Working with Zak from Cad Simplified helped me get over the hump of working in Revit with no previous experience. Zak was fast, able to respond immediately to the specific, and rather unusual aspects of revit that I needed for my work. Couldn't give a more positive rating.

Zak improved my Revit skills greatly. I found him to be a great teacher, who worked patiently and tirelessly to do so, setting aside extra time at my request. I got my money's worth for sure-- I now feel so much more confident in Revit.

I took Sketch up Level 1 with alot of anxiety on my first day. Zak, took care of that with an exceptional, clear, concise and easy to grasp teaching style that made the whole experience grounding and fun. He ensures that there are leaps and bounds in the learning process. At the end I had working knowledge and the confidence to apply it immediately in my designing process.

Just like the title. Zak makes CAD so easy that I never thought I could learn it so quickly. I'm looking forward to take his other classes in the future.

I took a 2 day, intensive class to learn SketchUp from Cad Simplified and I have to say that the class and the instructor, Zak, were great. I really needed to get up to speed quickly and being able to take a 2 day course was convenient. The instructor took the time to address each of the students' individual needs in addition to teaching the basic mechanics of the software. I would highly recommend taking a class at Cad Simplified and the instructor Zak.

My experience working with Cad Simplified was fantastic. Zak Bilbeisi is able to cater to individual learning styles by adjusting the way he communicates information. Prior to starting class we created a road map of what I wanted to accomplish in each lesson. Not only did Zak meet all of my goals but he also was able to go beyond my expectations. Additionally being able to interact with Zak in person made it possible for me to learn how to operate CAD efficiently. The shortcuts Zak will teach you have the ability to set you apart from the rest of CAD users. Being able to sketch quickly and accurately were the greatest lessons I learned at Cad Simplified. These lessons are hard to learn without having the ability to interact with someone like Zak who has over 15 years of experience using the software. I would highly recommend Cad Simplified to anyone looking to learn how to operate CAD efficiently in a short amount of time.

CAD Simplified was just that - CAD Simplified! The instructor, Zak, is a dynamic person who easily assesses people and will adjust his approach to each of his students in a way that they will understand, learn and apply the concepts/principles of the programs. This is only one of many qualities that makes taking a class with CAD Simplified worthwhile and a great investment. If you are interested I strongly recommend taking a class here as the times/cost and quality of information cannot be beat anywhere else. If you have searched online you will find that CAD simplified is ranked #1 everywhere for a very good reason! Stop searching and sign up already!

I really enjoyed the class and am in the 2nd class, both Zac and Chris offer an amazing program.
There is one thing that would be very helpful. The classes are designed to transmit maximum amount of information in a short amount of time, which they do very well. However it would be helpful to have a simple list, a simple list of Autocad commands at the end of the class, with a one line description to the right of it at the end of class for the student to take with. It would be a simple 1 page list of commands per class which would be the main tool-belt the student can use later as they practice more.
Anyways, even if this is not available the class is great and I'll be referring people to it any chance I get. Thanks!

I have just finished CAD Level 1 and feel extremely confident to start using CAD on my own. I have tried learning it before but once I started this class I realized I hadn't really learned before.
Chris was patient and understanding, every class he would ask if there anything specific we wanted to know. Even though it was a group class I felt it was personalized to my needs. I liked so much I will go on and take CAD 2 as well as one on one rendering classes.
Have already told my co-workers to take the classes... and will continue to learn with Chris.

Having used AutoCAD for more than 15 years, I was hesitant to take on learning Revit. The class is great, I see a lot of benefit from knowing both programs and Zak is definitely the person to teach it. Long on patience, extremely knowledgeable and very easy to follow. He sets an easy to follow pace while still not lingering on items. He keeps you moving forward.
Looking forward to learning more. I will definitely take more classes from him.

This course (both 1 and 2) made learning CAD pretty easy! It is all then up to you to practice and use what you have learned. Easy step-by-step ways of doing things are taught and if you need a little help, they are willing to help you through the step. Highly recommended!

Overall (because I am such a beginner) this class was much too accelerated for me, but the teacher was great and I will continue on to take private instruction.

CAD Simplified has been a great experience. Zak is a very skilled instructor. With small class sizes of around six people he is always able to give one on one attention to everyone. Zak manages to keep the class moving forward at a good speed for the students that are picking things up quickly while taking the time to make sure nobody falls behind. I have completed the level 1 & 2 classes for AutoCAD at CAD Simplified and the results are incredible. After just 8 evenings I feel like I have been working in AutoCAD for many years. With a little time to refine my skills I feel that I have a very good knowledge of how to use all aspects of this complex program. One of the most important tools I learned from Zak at CAD Simplified is not just how to use the program but how to use it quickly and efficiently. Zak emphasizes the importance of using key commands and short cuts that help you move fluidly and efficiently through any program. I will be returning for more classes at CAD Simplified for the 3rd level of AutoCAD and am seriously thinking about Revit and some of the other great classes that CAD Simplified offers.
Sign up for the classes. At such and affordable price and small time commitment it is well worth your while weather you are a first time user or just want to brush up on technique.

I highly recommend Zak and CAD Simplified! I just took his SketchUp class and was very impressed with Zak's knowledge level and teaching ability. He taught a ton of time-saving shortcuts, and he was a very patient and entertaining teacher. He was able to quickly gauge the skill level in the room and tailored the class accordingly. After this class, I feel very confident that I can immediately start using SketchUp to produce high quality work product.

Zak is a skilled teacher and BIM expert. He is able to quickly tailor his sessions to the knowledge you need to complete tasks, to keep projects moving forward. Hard-working and genuine, Zak does not just try to log hours. He genuinely wants his student's skills to improve (in my case, with Revit). Regarding scheduling, Zak will make all attempts to work within your schedule: He's flexible. I highly recommend Cad Simplified. Sessions are valuable (and enjoyable due to Zak's easy-going personality). It would be a mistake to use any other cad service in the Bay Area.
