I love my new clothes from Bollie! I accidentally bought the wrong size and Bollie employees were responsive, cooperative extremely understanding in asking me to return wrongly purchased items and quickly sent out the correct sizing for me! I am super happy and will be buying from them in the future! I love Bonnie and Ellie ♥️ and ecstatic in supporting their business! Very professional!

Highly disappointed. I wanted to support these ladies for a long time but the prices are so high. I finally ordered 3 shirts. Only to later find out through my own lack of research these clothes are made in china and have a no return policy. The clothes arrived with loose threads and bad stitching everywhere. While the whole families videos claim these things aren't see through they sure are! And the fit is horrible. My arms get stuck in them and the onesie piece is way too long to snap and wear comfortably, but if i ordered down i wouldn't be able to get my arms in at all. The white one is incredibly itchy. The beige lounge type top is nice but also cheaply made. None of it is worth the price and i paid the 50% off discount glad I did it's not worth that either. Super upset I could have used that money and gotten something else. I now have 3 tops I won't even wear cause of the fit and I won't give away cause of the lack of quality. Too bad their designs are nice but their price point is similar to companies manufactured in the US with better quality control and materials. The product is cheapy store product by material and marksmanship.

I received a size smaller than I ordered, and that’s the only reason I didn’t give five stars. I’m in the middle of a weight loss journey and will need the size I received by the time I wear it anyway, so I decided to keep it. I really love it! It’s beautiful!

I really wanted to love the white turtleneck, but I hated it. It looked and felt like a workout shirt. I felt like I should go to the gym after putting it on. It was so tight and uncomfortable even though I ordered up from my typical size. It makes me not want to try any more of this brands clothes. Unfortunately, I threw the shirt in the trash.

It was worth the 7 week wait (Covid-19 restrictions/delays) for my Lounge Dress to be delivered to Canada. I contacted Bollie when I had not received any shipping updates in 2 weeks, and they responded quickly, answering my concerns and providing reassurance.

The Lounge Dress is not your average dress. It’s soft, comfy and has a lot of stretch (it doesn’t make you feel restricted).

I have always been pleased with my orders from Bollie and their costumer service. I will continue to make purchases in the future.

Bollie brand is fantastic. Every time I’ve contacted them about a product they have gotten me to me quickly. I recently purchased the lounge sweater and can’t wait for the cooler weather to be able to wear it. Love you Bonnie and Ellie thank you for all that you do!

This was the best experience EVER!! When I received the jumpsuit and blue dress, I tried them on immediately and I fell IN LOVE!! ❤️❤️❤️ The way these products and more that I have ordered fit my body so well, I couldn’t be happier!! Can’t wait till the fall products come!!

I originally ordered the velvet lounge set because of the bottoms and was pleasantly surprised with how much I loved the shirt too. I have also purchased the burgundy shirt. Both purchases were great quality and gorgeous! Highly recommend this set and this brand!

Unfortunately I didn’t see a new option when ordering to pay the extra .98 for insurance - actually I was told that it is included in the shipping but you have to click to remove it. After deciding to splurge a bit I bought the lounge set. My package was delivered by USPS but was stolen in our condo complex. A police report has been filed but there is little to no hope that I’ll get anything back.

The layout of the website makes it easy to find what you are looking for. The checkout process is super easy. The clothes are adorable! I just got in the lounge dress. I am excited to live in it once I have my little one in a few weeks. It is soft and the color is beautiful. I am waiting for the robes to come back in stock. Can't wait!

It is always a 10/10 with Bollie Brand. Dress is perfect (of course) delivery was timely. Love Bollie. Never a bad purchase.
