After placing my order I was sent a confirmation.
After 5 days I had not heard anything else. I contacted the support desk who informed me the time I ordered was out of stock.
It was extremely frustrating that I had to seek this information myself rather than the company informing me as soon as they were aware of the situation.

When I saw the email with the message it can take extra time due the sales time, I didn’t know what to expect. Today I collected the package, it’s has taken 8 days from order to collect. (Sweden to the Netherlands)
I’m well pleased with that ! Overall great experience.

Great homepage! Easy to use and shop from, really good system where you get points from your purchases you can use to buy from on the homepage. The delivery was really fast to Stockholm. The prices on the homepage are really good, you can rarely find these prices at the retailers. The products are absolutely awesome quality and look / feel really awesome!

I like the products, but the site is a little slow and the pricing is unclear, can change at checkout withut warning. Also the size guide is not always accurate. However I keep buying because the products are nice and the prices are quite decent when there is a sale.
I recommend they homogenize their delivery policy and make final pricing more clear.

Lousy service and no communication or whatsoever.
I ordered some items and received confirmation via e-mail.
Almost 2 weeks later I didn't receive the items, so I contact the customer service.
They just said, the order was cancelled (without me knowing).....

Im living in Serbia and here is very hard to find Bjorn Borg wear. Im buying when Im travel to Nordic countries. I go to gym 5 times a week and im running. All i can say is that Im buying only Bjorn Borg in last two years... PERFECT!!!!!!!!!!!! So all of you with bad comments i think that you all just sayin to say.... Im in sports whole life and from underwear to toilet bag everything is ❤️

Agree with previous comments. Long time to dispatch the items, and then the delivery never happened! Been trying to get hold of Bjorn Borg (only an email address with an automated response) and the delivery company (DHL Parcel UK - only an automated call service). Really didn't expect this kind of service from them.

Made an order, hadn't arrived 3 weeks later despite being indicated as 'dispatched.' Had to contact customer services via email - received a single response and then nil further so had to complete another enquiry form. Apparently product out of stock but why did they not inform me of this.
I would strongly urge customers to avoid purchasing from this company

Refund delay unacceptable
I was always very satisfied with the products offered by Björn Borg. But since my last order (direct purchases in their online shop) my thoughts have changed a bit. After receiving the goods I sent back pieces that didn't fit within 2 days. Now more than one and a half months later I am still waiting for the refund of the already paid stuff I have returned. Also after several inquiries to the support I am always put off with the fact that there is a lot going on at the moment and the package may have arrived but must first be sent back internally to Sweden before the refund process begins. To wait for a refund over 4 weeks after the package is definitely received by Björn Borg according to tracking is unacceptable. This experience unfortunately coincides with the many bad reviews here. Then it's better to order through third parties who offer a better service.

Large delays in dispatching order, no customer service responses via email or the website and no telephone number to call. They seem to think an auto response email using slang language means they offer great customer service.
Avoid this company as they have a lot to learn.

Avoid this company
Ordered on 2nd of December- received email on 3rd December saying item had been shipped. Email contained DHL Shipment number - all good - oh no it was not !!!!
17 days later no product - DHL Shipment number does not exist. No phone number to contact Bjorn Borg. Only online. Sent email - no reply!!!
Contacted my bank regarding this and
miraculously the day after customer services email me !! What a surprise !! Apparently my order is now on the way - still not got it though !!!

Delivery to UK took 11 days when their website says 4-5 days. I wanted to take the order on holiday but I was gone before it arrived. The customer service was crap when I contacted them and to be honest they didn’t seem to give a hoot. Not what you would expect from a premium brand. They must be losing money hand over fist! Poor service like this really cheapens a brand especially when this is a very competitive niche.

Takes ages to get my order delivered to Amsterdam.
Apparently all items are shipped from Sweden, there’s no distribution from other countries.
Been waiting now more than a week, and hoping it will still arrive. No email with track & trace, i had to contact the customer service for that.
👋👋 Bjorn Borg, this is 2018, no one likes to wait 1,5 week for their order.

Bjornborg.com had a sale over Easter. I chose the products I wanted to buy, but couldn't get through to the payment page! There wasn't a chat option, so I sent an email.
I received an email back very promptly to apologise & explain that they had technical issues, which they'd now resolved. Trouble was, the sale had ended.
When I emailed back to ask for a discount voucher so I could get the products at the price in the sale, I was told that 'in fairness to other customers' I'd have to buy now or wait for the next sale.
It was hardly my fault that their site had a technical issue, so it seems a little unfair that they won't give me a discount voucher.
This would have been my first purchase, but i'm not going to bother now. If they can't get the payment page working during a sale it does make we wonder at the quality of their site.

There was a problem with my delivery - the package has not been processed on time and it took 2 weeks for it to be despatched. In the end, the package got lost in transit so I never got the package...however, customer service was helpful enough to process a refund quickly and send a compensation item for free!
I would recommend ordering way in advance (a month at least) to ensure you definitely get the item.

I've left a one star review because there is no option of a no star. I've ordered good two weeks ago, my money has been taken and I have receiv d the most obtuse responses from customer service. Is this a scam website? There are many reviews similar to this and that makes me think it's a money grabbing scam? They have now involved a third party who handles their payments and they are equally as obtuse. Bottom line, I've paid for my goods and they have my money and I don't have my order or my money!!

Placed an order on the website. Thats a week ago. They money has been withdrawn from my account but for some reason there is no order in the system. Therefor they cant send me the goods and I've been struggling for about a day to get someone that can ensure that I have my money back!
Worst, absolutely worst, customer service I ever experienced!
Wouldn't recommend anyone buying anything on there website.

Worst on-line shopping experience ever. I had ordered boxer shorts and 5 days later my order was still not processed. After I had sent them an email, I have received one day later a reply that they would process the order. Yet another day later, I have received an email that they had canceled my order as they had run out of stock! So exactly 7 days after I had placed an order, they realized they didn't have the stuff they had sold me. This is just unbelievable! I had to buy alternative boxer shorts in a local shop and had to spend much more money. They have offered me a 10% discount as a compensation on my next order which was no solution to the problem.
