I ordered among other things a bikini - they have sent a totally different piece and size that i ordered. I have tried contacting them by their so called "customer service" email and phone for almost a most to get an return and exchange to the bikini that i actually bought and paid for - but no one answers their phone and i just keep getting automated email replies - it is a joke!!
I can only recommend NOT using their webshop -

Ordered a wetsuit, which arrived with a rip in the seem at the lower right leg. My first thought was, "how could you not have seen this before sending it?!". I immediately contacted the customer support by e-mail, since the phone number was not working (hanging up on me after I chose option 5 in the menu). I got no reply. After 2 weeks, I got an automatic reply that they're sorry that they couldn't help as quick as they wished for. And that maybe the problem fixed itself (how, Billabong, how?!) After some more attempts to contact them and no replies but automatic ones, I tried the phone number again. Note that we're far over a month since the purchase. The French lady was arrogant and not apologizing at all. I finally got a label to return it and they will refund it. Guess what, in the mean time, the wetsuit is sold out and they didn't offer a decent solution to their poor poor pathetic customer support. I wish the people at Billabong Europe a happy day of narcisism.

No matter how many times I contact customer service they will not refund my credit card for returned items. They say they will but it doesn’t actually happen.

Customer service is appalling- 3 months and counting to get a faulty jumper sorted. It’s the most ridiculous system I’ve ever dealt with. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Ridiculous customer service
I received a pair of flip flops in which one was bigger than the other and I complained via e-mail in july 2019 - since then I have received a standardized e-mail from them (every 5 or 6 days) stating that they are very serious about my request and if it is not yet resolved could I please write them back. And I have - every time - and I still haven't heard from a person. (Now it is september 2019)
I have tried calling them but they don't answer the phone.
I believe that I've paid for a high end product and received a faulty edition, so I would expect to be taken serious when I contact them - this has not been the case.

After being a fan of Billabong apparel for many years, I decided to buy some clothes online for my trip to Canada on the 2nd August. I spent £159 on the 25th July and received free standard delivery (3-5 working days).
Well, by the 1st August my order had not even reached the delivery depot. I rang the customer service team that just said "Oh yes, it was delayed on its way out to you so that's why it is late." I explained the situation and there was no goodwill gesture or offer to make me want to shop with Billabong again.
Awful experience and will not be trusting them in the future.

I placed an order on 4th July. On 16th July I finally received the email confirming that the order has been shipped — ONLY AFTER I wrote and asked what's happening for 2 weeks. Nice (Not nice at all, actually).
The initial order included 2 items: HIGHTIDE SHORT and SLEEVELESS SEA CROP. It was kind of a set, a swimming suit, if you may. But in the email about shipping, it was stated that the SLEEVELESS SEA CROP (TROPICAL) has been been cancelled from my order and will not be shipped — although it was and is still available in the online store. So I was not asked whether I still want the half of my order and was not offered any options or explanations on WHY ON EARTH they canceled half of it after making me wait for 2 weeks. They do not answer in their instagram and do not react to emails.
This experience is so frustrating I just can't find the words to describe it. I now ordered the other half of the other again — and again I haven't received a confirmation and info on shipping after 2 days. NEVER BUY AT BILLABONG :(((((

I made the big offer of T-shirts on their website for all my family.
but, my wife ordered XL size but they sent XXL. Fortunately, she is good with the XXL but, come on.. how did you mixed up the size?!
Well.. it's kind of frustrating but you guys are lucky..

Ordered a snowboard pants at the billabong store. It was not delivered to Austria, I'm waiting for three weeks now. So far so bad, but things happen.
What is really bad is the customer service. It is simply not reachable. They do not answer to e-mails or calls. The hotline seems to be located in France, but lines are always busy. I can just hope to get refunded.
What a shame for an international brand. I cannot recommand to shop there.

After reading the previous review after already purchasing I wish I’d came here first. I need to return a wetsuit in a very large box and shoes which were both sent separate. Only after receiving the goods did I see they were both sent from BELGIUM! Even though the domain name I’d bought from is CO.UK! If I’d known I was buying from Belgium and getting a refund for a shop of £180 would be so difficult I would have avoided and went to ROXY. I am now waiting for a response to my email after 5 days to find out how I make the return and to where. I imagine sending all this back May cost around £30. I am not happy at all and I will never buy from billabong directly again. This is going to cost me a fortune and if they cannot provide a good service they should not offer a service at all. I could easily buy from a second party and will do so from now on.
Furthermore - the wetsuit shoes I’d ordered were titled “WOMENS” and id ordered a size UK 4. And what I had arrived was a pair of children’s wetsuit shoes which would fit maybe an infant??? Their website is not clear and very misleading.

Ordered a bikini but the pants don't fit. Since they don't offer a free return label I went to the post office. There I need to send it as a parcel since international envelopes with goods are not allowed for private people anymore. A package is 9€. The pants are worth 25€. Billabong customer service is no help at all and only refers to their return policy. At least they should state changes like that there. Ridiculous. DON`T SHOP THERE!!!

I should have checked here before ordering. 5 emails, 7 phone calls - all unanswered. £27.00 to return shorts and absolutely no idea when/if I will ever see a refund. Poor service is one thing, No service at all is quite another.
I will never shop there again.
