DISGUSTING COMPANY - i ordered a jacket back in march for a Birthday present, i had it a week before the birthday then went on holiday for a week, the coat i ordered was the wrong size and i returned it upon my return from holiday. Canada goose got in touch and advised the coat had been worn, this is impossible it was completely the wrong size and would no way have fit, all i wanted was a replacement. i have been refused a refund and was told the product would be returned - 5 months later still nothing received, canada goose are absolutely disgusting and i cannot understand what has happened, i believe something untoward has gone on in the warehouse, maybe the coat was dropped, swapped however i am yet to receive an explanation. i have bought many canada goose jackets however i will never buy one again due to the service received i am 1k out of pocket with no coat for the husband. i kept receiving emails asking where to ship the coat to - canada goose have the shipping address andn i have confirmed this on the phone yet still no coat and no refund. i am disgusted with this

I originally bought a grey MacMillan Parka 2 years ago and a year and minimal wear I noticed white marks under armpits on the external material. I contacted the warranty team at Canada goose about it and they said to send the jacket in. After inspection they said the material was faulty and the white marks shown were undue wear and tear for the jackets age and sent me a replacement, this time in black. That was ten months ago and fast forward to today and I have the same issue with white marks under the armpits. I again contacted them a month ago and sent the jacket in. I received a very vague email regarding some repairs they were carrying out, which included replacing both cuffs, restitching certain areas and colour fast treatment. I received the jacket back and the white marks were still under the armpits. I contacted them and they said that the jacket is not faulty and the white marks are due to wear and tear, a totally different story to my last jacket where they accepted the issue without fuss. Apparently the jacket is fully functioning and it is not an aesthetic jacket, made solely for cold weather and therefore white marks are not an issue. For a £800 coat....not meant to look good for more than 6 months.....who are they trying to kid. It is like your paint peeling off your year old car and the manufacturer saying that as it still drives and is safe it is not an issue!! Add to that the fact the jacket needed multiple repairs I hadn't even known needed doing makes you seriously question the quality of the jackets. Their stance is firm, there is no escalation process other than speaking to a manager. Shocking customer service. I for one will not be buying another of Canada goose jacket, will be strongly suggesting any friends, family or readers of this review do not unless of course you want to spend a lot of money on a coat that will look seriously worn after minor wear.

I purchased an expensive CG coat last year. After little use the zip broke. After much going back and forth with them I returned it (at my own expense) and they agreed to carry out the repair on Dec 20th. I called yesterday to get an update and was told 6 weeks plus a delay because of the holiday period. In other words I probably wont get it back until end of February. What use is an £800 + coat if you cannot use it for the coldest months of the year! I asked to speak to a Manager but after my request was ignored 5 times I was eventually told they would call me back. However I did not get any call. This a premium priced product but the customer service is bargain basement poor.

Customer Service/Support is Lacking but the Product is Fantastic,
Canada Goose asked for my review of the product I just received, I wrote my review and Canada Goose rejected posting it on their site telling me it didn't meet their guidelines. As well, they haven't offered to replace the damaged box the product arrived in:
"Purchased the Garson vest as a Christmas gift for my son. Product arrived in good time but the gift box that it was in was in very poor shape. When I contacted Canada Goose they apologized and told me this SHOULDN'T happen the NEXT time I order product from them. That was it! Needless to say I am disappointed in their lack of ability to fix such a minor problem on their end and such a disappointment it's going to be on my end when the gift is opened."

I have bought a Chateau Parka jacket from this store, and ship to Germany through a package Forwarding Company Global shopaholics. Jacket material was very good, and it was not expensive as well
