I initially thought I was getting a good deal. For $188 I was offered unlimited concepts, a social media banner, business card headings and my logo would be copyrighted. I enjoyed the initial communication and I was happy with the final logo. I even bought a second logo from Jaso Roy. I wasn’t very happy when Jason Roy began texting me to have him update my website and social media.

From the time you first sign up, they spend more time trying to up sell you more services than doing any actual work. I purchased a package that included unlimited logos, unlimited revisions, all original files, business cards, stationary, social media banners. After multiple messages telling them what the business was about for them to finally (4 attempts) get something reasonable for a logo, I had to chase them down for the rest of the package. Only to get some crappy, thrown together social media banners that didn't fit the original business descriptions - then to be told my package didn't include revisions to anything but the logo, but I could buy revisions for another $80. So basically the give you crap to force you to pay them more to do their actual job.

I’m happy by hiring a Branded Agency INC. I used an online platform to create a logo for my firm, but later on, I realized it wouldn’t have been mine. Then I searched for a logo designing company and finally reached out to them. I’m completely satisfied with their service and the result they have delivered to me.

I wanted to say thank you for your extremely quality service. Now, I’m moving ahead with redesigning my website as well.

This company claims to be American, but it's in India. Now this wouldn't matter except its deceitful. I hired them to do work on my website and it was a disaster. Their work is mediocre at best and they won't give you a refund.

I enjoyed working with Branding Agency INC on my video animation project. I’m so happy that they take care of all of my requirements. They were updating me about all the progress of my project. Even though I gave them several revisions, but they haven’t asked me for an additional cost. I loved their work, dedication, and quality they showcased me.

Christy is very professional and is a great logo designer. She communicated very well and was very punctual in meeting all the job milestones. Would definitely recommend her and use her again if the need arises!

On March 14 request a logo Design. After apsking for the copyright to the logo they tried to upsell me $200 to $500 for a copywriter license. Since I declined that I asked them to cancelled everything before any logo was done. After talking to 2 different account managers I was told the refund was not going to be an issue. They have a 100% money back guarantee.

As April 28, they stop responding to my email, no logo or refund had being made. Bad company, bad service. Don't trust them.

On May 29 Branding Agency Inc reached out to me on Trustpilot and asked me for my order details. I provide them with my order info. It's being 3 days. Will post updates of they resolve my issue.

I open a "charge back" claim on my account. My bank denied it because the "merchant provide evidence of payment and delivery". I asked my bank copy of the evidence and discussed it with the bank Fraud department manager.

To our surprised, Branding Agency Inc summited a falsified conversation using some "Logo design cafe" message service between me an some "Alan Thompson". Not only they staged a conversation, also the desings they showed on the slides had nothing to do with the logo design I hired them for.

I don't know if this was just a deceiving act of some untrustworthy employee or the whole company but is just a extremely unpleasant situation.

I'm please to say that my bank sided with me, provided me with a copy of the "falsified evidence" an are processing the "Charge back".

On March 14 I was charged $59 for a logo design. Same day, John contacted me telling me he was my"account manager" and after a couple of minutes he aggressively tried to upsell web designs which made me felt uncomfortable. Almost like I was being scam. Before discussing the logo design details, I ask about the copyright of the logo. He once again tried to upsell a license options from $299 to $500. I told him I couldn't afford that and since that is the case it will be better to just cancel everything. He became very rude and aggressively tried to convince me to not cancel. At that time, I was extremely uncomfortable with him. I firmly told him I wanted to cancel and he said he was going to talk to accounting and that I will be receiving an email confirmation. Never got the email, and he stop responding my emails and texts. On March 17, I contacted the company via live chat I was told not to worry about the refund and that someone from accounting will be contacting me. Jason contacted me the same day and tried to convince me not to cancel. I told him I already made up my mind and I wanted to get my refund. He told me the refund was not going to be a problem but as March 21, again no email confirmation or reply about the refund.

Worst and bad experience with this company. Paid for a package advertised at $29.99 for logo and letterhead design since September. It was to be 24-48 hrs service. Took a month to designn the Logo, letter head was never completed as we speak. The move the task around to six different people and lastly, their phone number now is disconnected. Do not, I repeat, Do not do business with this company. Many other competitive and trusted companies to do business with
