It's really odd that multiple medspas in Manhattan are rated with 1 star reviews, but BodyFactory Skin Care is being applauded in the same negative review. I do my homework before I go somewhere for a service, so I was checking other medspas, particularly House of Ness, where I have been referred by a friend. But then I saw so many negative reviews about House of Ness where people say that they had bad Botox and went right over to Body Factory to get it fixed. That is where I started to wonder... You can't really have a neuromodulator neutralized. There there are two reviews on the same day shredding the reputation of House of Ness and Manhattan Medspa - and they don't even offer waxing, which they say they had done there. I tried calling to talk to the owner Eugene Kagansky, to see if it would be a fit for me to have services done there, but instead of talking about their abilities and patient care, he we droned on and on about disgruntled former employees of medspas (I lost track) so I eventually decided not to make an appointment, especially after reading the Yelp reviews - since they get filtered more than Google does. He went on and on for 30 minutes without addressing my concerns, so it doesn't really seem a place I want to trust with my face or body. Also, they tout Botox, but I can't seem to find them in the Provider Finder on Botox's website, so who knows where their product is coming from? This is my experience, and these are my views.
