Loyal customer for many years. Ordered some clothes for an event, paid for next day delivery. Unfortunately my parcel had been placed with the wrong couriers (the fault of Hermes, we’re all human, just a simple mistake) meaning my parcel wouldn’t be with me for the event. I contacted BooHoo and was kindly greeted by Devon (who must have sensed my slightly hungover, slightly annoyed message) and was apologised to, updated on my parcel’s whereabouts and issued a full refund for my next day delivery without me even having to ask! Mistakes happen, but great customer service as always from BooHoo!

I prefer Boohoo to the other online clothing retailers, quality of clothing is good, customer service is brilliant!
Kitted myself out with cheap holiday clothes from Boohoo so very happy, slight problem with a bikini top but quickly sorted!!

When I returned my items they missed one item in the summary and Zahid attended me very well. I got my issue sorted and my money back before I expected! Great customer service experience delivered by both Claire and Lloyd. I processed an order and needed the order to arrive before I flew out over the weekend, sadly my order got processed for standard delivery which would not have arrived on time. They were great in cancelling my order so I can put through another order for next day delivery.

I paid for £5.99 next day delivery, which i didn’t get, they wouldn’t refund me on being it down to £2 standard delivery which really considering the circumstances and lack of customer support is ridiculous. This is only after i asked as first i was asked if i wanted a free next day delivery code for next time , their will not be a ‘next time’ I tried to get hold of them on 3 different social media and only the lady running the facebook account was slightly helpful. I direct messaged them on twitter only to be ignored until i wrote on their twitter feed which i got the same generic reply off of 3 different people asking me to direct message them when i had explained multiple times before that i have. The customer virtual live chat on your website is a joke and doesn’t work. It’s now 2 days and i still haven’t received my delivery, i was explained it was Hermes fault and not boohoo but I then believe you shouldn’t be offering next day delivery if your courier are incapable of doing that so maybe you should look into switching as look at your Twitter this hasn’t just happened to me. You really need a proper customer support team with actual training and a call centre.
