They take your money and then disappear. You then enquire about the delivery and they inform you that it’s magically out of stock with no offer of a refund. You then request a refund and they ignore.
I have emailed twice about a refund, it has been 14 days and nothing. I feel they are a fake business who just steal people’s money.

We have bought from BobbysHealthyShop a few times, and every single time, they have been out of stock of the items. Also, they take ages to despatch the item. They do not communicate via email, they do not text or ring. We have to chase them up, and then we're told things like: "We only have three of the item you want". I ask them to send those out to me, and the rest when it comes in, but I'm told: "we can't send three out because there would be postage implications". However on their website, their delivery terms state:
"We always aim to dispatch goods the same day (if order received before 2pm, Monday - Friday). If we are unable to do this we will let you know as soon as possible. "

They do not contact us, they just don't really seem to run their business much like a business. When I rang up to cancel my order, as I went ahead and ordered a different brand of the same item, from a different supplier, the gentleman I spoke to tried very hard to prevent me from cancelling the order. He said he has more items I wanted in stock, but that they were set aside for other customers. LOL! How is that helping me? He kept saying they would send them out as soon as they had them. Hmm, I had placed my order two days ago, and I expect them to keep to their word. I kept to mine, and paid. So I expect a reciprocal duty on their side.

I've cancelled the order. I don't think I will buy anything from BobbysHealthyShop ever again. It's very stressful to buy something but it never arrives....and then have to chase them for the items. Also the product/item which I need is something I depend on daily. It's used to boost my energy which is very low. Stress harms my health, so the last thing I need is this kind of stress.
