I really enjoyed Rosie’s highly professional and effective massage. I came to the clinic with very tight shoulders and biceps from playing golf and she used focus techniques to ease the tension and increase my range of movement. She is also proficient in dry needling with acupuncture needles to help release muscles further and assist the healing process, she talked through her assessment and even recommended exercises. Nice relaxed environment, very soothing, very professional. Highly recommended!’
