Blinds were ordered on 9/2. I was given a delivery date estimated to be between 9/19-9/24. I had to call site because no updates or emails were sent to me and I was told they would start the blinds on 10/8 and my new estimated delivery date is 10/14.

It’s now entering my third month that I am waiting for my blinds to be correctly measured and installed.
They were super friendly and efficient when i first called them to sent a guy over to measure up my windows.
He arrived measured them, and when blinds.com contacted me soon after for blind selection. After going through the measurements with my rep. I realized that measurements on all but 2 windows were wrong. I let it slide and agreed that I would wait for the correct blinds to be installed and have the installer remeasure the windows again. An appointment was made, I took a day off work especially to be home when the installer got there only to be called that day and told that he couldn’t make it and wanted to reschedule. A day wasted for me.
They rescheduled for 1 week later and installed the 2 blinds that were correctly measured. The other windows were remeasured. I contacted blinds.com this past weekend for blind selection only to be told that the new measurements had not been received. I am looking to get this damn job done. From my first contact with then till now it’s going on since mid. JUNE. I have called customer support who assured me that they would sort it out. Nothing is done. Still waiting,

Worst experience with a company EVER! We've had at least 20+ interactions with them over one purchase back in June and now its October. It's too long of a list to list out but every ridiculous thing that could happen, happened. Not sending the correct samples, sending multiple installation times for one day, then cancelling installations, taking and sending in the wrong measurements, not ordering the correct items, 2 weeks to get the blinds delivered and then a min of 2 weeks to get them installed, didnt order all the blinds they measured for, unable to complete the installation when they finally come, not coming back for over another month, still dont have the right parts, not ordering parts when they said they did (on MULTIPLE occasions), not following up, always saying they will handle it and NEVER do, and wanting us to call them repeatedly to fix things. We are at the point that we are done! We dont have all our items solely due to their inadequacies but we would rather reinvest the money, time and energy with a new company than try and be made whole with this one.

These people are wonderful! They are knowledgeable and will help you select the right window treatment. They send samples quickly as well as additional hardware if needed. The quality of their product is excellent as are the prices. You can even get help from them about the installation. I can’t think of anything they could do better!

We ordered 5 sets of blinds and only they only delivered 3... when we called to let them know, the rep acted liked she had no idea what was going on and said it would take at least 2 days to hear back from the company about why we only received 3 but charged for the 5 we ordered. So far no calls, no emails, and only 3 blinds. What a crock.

Years ago, I installed blinds.com blinds throughout my house. All of them are still working perfectly, and I highly recommended them. Last year I ordered one for a new house. The new one feels of much flimsier quality than the older ones, and it broke within a year. The replacement they sent broke within a few months. Now they're sending me a repair kit to repair it myself. Don't waste your money paying a premium price for blinds.com products - you can do better for less elsewhere.

Took off the day today from work just to have blinds installed. Just got a call from them they had to cancel and didnt have anyone else to send in for the installation. Also needed to come for remeasuring of windows that were measured incorrectly first time round. They were highly recommended by a friend but I now have my regrets and will probably call someone else to measure, supply and install the 6 other windows that need to be done.

STAY AWAY FROM Blinds.com. The worst experience I have had so far with a company. They have screwed up EVERY single step of the way. I dealt with multiple people, and no one got anything right. I started the entire process about 2.5-3 months ago when we moved in our new home which is super bright. I was planning on ordering blinds before giving birth, but that never happened. First of all I never got my samples. When I called them they recommend that I go down to Home Depot to look at samples. Really??? I was 9 months pregnant at the time and there is a reason that I ordered samples to be mailed to me. When they finally resent the samples, I didn’t get the correct ones. When I called them again they said they don’t have those samples on stock. Meanwhile I gave birth and I went to a Home Depot with a newborn and a toddler to look at samples. Once I chose the fabric, placed the order and paid for it all I get an email the following day that they are very sorry, but they cannot make one of the blinds in my window’s size and recommended that I get a 60” length instead of 70”. REALLY??? What a dumb recommendation. Who on earth would want to pay for a 60” length blind for a 70” window??? Another option they recommended that I chose a different fabric or cancel my order. I definitely should have cancelled it at that point. So now I had to wait another week or so for the gentleman to come back out and remeasure my window so I can get the 70” length in the original fabric, but instead of 1 blind broken down to multiple ones. Once they got the measurements from the installation company they forgot to call me with the new price. When I called them they wanted to recharge me for the entire new order instead of a $40 or $50 difference. They transferred me all over and the person I ended up talking to didn’t know simple math, had no clue how to calculate it. I had to assist them through every step of the way to get the right number. I was so frustrated by then... They offered me some credit because of the screwups, but that didn’t make my life any easier... I wanted to talk to a manager. They made a note and said someone will contact me within 24hrs. Naturally that never happened, so I had to call back again. Meanwhile I got a shipment to my surprise for the windows that just got remeasured, and an email at the same time that my other order is on hold, because it looks like they cannot make these blinds in my window’s size and they will need to send someone out to measure my bedroom windows again. Really? I already received the new blinds and because some incompetent people cannot update their computer system now my other original shipment is on hold??? They finally got Bertha (a manager) on the phone who also apologized like everyone else at the company. She said she will take care of me from this point on. She was very responsive and helpful and talked to the manufacturer directly to ship my order out as fast as possible. I finally got my order today but I have not been able to reach Bertha again to set up the installation. Other random people have been responding to my emails in the past couple of days and she’s not reachable via phone either. Someone finally helped me set up the installation. They told me that next Wed, Thr or Fri would be the next available appointment. I told them I needed it done ASAP, so we agreed on Wednesday. Then they told me that the installation company will contact me within 24 to 48 business hours to confirm my appt. Hmmm... that would be Mon or Tue, so I told them that wasn’t an option. I needed it confirmed today which is Friday. Blinds.com managed to call them and they said I will get a phone call today. I ended up calling the installation company directly to confirm my Wednesday appointment. They said they do not have any availability next week and the next availability is two weeks from now. This is the second time that blinds.com have given me incorrect dates. So now I’m sitting here with all these blinds in a box that have finally arrived today and hoping to get them installed within a week or two. I wish I have called Home Depot and it probably would have cost a little bit more, but I’m sure that my blinds would have been installed months ago without all this stress. Do yourself a favor, and DO NOT order anything from blinds.com. Now I’m hoping that the blinds that are in boxes are the correct ones...

After getting quotes from 4 providers I was appalled at the cost of blinds/shades. I read mixed reviews about Blinds.com, but given that the cost was HALF of the other quotes I decided to go for it. I am 100% satisfied with my decision.
The ordering process was simple, the delivery time reasonable, cost/quality better than others, and best of all the customer service. I ordered shades for 14 windows and they all fit perfectly, except for one. Looking back at my original order I see that I measured incorrectly so the fault was entirely mine. But thanks to their "SureFit" policy, I was able to obtain a replacement for FREE. The fault was totally mine, and they resolved the issue at no cost to me. The replacement blind arrived in just one week and I did not have to send the original back, I have donated it to a local housing charity.
I do not understand the complaints in reviews by others. Mine was a perfect experience despite my own mistake. I highly recommend Blinds.com.

This is the service I received from blinds.com
-Original order 7th April
-Received 3 emails telling me there was a problem with the order due to cut out measurements (put in by their installer but apparently the system had a problem).
Whitney followed up and the order was finally correctly input on the 16th May and told me they would ship on 21st. Blinds shipped on 25th.
Then did not arrive until April 30th. Arrived and were the wrong size.
I called on:
1st May - I spoke to someone who said they would come back in 24-48 hours with what the manufacturer needed to replace. Never followed up.
6th May Spoke to Morgan who said the notes said they needed a couple photos. I SPECIFICALLY asked whether they needed more than 2 and she said no because the blinds would all look the same. I sent photos that evening.
7th May - I followed up by email to confirm that Morgan didn't need any more photos
8th May - Morgan replied to say she received photos
10th May - asked Morgan for an update via email. Never received a reply
10th May - I called again and spoke to Jazzmin who said the notes said they needed photos of every single blind
11th may - I sent photos of all blinds
13th may - Jazzmin finally confirmed they received, I asked when would get an update
13th May Jazzmin confirmed the manufacturer would remake blinds, I asked for it to be expedited.
13th May - got another call saying problem with the order because of the cut outs. I confirmed AGAIN that they were correct. Brooke told me ship date would be 21st May.
23/01 - I called again to find out why the blinds had not shipped. Was told they would ship that day.
25th may - blinds FINALLY shipped
30th May - blinds arrive at completely the wrong address. I believe they arrived at the billing address from the original order, despite the original order arriving at the correct address.
31st May I called to schedule installation, spoke to someone who she had to create an order in the system to book an install so she wouldn't schedule on the phone. I asked her to call me back. She never did.
3rd June I called again on Monday, requested first available appointment. Which she said was following week (starting 7th) and she booked 3 possible times.
4th June I got text from blinds.com saying appt was scheduled for Thursday next week (13th).
6th June I called installer myself to confirm, they told me they had no appointment in their system, blinds.com had sent me a faulty message and the installer had no availability until the 20th June.
7th June - one of the blinds that arrived correctly and was install broke. It no longer stays up, probably because the style blind is too heavy for the flimsy bar it's on.
7th June - I spoke to a gentleman who offered me 15% off my order. I told him this was not acceptable. He said he raised a ticket and that a manager would be in touch with me within 48 hours. That phone call finished at 2pm PST. It is unacceptable that it is going to take a further two days for someone to call me back, nonetheless, I expect to receive a call back by 2pm, PST on June 9th.

ALL our blind cords have snapped. Some within weeks, others lasted slightly longer. Terrible quality. We've been given replacements, each seems more cheaply made than the last. The first batch was metal frames, the subsequent were all cheap plastic. Measurements were off, they were extremely difficult to work with. DO NOT buy from them. These are all going in the trash.

Ordered a roll up kitchen window shade, it was weeks late. When it arrived the continuous pull chain was only 1 foot long! Not even LeBron James could reach it! I sent an email to their customer support complete with a photo, no response. I then called and explained the situation, specifically ordering a 4 foot loop chain. I keep notes on my phone calls. They sent me a...cord! I called back, again ordered a 4 foot loop chain. They sent me an 8 foot loop chain! What morons! They could easily see my order and determine what size loop chain I needed! I called again, they are going to send some type of fastener so that I can cut the continuous 8 foot chain and using this fastener to make a 4 foot loop chain. They said it "should" work. I ordered this on September 24 and still can't use the blinds! Three days ago I requested they overnight the part but of course it hasn't come yet. I can't send it back because I'm over their 30 day return limit caused by their stupidity! Stay away, stay far away from blinds.com!

I went here because I always hear of Dr. Laura recommending them. I got a Dr. Laura discount too. I sent in my measurements and ordering was so easy. The blinds came in on time, and my boyfriend put them up in a couple hours. They fit perfectly. I love my new bedroom blinds.

Ordered over $1000.00 in blinds from them. The so called very friendly “consultant “ assured me that the blinds were high quality fabrics blinds. When I opened the package, I was in a state of shock, the “fabric” looks like a thin paper, exactly like the one that I purchased for $7.00 for my basement. I wish they could tell me what kind of cheap Chinesse material they used, looks like paper with addition of plastic!

I ordered 3 shades and all 3 developed small holes in them at about the same area on each shade. I wasn't sure why this happened. After figuring it out on my own, I realized what was causing the problem. There are large screws installed on the outside to hold the pull cords rather than within the shade unit. When the shade rolled up the head of the screw indented into the shade and in time created a small hole. When I reached out to the owner of Blinds.com and provided pictures, I was told the shades are not covered for this type of loss. I paid a high price for these custom shades and received 3 inferior designed defective shades and a company that doesn't care about it's customers. I will never purchase shades from this company again and I recommend you don't either. Lowes or Home Depot would be much better choice and that's where we're headed to purchase additional shades in the future. DON'T USE BLINDS.COM. They don't stand behind their products even when clearly defective!

Extremely frustrated and will never order from Blinds.com again. I ordered roller shades I really liked on their website. They arrived today and seem sturdy and well-made. The print is delicate blue branches on a white background (garden periwinkle). HOWEVER, there is a 3-inch diameter stain (it looks like a huge dirty blob of grease) that repeats at regular intervals the length of every shade. Very unsightly and spoils the entire shade it is so noticeable. We called the company and were told: "it's supposed to be there." They refused to take them back, even though there's a 30-day guarantee. Buyer beware! Unethical company.

I ordered blinds 6 weeks ago and was suppose to have them within two weeks. Still waiting for them and can’t get any answers. Not even sure if I’ll even get them at this point. Save yourself some money and go to a local store where you know what product and quality and service you’ll be getting.

I ordered a drapes one month ago (over $1000)and received the product before the shipment day. When I install the drapes and found out the product is made incorrectly. Suppose there are 12 carriers on the track and 12 carriers on the drapes to match. However, there are only 10 carriers on the track. So there are 2 carriers on the drapes can’t attach to the track. So I call to customer and they asked me to email them some photos, promise to get back to me in 2 days. But after 2 days no response. I called again to explain the story over again to a different person, email photos twice. Next I ask if I can speak to on-site manager. None can take my call. So I left my contact. Next day one of the managers call me back and explain the situation again. Send photos the third time. This manager said i can’t get full refund even the product is made incorrectly. She needs to reach out to manufacturer and promise to resolve this by the end of the business day. After I show her the first couple of pictures. She demands for more pictures. So I email her more pictures and never get back to me again! Just like to share the overall experience with any potential buyer online. Don’t waste your time and money on something is absolutely worth zero in term of product quality and after sales service. It will be my first time to take legal action to deal with this retail company. NOT SATISFIED!

What a horrible experience! I paid over $251 and have nothing to show for it. I mean, I have no blinds at all.
My first order was 81 1/4"x 59" but came severely damaged. While talking to the rep, she asked about the measurements and I told her I was comfortable. However, she kept asking questions that created doubt so I re-measured and was astonished to notice that the bottom window width was 1/2" wider than what I had ordered. She should have asked me to measure the top of the window width because that is how I came to the correct figure. So we adjusted the size of the blinds to be 1/2" wider than the original order. After waiting another 4 weeks I received the 2nd order. They were only slightly damaged but I figured I could install and be done with this hassle. I was surprised to discover that they did not fit. I was told on the earlier phone call not to worry, the company allows 3-4 tries to get-it-right. When I called, they said they would only replace at my cost!
Do NOT order blinds from this company! Do not be misled by the sweet-sounding Customer Sales rep. Go to your local Home Depot (or anywhere but BLINDS.COM)...I guarantee you better results.
