These con artists keep spam calling my phone and trying to trick me with these "free google listing" claims. Avoid at all costs. Nothing but a scammer.

These people are very deceptive, they use mass calling by auto-dial to tell people that according to their records your Google page is out of date etc etc, something like that anyway, you will notice they do not have a Google page of their own not that I found anyway, first I had to lie to the person that picked up when I pressed one then I made sure I wasted the time of the "Manager" if they want to waste my time I have the right to waste theirs, I am so tired of receiving these auto-dialled calls, should be outlawed. In response to their comment, my questions is where did you get my number? What gives you the right to randomly call me with an autodialer and in that auto dialer have a message that is untrue. Lastly, why should I have to call you to get removed from a do not call list, how about not calling me in the first place, as I did not seek out the service you are offering.

Ok... So my original review was very negative. I had some seriously high expectations for what was going to happen with this, I do realize that I was going in Las Vegas for insurance agents which as a very competitive keyword. They actually did an excellent job. They posted where my keywords are ranking on each platform. Google, Bing, Yahoo, etc and they are ranking high for specific keywords in certain zip codes. It's not necessary for the whole city which may be asking too much. They put me in 89101 and I'm ranking number 1 for Insurance Agency, Home Insurance, and close to number one on several other keywords. Not sure how the results will be but looks like they are working good.

What a rip off! this company are aiming you money for no (0) service, they target small companies that trying to get help to optimize their businesses, and promise them with all the sweet promises and then nothing happens.
Plus they will ask you to commit with them for 4 months to see results which is total lie, they are just want your money for 4 months.
I canceled my service with them back on April 2020 and I just figured out they charged me now we are in July (really??? why??) what is is for??
beware everyone before you pay this company any money.
this company will take your money and give you NOTHING.
what a sad way to earn your living.

Unauthorized payments went through twice before my contract ended. Received no receipts or notice. Saw them on my CC statement. When contacted, they said they would refund. Only one went through. They wouldn't refund again after I showed them my statement with only one receive. Have had to go through dispute with my credit card company to get money back that shouldn't have been charged in the first place.

Signed up with Brandrep to achieve high SEO rankings. Brandrep indicated I would receive a postcard with Google verification code to implement service for SEO function. Never received the postcard in six weeks, and kept getting reminders from Brandrep to call in with verification code, but was unable to. Finally contacted Brandrep after emailing them multiple times about non receipt of postcard, and then they say they can do a verbal verification by telephone, but they make promises to call you to set this up, and never call back. Thus already delaying implementation of SEO function by six weeks, while having paid more than US $ 800.00 to them. Starting to wonder if this is not some crooked scheme to defraud???

Absolutely awful! They took the credit for over 5 years of the on-site website optimizations my SEO team did. Every time I cancelled they would threaten to remove all the work they supposedly did. These people are overtly dishonest and their business model is to rip off unsuspecting new business owners who don’t understand digital marketing. Do not do business with them. You don’t need that chaos in your life... Oh, and please note most of the 5 star reviews on here are fake.

Really bad experience and I hope no other small businesses experience dealing with them. They take your money and you have to track them down. They give 5% effort because they’re busy advertising themselves to sucker people into packages. Seo scammers.

Cold call you and act like they’ve known you forever. When you say no, the keep calling over and over again. If you pick up they don’t let you get a word in and take up 15-20 minutes of your time. They ask for our business to work with them but can’t even spell my name, my business partners name or our company name correctly! Terribly run business that is likely a scam

They've help my business grow up a lot. I see a lot of bad reviews!!
I've been with them for 2 years and they've help me alot as I said!
But when I update to optimizing my account I didn't really got many calls.
Dont have to pay for leads!
And I've got so many jobs from the website they designed for me.

Customer service was no bad, but this was a large waste of money in the end. I tried the four month initial trial period (because you have to sign up for that amount of time to give it a chance to get off the ground) and saw only a few SEO keyword search hits, but no new customers or real engagement on our website. Our website is well curated and easy to use, but we are a new online presence so I thought this would help us get rolling. I felt that my money could have been better spent on digital or physical ads in local newspapers or fliers.

Wow. I share the same experiences as the negative reviewers. I received a cold-call from a lady that initially identified herself as someone from GOOGLE, not an affiliate, but from Google asking if my info listed was correct. Then she proceeds on and on asking if the phone number was correct, if the services listed were correct, etc. Finally, she says, "....great, I updated everything and you are searchable and come up on the second page" [the hook].
I asked out of curiosity, "how do I get on the first page?" ... she responds, "... well, if you're on the first page, you WILL get an increase of 10--15 appts per month. Will you be able to handle it?" I responded with a YES, but am unable to speak right now bc I am busy and ask if we can reschedule the call. That's when she setup a return call time and after I asked again what department of Google is she from, she finally informed she is an affiliate with GMB and the company's name is BrandRep. She informed I can google the company and we left it at that, to call me back. So glad I didn't continue onward with the call.

The only reason why I give this company a 1 is because they at least pick up the phone. I beg you not to waste your money. Learn from my mistakes. They put you on sites with false information on them. They don't talk to you before creating your brand. This is not worth paying $50 a month. Please don't let them trick you into a $300 a month contract for the next 3 months.
