Awesome website run by people who seem to genuinely care. I've used a handful of times and found prices to be very reasonable and their customer service very helpful and responsive. Great place to get components and upgrades for games.

We've been using BGE for about 4 years now for our LCG subscriptions. We've never been let down - the orders always arrive well packed on release day and we'll continue to keep using them! Customer service is excellent and if ever I've asked for info about release dates etc they've replied quickly. Great work Andy and the team.

Good and genuine website. Good price and range of card sleeves. Good quality of parcel packaging and deliveries are pretty quick even with the standard option. Would be even better if it had more game range and a better layout, however it has competitive price for the ones they stock.

Have ordered from BGE many times over the past few years (mostly star wars imperial assault and legion expansions) and would definitely recommend. Great prices and customer service from Andrew has always been very good. Website could use a makeover ;) but dont let it put you off, BGE have never let me down and they are often my first stop when looking for a game purchase.

A great place to get all sorts of boardgames, expansions, promos and upgraded pieces. Have ordered from them multiple times over the last several years. Packages always arrive quickly and well packaged. Never had an issue.

Have used this site a few times now, always the cheapest price compared to other websites. Delivery is quick, even during lockdown, the games are in English, sealed, definitely originals.

Ordered the anniversary edition of Pandemic a few days ago, arrived yesterday in pristeen condition, well packaged. They were very attentive via email to answer questions too, I'm sure I will use again.

Ordered Caverna, a game that was tricky to get hold of elsewhere at a reasonable price at the time. The price was very reasonable, I received swift email confirmation of the order and dispatch. Dispatch itself was very swift. Excellent service throughout. Highly recommended!

Great service and competitive prices. The only thing I'd criticise is their website as it looks super dodgy. Having said that, at least it is functional and responsive.

(some sleeves, bags and Pandemic Meeples

Ordered quite a bit from them over the past year. Very good service. Very reasonable prices and postage. The products I've ordered have been well packaged and they're quick to respond to queries.

Despite playing board games for many years I rarely use online suppliers, preferring to visit actual shops if I can. Recently however I wanted a particular Catan game extension just after Christmas and few shops had it anywhere.
I placed the order and then discovered that the Base game I had received from Amazon was a fake - Amazon took it back no questions - but I then had an extension on order and no Base game. I sent an email to BGE to see when they were expecting stock, and not only did Andrew rescue my extension parcel from the courier, he let me amend the order to include a Base game that had just come back in to stock.
Definitely service above and beyond, and definitely an on line game retailer I will use again - they sell so many funky extras I didn't know you could get for games too . . . :)

Ordered a couple of games and accessories. They were well packaged and there was no damage.
They have changed the website since so the postage is no longer the flat rate levels. It's a bit hard to navigate on a phone as there isn't enough space for the side menu.
