Dreadful customer service, carelessly and superficial answers not addressing your issue. Briefly:
I had a reservation with Avis booked via BSP at Midlands airport at 10pm on 20th August.
- arrived after 10pm on 20th August due to our flight departing/arriving late (this has been checked and confirmed locally), which I notified to customer service prior to departure. An email from Avis customer service was sent to the local branch to let them know that I was arriving late - with a 2-yo baby - however I found the office closed (it was 10.30pm).
- after telephone conversation, I went to pick up my vehicle the following day at 12.05pm. It was confirmed that for an extra 15p I could have dropped the car off by 10pm on the 27th (i.e. the same time I was supposed to pick the car up on the 20th, not at pick-up time 12.05pm).
- despite pre-paying for the car, when dropping off the vehicle at around 1pm, an extra 59 GBP was debited, which local staff could not explain or understand. They said I was going to be contacted soon, but never heard back from them.
I contacted BSP and Valentina from BSP said that this was due to picking up car two hours later at midnight (00.05) - obviously she doesn't even know the difference between 12.05pm (noon) and 00.05am. Not only is this not accurate but, as explained, Avis has confirmed that due to the flight being late and to my email PRIOR to departure there was not extra charge.

Absolutely horrible service I've been given this was the second company who denied my booking due to car unavailability but that was not the case as they were still advertising online and I rang them they answered and cut the call off rude and arrogant staff. Don't risk your hard earn money on this outrageous company. If you want a good company with INSTANT CONFIRMATION then go with Discover Car Hire lovely bunch who helped me and assured me i'm in good hands

I thought I had booked a good deal. Was waiting for a week but no confirmation. Have called 4 times and everytime I heard the would check for me with the carrental company but everytime no answer. The third time I called a lady told me they would try to contact again and otherwise see what they could arrange for me. The fourth (last) time I called a guy took over the conversation and said the booking is canceled sorry we have no cars available for you good look! WHAT A SERVICE! It took a week and eventually the didn’t even try to come with a solution. Bad service! Bad website! And empty emails as reply! Never will I book here again.

We booked with BSP Auto UK business called Got Rental Cars for a 4 days car hire from Edinburgh Airport, we selected them as they offered on airport collection and drop-off at a good price. The booking went thru OK and they confirmed we would be picking up the car from the InterRent desk. We arrived at the airport and went thru to the on-airport car hire building, No InterRent desk, One the other companies suggest we visit a booths at the far end of the carpark. We finally found a closed-up booth with a InterRent sign.
Called Got Rental Cars, but no answer, left a voice message asking them to call back. In the window found a mobile number for InterRent called them.They told us they had moved off airport and we needed to return to the terminal and go thru to the far end of bus stops to stop H and get a bus to them. This was 25th July hottest day on record so a further 15-minute walk with the luggage we arrived at the bus stop. First bus would not let us on. Second did. Further call to Got Rental Cars, but no answer, left a voice message asking them to call back.
Arrived at InterRent off airport pound. No apology asked for an upgrade for the 45-minute delay and 1 mile walk in the heat, nothing. InterRent said they had relocated off airport 2 weeks ago and had informed all their agents. Further call to Got Rental Cars, but no answer, left a voice message asking them to call back.
We are now back from holiday and have still not heard back from Got Rental Cars and have given up trying to contact them. Best you avoid them.

I booked a car on the website when I could not see any good deals anywhere else.
I was a little be scared as no cars in my category were available anymore on any websites (5 passengers, 5 doors, more than 2000km) at a good price.
I rented a car for 2 weeks at Lyon airport with Keddy by Europcar.
Everything went smoothly and I am really happy with my booking.

Included the all in insurance provided by BSP Auto but it was not recognized by Budget. Due to the fact that my credit card limit is not higher than 1500 Euros, Budget made me pay an extra 85.50 Euros of full coverage insurance although I have already bought the insurance provided by BSP.
In addition, Email instructions by BSP Auto only mentioned to bring along the credit card used for booking but did not mention the need to have a 1500 Euros credit, which is higher than any rental companies I ever used.
I demand BSP Auto to refund the 85.50 I have to pay to Budget and correct the email instructions sent to customers.

I reserved a car via BSP auto on line at the Europcar in Vesoul. When I collected the car there was not the car that I wanted and I was DOWNgraded to a cheaper one. Therefore I asked for a discount, but that could only be done by BSP, so the lady in charge mailed BSP to ask for a refund. Unfortunately I never got any response.

We made a booking for a car on april 13 for 3 days. Everything was fine and total fees was 55€. Then once we arrived to take the car, the car rental company in contract with BSP tell us that we need to pay for an extra insurance which cost almost twice the total price (86€). The car rental told us that the option we chose online was only available if we had a CREDIT card. We knew nothing about that and credit card does not even exist in France as everyone has debit card which fit perfectly everywhere else in the world but apparently not in this f****** rental company. Acting like that, pretending you have the smallest price by cutting mandatory extra charge is lying to consumers. And that's bad. Shame on you BSP.

The car was fine but the excess that I had to sign for when taking over the car was four times the amount that BSP Auto indicated in the booking. Emailed them immediately, never received a reply.
Luckily, we had no accident.
