but then after you wait for a month they finally say they are backorderd----but they are still listed as "in stock" on the website. No communication from company even though they have your email and phone number!! You can post questions about your order, but no one ever gives you an answer. They have a phone number that does not work---all servers are busy message when you call. Avoid doing business with these people.

So, I seem to have had an identical experience as the last person. I ordered a Christmas gift on Dec. 7th and had tried to contact them for about a week or so thinking I should have received my item or at the very least something saying it had been shipped. Finally after emailing, calling and leaving a message on their non-existant customer service line on their website I contacted paypal who I went through. If it weren't for them I'm not sure I would have gotten my money back. I filed a complaint yesterday or the day before and today they refunded my money. They're right up their with Shoebuy as worst company ever. I wish I had known they were such a bad company before I ordered, could have gotten the gift on time from some place more trustworthy.

This website is the worst. Do not order from them because you will never receive your package unless you stay at home all day and wait for UPS to arrive. This website requires someone be home and sign for the package in order to have it delivered. They have no customer service and no one you can talk to if you have any problems. Stay away, you will just be wasting your money.

Yeah, I've ordered from this site. It's been about a week and they have yet to ship the item I ordered, which was said to be 'In Stock'. Their Customer Service line is just a personal voicemail box and I have yet to recieve a callback from the multiple times I have called it; also no replies from emails. I'll give it another week before I begin reversing charges through my bank--I've gone through this crud with websites before.
