Horrible, used 40,000 miles to get gift cards and have received no vouchers! I emailed them several times with no response so far. It looks like a scam. I can't believe Lufthansa has come down to this- first the shameful collaboration with the United and now this! I'm totally disappointed!

I wish I would have read these reviews before redeeming my miles on a gift card through this site for my son. I just never expected that Lufthansa would deal with a company as unreliable as this. I redeemed my miles for a gift card with them, received confirmation stating I would get a separate email with the card, and never received it. Now the order says payment not received, yet I had to use my miles to even confirm the order. Terrible. Very disappointed.

Horrible experience (wish I seen these reviews first)
I used 27,000 Miles and More miles that were about to expire. I received the confirmation email and could immediately track the order. Then within a few hours I could no longer track the order (I got an error message saying that the order number did not exist).
After a few days I noted that the miles had not been deducted from my account and so I thought it might be an error so I attempted the transaction again but the same thing happened.

UPDATE: I got my money back after adding this review :/
DONT SHOP AT CADOOZ. This company is a scam. I ordered 2 vouchers. The transaction went through and my bank told me they received the money but the CS told me i didn't confirm the transaction. I called my bank again and they confirmed the money bounced to the merchant.
I didn't get my money nor the vouchers and i am gonna call my lawyer.

This is an update to my last review which was reported by Cadooz 'for breach of Trustpilot guidelines.' This is because I vented my frustration about not receiving ordered gift cards for more than a month...So, here is an update and reason for changing this review: After almost 2 months I reordered my starbucks cards for the third time, as advised by Miles & More. Apparently my account 'was blocked' and that was the reason the order has not been processed. However it didn't appear to be the case, as I could make orders and I have both previous orders confirmations. Anyway, I have reordered just couple of days ago and my cards arrived quickly, just today. This time the order was different as I was able to track the order straight away, not like 2 previous orders. So it may be that there was a temporary problem with ordering the gift cards via Miles&More. It may be problem with Miles&More website as well, however from e-mails from them this is not confirmed. I am happy now that my order has been completed, but I give 3 stars due to previous problems and lots of time and effort lost.

Terrible company I redeemed my mileage for some gift card they gave out a xrad without a code so impossible to redeem and when emailed them they never responded so I had to contact the airline and still waiting. It's a scam

A very bad, unprofessional and unfriendly company. Amazing that big and well known airline companies like KLM, Air France and Lufthansa use this company for their customers. Not a very marketing and customer satisfaction for KLM.
Also when you consider Cadooz.com has only 1 star rating. They should be taken off the market for scamming poor customers.

I ordered a $50 IHOP Gift card from Lufthansa Miles & More. It has been over two months now! I ordered on 15th Aug 2018 and today is 18th Oct 2018. They have not sent me the $50 IHOP gift card via mail and their Delivery status still shows your Voucher will be issued. Piece of crap. My miles from my lufthansa account have already been deducted (15,000 miles). I would give this company a Zero Rating if I could!

Following my review on November 20th and the reply of Cadooz (see below), as requested I sent another email using their contact form with all the requested information. I never received an answer!!! And I am still waiting for my voucher ordered via the Flying blue store on October 21st 2018. By the way the miles have already been deducted from y account !!

But I don't trust you any more, I will contact the competent judicial authorities and inform the consumer associations.
