Jim Sr. Is who I was speaking with. I needed my contacts in by Halloween and he helped me find a solution (mind you, I only had 2 days before Halloween) that being said USPS messed up my order and it looked like it hadn’t been sent out so I kept calling and he would answer me and help me and almost calm me down. My contacts came on time. I definitely recommend using them. They actually answer. Even on a Sunday morning
