Made my order on 28/8/19 but still not yet receive my items after 1 month. Msg. the customer services they gave a lot of excuses. I just msg them and threaten them that I going to file lawsuits against this website . Don' t buy anything from this website anymore. About 8 years ago, it was ok .I brought 5 watches from them and delivery was fast but now is a scam website.

SEEMS TO ME SOMEONE IS HITTING THE SEND KEY TO SEND OUT THEIR LATEST SPECIALS. ACCORDING TO REVIEWS, MODNIQUE IS BANKRUPT AND THIS IS A SCAM.....BIDZ USED TO BE REPUTABLE BUT NOT ANY LONGER. I'M OUT OF ~$200 AND A LOT OF HASSEL TRYING TO GET SOMEONE TO RESPOND.

Always used Bidz and had a great experience UNTIL August 2018 when they stopped shipping orders.
I had to threaten lawsuit many times just to get them to ship my items. The excuses they use are laughable. They've been victims of fraud, can't issue refund because payment processor would not allow it (WHAT??)
The only reason I gave 2 stars is because When they ship it's as described. Recently started shipping out my orders, very slow but better then nothing. Still 5 orders on open status and hope they as well ship asap.
This will be the last time I purchase anything from Bidz, Ebidz, Modinique. Just a final note, just because they're shipping out my orders I will still advise against purchasing anything from there companies (which are the same company)

Made many purchases over the years but their service now is non-existant.Purchase last year;paid for +shipping;now August and still not received. Their so-called customer service trots out a standardised response or should i say a series of excuses. Do not under any circumstance waste your time or money;you will have as much joy as standing under a cold shower tearing it up,Andrew.

I have always purchased jewelry from bids.com and delivery of merchandise has always arrived on time with certificates. Bids.com is an honest company so sorry to see them close down.

I would give them a Zero if I could. I bought a couple items back in Dec 2017, I never received them. Was told I could get a refund. Then another representative told me they do not do refunds. I finally received a credit in Dec 2018. Seventh months later, I still have not received my items. I have emailed several times and contacted the attorney generals office. They never responded to the attorney general and they emails, when they did reply, stated they were having vendor issues. Nothing changed. I am currently out about $90.
Last time I emailed them, they stated I did not have any orders open, but my account states differently.
I tried finding an attorney, but I may have been looking in the wrong place, cause no one responded.
This is not the same company it was 10 plus years ago. They are crooks and scammers.

Poor experience. I haven't bought from bidz for a while now. I placed multpile orders having full faith since I bought from bidz years ago and had no issues. I tried multiple times to call rang and rang then couldn't leave a message. Sent emails as well.
We'll I wasn't waiting around. I filed claims with my credit card company 30 days later and was able to get my money back in full. I suggest do not buy from this site. They are scamming us. Pass it on

I am a repeat customer on and off over several years.
I have place 2 recent orders (Dec 2018). One order recieved on time. The other order not.
It has been 10 business days yet no movement what so ever, stating it is "open"
My order # 517822126
I also paid extra on the shipping. I would at least like that reimbursed since my order hasn't even been processed yet.
It's already a late gift...
Update: if you type bidz in a search you will find this has been a on and off again thing happening for several years.

Their website is down for "scheduled maintenance".
I still have yet to receive a response back from my email to customer service as well. The Web site was up at the time of my first email to customer service.

It took months to get two rings. One from July and one from August. Both came last week.
The quality is fine but I had already forgotten I had won the bids on them.
I won't be using Bidz anymore.

So where do i start. I received the 2 products i paid for. The problem i had was that it took 3 months, with no guarantee that i would ever receive them. A simple fix would be to inform the customer before they paid, that the products were not in stock, and would have to be sourced, which could take up to ... weeks / months. Manage peoples expectations and don't leave them sitting there wondering if they have been scammed. Personally, i had credit card companies ready to reverse the transaction when the excuses started to repeat... being sourced, stuck in customs, in transit, ready to be sent.
Don't get me wrong, i am very happy with the items i received, but the experience has left me very hesitant to ever purchase again.
If the company changes how they present their auctions, and manage their customer service better, i may reconsider. However, i doubt i will pay for a valuation, or for express shipping, as i received neither of these.

I have been waiting for 2 rings I bought for weeks now. They respond (when they respond, which is not always the case) to the emails saying: "Please accept our sincere apologies due to delay, but please trust us as we are doing our best in order to get your order shipped asap". I have written over 10 emails about the same issue and I always get a similar answer. When I asked them to refund for my purchases, they said they can't anymore. I had bought from them a few years ago and had no issues but I think now it is a completely different company specializing in ripping people off. Don't buy from them :(

I bought a bracelet for my wife over a month ago. I tried for over a week to contact customer service before receiving any sort of a reply. I have tried over two weeks to contact them to get a refund and no answer at all. I strongly suggest you do not buy anything off of this site as you will very probably be ripped off.

I am suffering with them from last year 2017 I made an order they ship have of it the remaining they didn't ship it I ask for refund they said they Cann't and I have to ask my bank for the refund !!!
after long time and many emails they accept to give me the money as credit in my account .
So I made new purchase at Oct-2018 and the same problem I have now with them they just say we are waiting for the vendors.
I don't know what is happening with the company I was a costumer with them since 2012.
I am so disappointed !!

I won 3 items; But I couldn't pay for them because they said they were updating their cart checkout check back later; I called their customer service 3 times; mailbox full couldn't leave a message; I emailed them on their site; still haven't heard back; contacted them on facebook, no return response. Well, I guess the Lord God is telling me not to deal with these people and company. And by the negative reviews, I can furthermore see why.

Still waiting on orders 2 1/2 months in. Products are good only if you can get them. Customer service has failed me up to this point. If I can get them to ship my items to me within the next week,ratings will go up. They,however,can receive only one star at this point.
