I picked up car late at night. No one checked car just told me what stall to pick it up. I went to the hotel on the way I noticed the mirror had shifted and was off from the original position. I did not make anything of it. We were coming from a long trip and just went to sleep. the next day when I tried to position the mirror I notice it was defective and then noticed that they (Hertz/Firefly) had given me a faulty vehicle. So I proceeded straight back to the airport to advise them and also change vehicle. To my Great Surprise they very resentful and when they found out I had insurance well that was it I WAS THEN A LIAR! Most disgust event. I had no rights that is it call your insurance broker no explanations. These people are thieves

Very affordable car. Efficient transfer and bookings system.
Its not a new car but everything worked, it was clean and tidy and performed faultlessly.
Will definitely book with them again.

Great car and experience. I did not realise that I had used a car booking service and some of the fine print was only pointed out via phone just prior to using car. However, it was pointed out and given some discount on insurance from booking agent. NOTE: Booking agent and actual car hire place have two different insurances. Car hire has a $3000 excess which is covered by their insurance. You still have to give them your credit card details for this $3000 excess even if you have insurance through the booking agent. I would use both these companies just make sure you know the details and fine print.

Our car was from Got2Go Car Rental. I had booked Yaris but they upgraded me to a Holden Cruz with all the trimmings from Bluetooth to seat warmers! Excellent experience and great service at an amazing price. Highly recommended.

The only gripe I have is the cost of the insurance... it costs more to insure the car for 4 days than it does for me for an entire year... go figure!!!!
It cost more for insurance than the car hire... go figure..
and these extra costs were not clearly displayed in the online booking system....

We always use this company, every time we holiday on the Gold Coast and will continue to do so. Booking online is easy, pickup and drop off from airport is a breeze. However, our most recent hire, only a couple of weeks ago, we picked up from Brisbane. We had purchased insurance online, the same day we booked the car rental. The Customer service officer was annoying, he tried to talk us into upgrading our insurance for a full 5 minutes, even though I told him several times I'd already purchased insurance. We felt he was trying to upsell too hard and he was being too pushy. Other than that, their prices are reasonable, cars are always clean and reliable.

Great friendly service! Our plane arrived 3 hours late whic we had no way of communicating to the car rental company so had to wait a few minutes for our shuttle but this is only to be expected when this kind of thing happens. They were very flexible to accomodate us and gave us an upgrade. The shuttle on the way back left as soon as we were sorted. Fantastic staff and an upgraded car thanks so much😀

Customer service was awesome. The pick up from the airport a little slow as the office is not onsite at the airport. Actual face to face with the office staff and quality of car was spectacular.

We used Bargain Car Rentals. A little bit of trouble (around 15 minutes) getting hold of them when we first got to Brisbane, but that was the only problem. Lovely, near new vehicle, simple processes and way cheaper than any equivalents. I would definitely use them again

Near new Toyota Camry 4000Ks, very good vehicle only problem being that the remote control key fob did not always lock or unlock vehicle, multipule attempts to lock / unlock & remote boot opener would not work at all, reported problem when returning vehicle.

Having had to go and get a hip operation, it would have been nice to have got the car I wanted, as I know that car and it suited my comfort zone after a hip operation. Getting a different (wagon) model to the saloon model I asked for was ok, and I understand that you can't always get the car you request. The unavailability of the car was however a foreseeable matter apparently, so it was a bit disappointing that we weren't made aware of that before we arrived at the airport.
The only other little hiccup, was that we expected a car with map and gps availability on the console, the maps however, were not downloaded.
Apart from these matters we were quite content with Europecars courtesy and helpfulness.
