was a big fan of CG for years but the warranty / CS is absolutely disgusting. recently noticed that the hood fur started to shed and sent in for repairs (no cleaning, no abuse, even limited interaction with the fur itself). London store told me that there is a "life time warranty" ... but after reviewing the fur, they are putting me a $100 bill to pay for repairs - case 00051426. Clearly its a manufacturing defect, but they want to make money off me. disgusting. as much as I liked CG for its coats, I'll never buy there anything again because of these nasty tricks

do not order from this company - the service is disgusting, i have had an issue since march, i returned a coat which was far to small, they accused me of it being worn, this is impossible as said to small, i got called a liar, and they said they would return the coat, they havent returned the coat or issued a refund. i asked for a full investigation and nothing. £1000.00 out of pocket and they do not care. disgusting company

I had the bloody best service ever they received my jacket they contacted me that day and said they would like to replace me with a new jacket, honest to god i was so worried because of the reviews but they contacted me straight away and told me not to worry and guess what within a week the coat came!!! Dirty company – the warranty is a lie. I bought a new jacket in November, wearing it for the first time in December, and the fluff inside was coming out. I sent it in right away hoping to get the issue fixed or get a replacement jacket for the remainder of winter. They told me I could get a replacement jacket, but not the same model as the one I bought. The thing is, I tried on all the other jackets but none of them fit me as well. What kind of warranty is that? Have you ever heard of a car dealership saying, "Sorry the luxury SUV you bought had defects, but we won't give you the same spacious SUV, rather we're giving you a smaller sedan."

In return for the hassle they made the company went above and beyond to make the situation right by resending it same day and sending me a new hat for my troubles. I gave my limited edition jacket ($1400) which I bought from Toronto, has ripped sleeves. Went to store on London, the staff said because it has "LIFE TIME WARRANTY", they can repair it for free, they asked me to make it drycleaned (£15) and bring it to the store. I did, and I received this:

As discussed, the garment is beyond repair. In addition, I have asked my manager to call you.
We are sorry to not have been of much assistance.
Yeap, they can't even repair their own jacket, above all they can literally disregard any repair by simply reply with the above email. Truly, there is no such a thing as "life time warranty".

I ordered a parka from Canada Goose after nearly 6 months of saving £900 so I would have a quality parka come the colder weather All was fine delivery arrived within 48 hrs which was great upon opening the box and taking the parka out it seemed as if it wasn’t brand new looking closer could clearly see bobbles on the inside of the cuffs there was sand like in the inside thermal pockets and stains on parts of the jackets. You can imagine my disappointment BUT I thought this was a mistake and contacted CG explained my findings they advised me to return it which I did the next day checked my account after 5 days still no refund contacted them the person I spoke with advised me that a Manager would be intouch. The next day a manager called me explaining that the refund had been rejected due to me sending them a different jacket you can imagine my horror I said wrong jacket ???? What does that mean did I send you a jacket from Primark in the hope you wouldn’t notice. No he replied the jacket is the correct style size colour but it’s serial numbers don’t match first I thought maybe It was a late April fools prank but it wasn’t This has to be a joke as I can’t not even begin to imagine how this can be possible he advised me the best they could do would be to clean the jacket and send it back I am now £900 out of pocket and my only option is to accept a second hand jacket

Hey all just ordered a jkt for my son €675 .This was from the European wed site based in Switzerland ,firstly ordered on sunday evening all was good compelled the order money was taken from my sons account. Then less that 10mins later got email saying it order is cancelled for security reasons. The money still not back in my sons account.Rang Customer care monday but the whole website was down due to maintenance. Finally got in touch later in the day like about 3pm Monday, got told it was no big deal no apology this happens all the time ,money still not in my sins acct and no order , got told I had to reorder it and the money would go back into the acct today. By 5pm the money only got back in , had to reorder it still awaiting on a email to confirm order .also on Sunday evening I had rang my bank got told it wasn't any security issue on our end or with our bank in dublin .
Firstly the service is not up to the standard u would expect from a company that sells high end products that can run in to thousands of euros. I will not use the site again .I would not recommend anyone else does if u want to just loss a large amount of cash and be told it's no big deal .

Canada Goose has ab-so-lu-te-ly the WORST customer service on the planet. I live in Toronto, Canada, and bought a coat 1000 CAD worth. It did not fit, so I wanted to exchange it for the next size up. I called customer service in Quebec, lonnnnng wait on the phone (20 mns), after which I asked for one (1) flat measurement (chest) of the bigger size coat. The person just disconnected me. I emailed customer service with the same question. Never got a reply. I called again, lonnnnng wait again (30-40mns) and after my request, the person said, "you have to understand, we're very busy at this time of the year..." like, yes, we're in October, HOWEVER, how long have they been in business? And they don't know that comes winter, they should expect to be busy and to double up on customer service? They're selling winter gear!!! For a so-called "Luxury" brand, they have a "Pauper" customer service. I returned the coat and will NEVER EVER BUY from them.

Absolutely shocking service. Bought a raincoat,the last medium one in stock. When it arrived I unboxed it to find a small noticeable hole on the inside. So as anyone would i sent it back for a full refund. It was posted on the Thursday, they received it on the Friday and processed my refund. At this point i put my name down for a notification email when a medium became available again. 12hours later I received said email informing me a medium was back in stock. I know what your thinking, they couldn’t could they? Well they did. I paid more money to get the same jacket with the hole in it resent to me. This company unbelievablely put this faulty jacket back on the shelf for resale, lucky for all you people out there that i got it again. Id love to say it ends there but if it happened once,then chances are it will happen again. Still waiting on a reply from head office and my second refund , can see me gettyone but not the other so take note people, this company are only after your hard earned money and don’t give a flying #%+* once you cut the tags off.

Worst customer service quality I have ever experienced. I called for an item and asked for availability and putting it on hold before I drive all the way to their Yorkdale location. When I went there not only they did not hold the item but even they did not have the item in the same size in different color. They brought worng size, wrong color and different model and asked me to try those. Total waist of time and low quality of customer service.

There is no such thing as a warranty with Canadian Goose. Their warranty service says if they have to repair something you will have to pay for it. Had the coat 6 months a painter got paint on the back, I looked up everything I could and got 80% of it out. Called the store they said it has a life time warranty and they could repair it, I would be charged but they would contact me. After two months they did sent it back with the paint still in it. They did not change out the panel as claimed, they charged my credit card 55,00 for cleaning now the paint is really in there. DO NOT BUY FROM THEY, VERY DISHONEST. You will be bait and switched, they will tell you and give you another, its illegal in the US

Canada Goose has absolutely the WORST customer service. I moved to Montreal in March it was my first and last experience with that brand, I bought a jacket for 1500$ CAD. I bought it as I wanted to use it for minimum 4-5 years especially that I payed 1500$ now and I cannot use it in winter. It did not fit, so I wanted to exchange it for the next size up.I went after 2 weeks to the store they told me there’s sings of use on it and we cannot exchange it with a bigger size, and I only used it for one week it turned out when it’s so cold and I want to wear more clothes I cannot close the zipper how can I survive the winter with it???
I sent them an email, They told me I have to send another email for Quebec branches what????? Isn’t supposed to be your job to forward it ?? Anyway I sent them another email to Quebec branches in Montreal, I didn’t receive any reply. I called the customer service and I told them the whole story and they told me they are sorry they cannot do anything because 30 days of warranty have been passed and we cannot exchange it.
It’s not my fault if I went to your store and they didn’t accept to exchange it, it’s my worst experience EVER.
I considered as my top brand but now I don’t want to walk in that store again.
How they can let people pay 1500$ without being satisfied and happy with their jackets???? TOO BAD

So sorry that I purchased a Canada Goose jacket for $599 plus HST. Zipper failed within 5 weeks. Abysmal quality. Website said it should be dry cleaned before sending it in for repair - hell no, it’s 5 weeks old. Cost $40 for box, Canada Post with insurance and signature. They should have paid for the return not me - better yet the store where I purchased it should have replaced it.
Don’t waste your money - this is an overhyped product ( status symbol for some) but the customer service is terrible. You can get a better coat for a fraction of the cost elsewhere.Ive learned a costly lesson.

A couple of months ago I purchased a Canada goose jacket. When purchased, I noticed that the zip was faulty, when I tried sipping up the jacket, the zip would constantly get stiff and I would have to pull it abnormally he’d to zip it up as well as being careful not to damage the coat. Even worse, when the jacket was worn, it appeared that the feathers from within the jacket were seeping through it. As I didn’t and still haven’t worn the jacket on the regular, I assumed that if I were to keep the jacket in the right temperature and be moderately careful with it, That will stop the feathers from appearing from the fabric and falling out. However that was not the case. I looked up Canada goose returns policy and decided to write them an email seeking help for my problem, however I still haven’t gotten a reply. I’ve been very satisfied from my previously purschsed items form Canada goose and have not once received this problem. This is not the quality I expect from my Canada goose jacket worth £450.

As per my telephone message, please be advised we are unable to repair the coat as we no longer have the same materials in order to fix the zippers. The tape would need to be removed and replaced, and the coat no longer has the lamination necessary to have the reflective tape stick.

The coat will be shipped back to you next week, and when the courier collects the parcel, you will receive an email with tracking and delivery information.
