I purchased a 2nd hand car from Camberley Motor house. The Car have multiple problems and when I spoke to the dealer about the same, they refused for any assistance. I took the car to different workshops for repair, however they refused to work on the car due to multiple major faults in the car and told me to reach out to dealer and get it repaired by them. However, the dealer refused to take any responsibility. I will not advise anyone to buy cars from Camberley Motor house.

Please don’t deal with this dealership.

I saw a Citroen C1 advertised on auto-trader and called Camberley Motor House to discuss the car. Adam assured me it was in good condition but told me ‘honestly’ it had a bit of a ‘dent’ on the passenger side. He said it wouldn’t cause any issues and wouldn’t bother him so I paid a £95 deposit to secure the car because he was so sure I would buy it once seen.

Went to look at the car this morning and the ‘dent’ is actually significant structural damage to the passenger side, obviously from an accident. The left side above the front wheel has been hit, or hit something, which has caused the left side to shift and the headlight has been pushed in. This is not mentioned in the ad and was not told to me when I called to discuss.

Adam was purposely misleading and now refuses to refund my deposit, which I think is disgusting as he wasn’t honest. Had he told me the ‘dent’ was more significant, I wouldn’t have bothered to pay a deposit and definitely wouldn’t have taken the time to see the car.

As such, buy from them with caution. The prices you see are also misleading as they charge a £95 ‘admin fee’ which isn’t disclosed in the ad either.
