Never again will I do business with Big Sandy Superstore. They are the biggest scam artists out there. They sell you an extended warranty on a dryer but they don't honor it. They said it was a month out of warranty. (Of course they say that) The dryer had a 1 yr manufacturer's warranty and then I purchased a 5 year warranty on top of that. So that should be 6 yrs of warranty. That's even the way the salesman explained the extra warranty I purchased to me. Now they claim that the warranty overlaps the manufacturers warranty and my warranty is already expired. SCAM ARTIST!!!

I bought a recliner from Big Sandy. It lasted 3 weeks and the mechanism underneath broke now I have to wait 4 to 6 weeks for a replacement part and then schedule a technician to come fix my chair. If it breaks within a month I would think they would just gave you another chair I will never return to Big Sandy

Bought mattresses from the Parkersburg, WV store. The floor model was nice. The ones I received were hard and made my back hurt. I did get the one time exchange. When I went to return the first mattresses. The guy working told me to lay it on the floor and have kids jump up and down on the matress to break it in! Then the other sales clerk told me I needed an adjustable base to help soften it for another 799.00! So I got a second set. Again the store one was nice and comfy! Mine?? Nope I am now $ 500 deep in chiropractic bills and they will not take it back or exchange. Again told me to purchase their 799.00 adjustable bed frame.. . Seriously?? I have furnished my kitchen from there with appliances, have got decor, bought recliners, mattresses, .. . No more! They have forever lost my business and my families!

I had the most awesome customer service experience at the Big Sandy Store at Polaris with Tom in the Mattress Department & with Brandon at the Dublin Location. Tom was very compassionate in helping me with my needs of getting a mattress and a adjustable base within my budget and the style of mattress I wanted. Unfortunately, the mattress & adjustable base I wanted was not within my budget. During my time with Tom, I shared some very personal experiences (divorce) and Tom gave me some encouraging words. After further conversations with Tom. He said let me call our Sawmill store and he talked with the mattress salesman named Brandon. Tom ended up emailing Brandon my mattress & adjustable bed wants and he sent me out to the Sawmill location to check out close out mattress & adjustable bed frame that were still available at that location. When I entered the Sawmill bed department, Brandon greeted me and again I received the same compassionate outstanding customer service. Brandon was able to get me a mattress & adjustable base to my liking within my budget. In fact the mattress exceeded my expectations. These 2 guys, Tom & Brandon should be awarded for their AWESOME COMPASSIONATE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I look forward to repeat business with Big Sandy.

We bought a sectional and spent a lot for it in December and when it was delivered one of the recliners on the end would pop. The delivery man said it was because it set in the truck all night and it was cold! A week later I called and was scheduled for a service call. When the man came out he said the reclining mechanism needed to be replaced. I was then informed the part would take 3 months to get,mean while we were not using it. One day as I was taking a closer look at it I noticed that the main back board was broken. I called and told them the board needed to be replaced and was rescheduled again. When the repair man did come he just happened to have the mechanism that had come in and knew nothing about the broken board. He said it needed replaced and would need to be rescheduled.They told me that would be in about 5 weeks. After throwing a fit they scheduled it 2 weeks out. When the repair man came he was able to let himself in before I returned home from work. When I got home I couldn't believe my eyes. He did not replace the board instead he gerri rigged boards on top and bottom to just try and hold it together. He had taken loose the springs then it was too tight to get them back on. He said he could not fix it and it should have just been replaced at the start as I had wanted. So he left and the next day I started calling and telling them that I was fed up and wanted it replaced as it should have been. They then told me that I was now under the repair and not replace time frame. I reminded them that this was started the first week we got it and that we have had this six months and have not been able to sit on it yet. So refusing to replace it they have scheduled another repairman visit 4 weeks later against my wishes to just replace it. When he shows he had better redo the mess the other did and replace the main board. My wife did call the credit card company and contest this purchase and we have not heard from them yet. I told the service dept that if it is not fixed right I will take it in my truck and throw it out on Big Sandy's parking lot! I am so fed up with the poor service,being scheduled so far out and just really crappy customer service. I still have a sectional that for 6 months we or guest cant sit on that cost slot of money. I will never buy another crappy piece of furniture from Big Sandy Superstore again and will stop anyone I know from buying from them. The furniture there is not worth wasting money on. Please do not make the same mistake we did by shopping there.

We bought a Flexsteel sofa and loveseat with power reclining on September 9 2017. Over time the seat on the loveseat that my wife sat on began to sink down around six inches. We contacted Big Sandy's service department and a repairman came out. The repairman said the seat would have to be replaced. And that Flexsteel will not replace the seat. I contacted Flexsteel Customer Service and was told there is a repair kit that replaces springs and adds Foam-Enhancing Pads. I sent a copy of the Email with a repairman to give to Customer Service. Eventually a repairman came out and told us that no such repair kit exists. The repairman added poly fill not only to the loveseat mentioned above but also to the sofa seat that I sit on. Both seats are very uncomfortable. Poly fill will eventually wear down so it is not effective for the long haul. Big Sandy contacted us several weeks ago and said the parts (poly fill) were in.That is the last time we have heard from them.

And then law suit. Fed up with lies
Would never purchase any thing from them.The service department sucks never gets anything done.
Buy some where else if your smart

I sacrificed time with my family to wait on furniture I would use for a staging project. They said delivery between 11 and 3. It is now 4pm and not a call to say, hey we are delayed. I will be cancelling order. Too many other stores in need of my business.
In my company, no call, no show, your fired.

1 star is to much - run from this place - do not go here! Delivered item all banged up - carrier would not take back. 3 calls to customer service and no response. Had to go to store and demand (loudly) to take back and give my money back. Go to the big box store - compare prices - these guys are no better. Run, run from Big Sandy!

Bad Customer Experience- We ordered almost 8 weeks ago a new bedroom suit that we found on the website. The sales person was nice enough but was not very knowledgable. It was near closing time and could tell we were holding everyone up as they were wanting to close. At checkout the lady asked me how much money I had in my personal account (not your business)! Then one of the pieces of furniture did not fit around our banister so we had to return it! I was willing to switch out for a different piece of furniture however they want to charge a 30% restocking fee that apparently was disclosed to us as they were pushing us out the door. Horrible experience the prices are not that great suggest go anywhere else! We have had better service at Value City. Spoke to the manager about my concerns and was told there was nothing they could do. You lost a good customer Big Sandy!

Parkersburg WV Store
Purchased LG Fridge on 6/17. The front door to our house was damaged as they were removing old one. Still waiting to here the resolution on repairs/replacement. Service after the sale is a joke. Eva (store manager) has no business working with the public. Were not happy at all with her BULLY tactics, not to mention still waiting on parts for the new one. It's been 21 days! Still waiting.

I bought a $2,700.00 LG crap quit working, Service should be around you customers. They expect you to take off work every time. Some people can’t take a day off every week to accommodate them.. Three weeks with out fridge lost all of our food.. We shouldn’t have to request to be reimbursed.. But you do! poor service and management. $2,700.00 Quit replaced compressor and a second part and it still does not work ... They are excited to selll and take your money, but to make a lemon right you will never see!!! We should have been offered a loaner as much as we paid.. An automatic letter should go out about the loss of food when a service comes in that a fridge went out. And they give you $100., have you seen the size of these fridges a $100 doesn’t make a dent in what we lost in just the freezer.
They never comment on bad reviews and the good reviews is an automatic reply everyone of them are the same. So no one really cares or looks at those .. We Will never purchase an LG product again! LG products are horrible! And ton buy from Big Sandy, we bought a couch and the arm collapsed! Stand by your sales!!!!!! People work for a living and in today’s time try getting off work when u r sick? let alone three times for a service person to come tell u it’s broke and they need to order parts...

We went in to find a specific loveseat and Tara helped us find exactly what we were looking for! She guided us through the entire process. She was friendly, polite & knowledgeable. We were very comfortable with her. The delivery was right on time, here just when they said they would be. Tara even called me to make sure the delivery went well & that we were satisfied, couldn't have asked for a better experience!! Thank you for making our first Big Sandy visit a great one 😁

Well last October reviews look great but this one is Not! My husband bought an LG washer/dryer a year ago. The months went by and it has become a STINKING washer! The service guys came out, told me how to do Tub Clean using Affresh. Done and smells the same! No difference! Had a Sears set for 22 years and Never had this smell!! Why should I have to keep this Thing?? Called and wrote BBB...! Not done yet!

They are great when you’re buying. If you have a problem with an appliance your lucky to get it fixed within a month. They make an appointment to come out but they have to order parts after they find out the problem. So it takes a week to come look. Then three weeks to order then another 10 days after ordering the Wrong parts. I suggest buying from a local store that has a parts department like good housekeeping on Main Street in Lancaster Ohio if you live near Lancaster. You’ll be up and running in a couple days.

OK .. customer service rant ! My aunt purchased a NEW refrigerator from BIG SANDY about 2 months ago. Well, it is already DEAD !!! Repair man came Saturday and ordered a part. She calls today because SHE HAS NO REFRIGERATOR !! They tell her the part won't be in for 3 to 5 days. SHE HAS NO REFRIGERATOR and now won't for well over a week at least. They are good on the sale but all they want is your money! There is a reasonable expectation when you purchase a new refrigerator that it last for more than 2 months !!!!!! They know the situation and don't care !!

Not happy at all when we went to pick up our kitchen table and chairs it was all in a huge box. I was never told or givin the option to have it delivered or setup I don't even know if the do that. It took 2 hours to put the table and chairs together I couldn't check it for damages at pickup and it does have a knick on the table top. They need to communicate at the time of sell it may have been a factor whether or not If I would have bought it .

I would rate 0 , option not availble, My worse time buying furniture, Ive had a terrible experince my first time shopping, I ordered a paid over $4500.00 promised the 17th of octobor delivery sales person Randy and Nick assured me everything was in the wearhouse I paid 30% up front when ordered, then Iam called on the 8th saying my order couldnt be delivered till the 24th, Well they came on the 24th and the disaster started when they pulled in my drive almost taking out my fence post damaging their truck on the passenger side, then when they was bringing furniture one of the guys scubottom sill of door breaking the doorsill loose , then Im told all my order wasnt in and everything was in but my foot board,, now this is totaly assurbed , what is your Buisness, destroying my property and not getting orders as promiced , the delivery is on your stores and not the fault of the manufature if the store dont have it dont say itrs in the wearhouse,,,, a Very Disgrunteled Shopper , then after I called Nick last week of the 24th he was at first in shock and embarassed then saying he would check the next day in to work , well he did with no new info except the guys would be back maybe to install the knobs on dressers and chest, then offered me a cheap $50.00 i have more stress and damage then that , this may go too the State Attorny Generals office , the Today Monday I called at 11am to talkl with Nick and still to this hr at 330 no call back Zanesville, Ohio store

Parents had bought a defective frigerator from them and they do not want to replace they want to come out and fix several things my parents had paid full cash for brand new one and didn't get a new one they said it's under warranty and she didn't have it for a few hours now she's got to fight to get things done right and they should have had bought another very displeased with the service
