I made a board game for me and my family and the results were amazing, everything came out just like I imagined it and it even arrived earlier than expected. The quality was incredible with not even one detail missing. BGM also cares about how your product will look because if there is a problem with my design they always email you, for example, the pictures on my box were overlapping so they sent me an email and let me fix it

I like BGM their card and boxes are very good quality but whats lacking is a shop link for customers. Yes i know they can do fulfillment delivery but would like to see other game products for sale.

This company will never respond to emails, there's no number, and they don't care after they take your money.
I ordered months ago and it still says processing. Wanted by Christmas and there's no way that'll happen now. They are either WAY understaffed or just don't care or both. Either way go elsewhere.

I have been working on a prototype for some time and for a while was able to speak to a rep. That rep has since disappeared and I cannot reach anyone though I have tried through email and phone. The order just says "processing" but last I heard it should have been near complete a while ago though I understand shipping would take some time (no tracking number exists so I am fairly sure it hasn't shipped). I saw that they had some website issues recently but that was 3 weeks ago now and they allege on their site that they are still in production which is fine but zero word from them does not leave me with a lot of faith. Perhaps they were good but just be wary currently. Will update if any news arrives.

Just an average store with an average choice of games. Their support works pretty well, and there are no shipping problemm, but as a client I want more things to choose in 2020.

The quality of the product is incredible and support was very polite and quick to answer when I submitted any ticket. There were no problems with the shipment and everything arrived on time and well packaged. A small heads up is to know what you're working/dealing with, the printers print in CMYK and the product will obviously look a bit different from the computer screen. Always check and test before you submit your document and read whatever they need. I didn't had a tool to rely on, but it worked incredible anyways. Simple, if an unexperienced 18 year old can do it (me), then so can you if you read all instructions. I was sceptical at first, but judging by the finished product, I'm very satisfied. I might be biased since it's my first time, but the box kinda looks better than the boxes I see in the store.
Extra:
In general, always check for any extra delivery taxes/customs for your country, or else the bill might scare you if you order large quantities. I personally didn't do my homework, but I did expect a somewhat higher Tax since I'm located in Sweden. The product arrived in Top-notch quality so I strongly recommend this company for custom made Boxes (+ I think they would do just as well as gift-boxes if the design is good)

I helped a client design his board game. I searched online for a company he could use for printing and found Boardgamesmaker. I told him that I knew nothing about the company but it looked like it would be a good match for what he wanted. I was very nervous recommending it because of no prior experience with them. He called me the day it arrived and was beyond thrilled. He just brought it to my studio to show me and I too am thrilled and amazed with the quality of the board, cards and printing. Rest assured that you will get exactly what you want for a very decent price. Good going Boardgamemakers!

I wanted to give a review for www.Boardgamesmaker.com because it didn't seem like there were any online aside from a few pictures of customized dice. I usually don't write reviews but this was COMPLETELY necessary. So I'll try to cover everything you might want to know. Here it is:
I decided to create a board game for my friend's birthday that featured every in our regular game-night group. My friend really enjoys the Indie game Resistance so I fashioned the game in that manner. Here are the pros with the website (not the finished product, just the website):
WEBSITE PROS:
(1) The site has downloadable templates to create your pieces (to ensure you get the best product from them).
(2) You can get many different game boards and game pieces (there are tons of them).
(3) You can customize nearly everything!
(4) Customer support contact if you're confused or need help (I highly recommend their customer support; there was an error with my box cover, which was entirely my fault, that would have delayed my delivery date; their customer support was so kind that they paid out-of-pocket to ship my game express to get it to me on time).
WEBSITE CONS:
(1) It's a little confusing the first time you use it (but it's easily explored once you figure things out)
(2) The website gives you a number to call for customer support (in the USA) and you only ever get their voicemail (but their email contact is VERY quick to respond).
I was really nervous to see the quality of the game when I received it (I received it today, actually; I was so pleased I hopped right online after I got it to start writing this review); but it's truly amazing! I've included pictures with this review.
Overall, I loved it.
GAME PROS:
(1) The box is made VERY well.
(2) Even if text or an image seems small on your computer, it's VERY high quality on the actual game pieces/instructions - so don't let sizes like 2" or smaller scare you. It's good quality work!
(3) The pieces are thick where they need to be
(4) Delivery was on time and well worth the wait
GAME CONS:
(1) Everything can be customized; that means a game you create could be a little expensive (but I assure you; it's worth it!)
I'm pleased with everything about this game and I'm excited to see what my friend thinks. Thank you, Boardgamesmaker for helping me make such a STELLAR game!
**Note: I didn't create the boards with the website because they were so small. I just chose to print them out at a FedEx store.
