We ordered a table and chair set at the Ideal Home Show and told approx 8 weeks delivery from order. Nearly 12 weeks from this date. We chased and was told table is in the country but not all of the chairs and would be at least 6 weeks. We waited for delivery dates for the table but heard nothing. Upon asking on some updated delivery dates i was told a different story for the third time. We decided to cancel the order and get a refund. This was agreed and we felt that it was a relief that we did as they had 15 other orders that were delayed. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.

We bought a ceramic topped dining table from Cadira, and we are really pleased with it. It looks fantastic and is very easy to keep clean. From the people in the shop to the delivery team, all the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful, so we ended up with exactly what we wanted and needed. The table arrived at the time we were quoted, and the delivery team took the time to make sure we understood how it extended and how to look after it properly.
We would highly recommend them, and we would happily use them again.

We have yet to decorate the room with paintings etc but thank you for many years of dining pleasure!

Ordered a porcelain table in January and after the advised 8 weeks lead time, the table was delivered and assembled this week. The table is stunning and very different to anything I had seen anywhere else. Cadira came back to me quickly with any queries I had and even sent a sample. Excellent service. Would definitely recommend.

Placed an order for their ceramic moon dining table and payed their delivery charge. Informed me that as factory was closed the whole of August delivery would be mid Oct. I accepted this 1 week later they tried to hit me with extra delivery charge to Scotland of another £90. When I questioned this they informed me they could not fulfill my order and would be cancelling it. Avoid at all costs, very unprofessional and will let you down.
Further to the reply below, took this company 1 week after accepting order for them to try to add a further delivery charge, if they were open and honest they should clearly state on their website that they are not willing to deliver North of the border.

Purchased some furniture in June 2016, that didn't arrive until September 2016. Was blamed on the factory shutting for all of July (it's based in Spain). When the order finally arrived only 3 of the 4 items actually turned up and two of them were the completely wrong model.
The build quality didn't reflect the premium price paid.
It took a further two months to have the correct furniture to be delivered.
The customer service was appalling and it was impossible to get through to the head office without going through a call answering service. The head office staff didn't seem to care that I had waited so long for the furniture to be delivered.
I would definitely not recommend using Cadira.
