It is very pleasant to deal with a competent company. Unfortunately, my order was not delivered to me, and a month after the order I contacted an employee of the company, and he offered me a replacement product and delivery at the expense of the company. Finally, after just over two months, I received my order! The only problem I encountered was the long answers from the company, which I had to wait for weeks, and sometimes I did not receive a response from the company at all.
