1.Brandfield's Danish site advertises a Swatch Laserata GN725 at a reduced price of 402,70 DKK. However, when I try to order, the price is the original 447,44 DKK. I have written three times to their customer service in Denmark to draw attention to the problem, and when I called customer service in Holland yesterday, I was told they were too busy to answer mails. However, I was promised that the price would be changed and I would be informed. Still nothing has happened. Something tells me this a firm you should steer clear of.
2. Now I heard from Brandfield, who informs me the price has been adjusted so that the reduced price applies on order. I have placed an order, so let's see what happens.

My boyfriend bought me a Michael Kors smartwatch as an anniversary gift (price on sale: 219 euro - ordinary price 369 euro. When I got this watch and turned it on I saw a schratch on the top of the watch. Since this watch was such an expensive watch I was not happy that he spent so much money on something that was not in new condition from the beginning, and I asked him to return it. Also since it was defect we asked Brandfield to pay the return fee. Now after several emails back and forth Brandfield accuses me to have worn the watch, and to have made the scratces on the watch myself. They also tells us that the watch has been used and that it misses protection that was on from the beginning. I started the watch when I got it but I have not taken any protection away from the watch. Therefore Brandfield will now return this defect watch back to me again. I get so very sad and upset over this, and I feel so sad that my boyfriend spent so much money on a gift to me that was in bad shape when receiving it. I have never ever been aware of so bad customer service in my whole life and I would never recommend anyone to ever buy something from Brandfield. So terribly sad for such a bad experience. /Johanna

Now I am very happy with the fast and efficient service from brandfield but however I have been given numerous codes for for gifts and always been too late to receive them apparently and have used them always more or less direct!!! How is this am I just unlucky or do the offers realy exist..I am unsure 😐

Michael Kors Watch broke down within 3 months, instructions for repair were very doubtful ( 'just put it in a box and insert this paper'), so I felt quite unsure about sending my 300 euro smartwatch via mailpost to some adress.Turns out after a week I haven't heard anything from Brandfield about whether is had arrived or so. Just sent an e-mail, told me to be patient, that the promised 3 tot 5 workdays had not passed yet, so I would get a confirmation after the arrival. More than 3 weeks after, nothing heard but apologies and no sign or whatsoever after several questions and phone calls about clear answers on what was happening with my watch: was it sent to Michel Kors, was it reparable? how long would it minimum take before I would get it back. Nothing. Just the same answer over and over: we don't know what is happening, but we have some delay because of vacation time. I would say unacceptable for a branded store like this. Next time no brandfield for me, especially not for reparation-sensitive products like these, because it is just not trustworthy what they promise about their service.
You just cannot let me sit here waiting without any answer for such an expensive watch ( at least for me), which shouldn't have these kind of reparation needs at all I would say, nor having amateur service organisation turning their back, pretending that they don't know and obviously don't want to do anything about it!!
I would advise to not buy here anymore, sorry ( that was obvious haha). Next time I send it to the brand company myself.

Ordered a Tommy Hilfiger bracelet on 9th June, was notified on the 11th that postnl has received my parcel and I was able to track and trace. Within 2 or 3 days it apparently went through the posting process but then the next day when I came to check and when my parcel should’ve arrived it no longer let me track and my item was not received nor was I notified of its delivery which is very disappointing and confusing. After deciding to wait a few more days to which it is now the 17th there is still no sign of my parcel, no way to track and no way to contact to see what’s going on or get my money back. Extremely disappointed as I spent £40 on this for a gift to a very close friend who I informed about and is expecting it too. I risked buying off this website and trusted them and was extremely let down.

I decided to buy a watch from this shop because it was cheaper there.
Before i complete the order i got an extra voucher with more discount.
Total price was very good with free shiping. No questions about that.
Order placed and paid.
The confirmation came with no price.
I checked my credit card and they charged way more than the order I placed.
No answer from kundservice.
This is robery.
I am the one who pay the return freight and that is a considerable amout of money.
I do not recommend business with this company.

I ordered a watch in mid November accidentally, within the hour I contacted Brandfield to cancel the order which they told me they cannot do, but said that if I reject the parcel within 2 weeks it will be returned and I will receive a full refund. I am now here almost 2 months later and am going through a claim with PayPal to get my money back because apparently the watch has not arrived to the seller despite it being over 6 weeks since the parcel got rejected. They are rejecting all contact despite me never receiving the product and them withholding my money. Terrible customer service.
After 6 weeks and a lot of strife the money hasn’t finally been returned

Great site, very helpful interface and a broad variety of online webshops for stores that you might otherwise not have access to in your city! I would recommend this to friends and family and I will definitely be shopping through the Brandfield website again :) My products were delivered the next day in a cute little package. Fast delivery, and incredibly friendly customer service as well. Every time I have contacted them via the chat option they respond within seconds and solve my problem in no time.

I decided to purchase a watch for my wife's birthday on this website after having had a few problems with another online watch vendor a while back. As it was my first purchase on this website I wasn't sure what to expect but I'm glad to say everything went very smooth. My order was shipped on time and arrived well packaged and in very good condition. Gift wrapping was free and actually looked really nice.
All in all a great experience!
