So far I've made around 2 orders to BH Cosmetics. I had no issue the first time, as it said on the site, it would be 1-3 days to process, then 8 days to ship. So far it has done this both times with no issue. The products worked great and didn't arrive broken. The tracking was extremely accurate down to the minute they put it on my doorstep. I see many reviews talking about issues of shipping times, but judging from how easily I could track my package with little issue, that's less of BH's fault and more of FedEx's (the shipping service they use) fault. Or just maybe a lot of people who didn't put their address correctly/other issues on their part.

I placed an order for a palette of shadows and a palette of blushes and I did not receive my products and they did not send the products or refund my money. I have not received any help from them, they do not have professional ethics and their customer service is null

I ordered my products over a month ago however every time I check the delivery status it said that it didn't ship as yet (still at warehouse). When I requested a refund after waiting for a month, they decided to ship the products. I told them that it was way out of delivery eta and I didn't want them anymore. They are refusing to give me a refund and have been ignoring my requests. I still didn't get the products even though they were shipped. I filed a claim with Paypal. Lets see if it works.

THIS COMPANY TAKES COMPLETE ADVANTAGE OVER PEOPLE! THERE LARGE FOLLOWING DOES NOT MEAN A THING, IF THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT SEND THE PRODUCT. I SENT A MESSAGE TWO DAYS BEFORE THE FAKE SHIPMENT ASKING THE STATUS OF MY PRODUCT, THEY REPLIED I SHOULD RECEIVE IT ON 2/28. THIS MORNING I AM SITTING IN MY LIVING ROOM, LOW AND BEHOLD I LOOK AT MY EMAIL, IT SAYS MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED. NOT ONE FEDEX TRUCK DELIVERED TO MY DOOR, WHILE I WAS IN MY LIVING ROOM ON THIS SUNDAY MORNING. THEY ALSO STATED USPS WILL DELIVER THE PACKAGE, SO HOW DID FEDEX DELIVER THE PACKAGE.

I ordered my products on January 20. Its February 15th and still nothing has arrived. Their website says it will take up to 10 business days but it is misleading. They have very bad customer service and will not help you out in case of issues. I have emailed them with concern that their website doesnt say true information about shipping times and that I have right to ask for refund when they dont provide their end of the deal but they declined my request. They blame everything on Covid-19, saying that it causes delays but if you look through older reviews seems that for several years now they have had this amazingly low quality service. IF YOU LOVE YOURSELF DO NOT BUY FROM THEIR WEBSITE!
This has been the biggest headache and I look forward to finally being done with them. If they manage to deliver my order. ( doubting that already).

It is currently Jan. 8th 2021 and I ordered from them Nov. 23rd 2020, and I STILL haven't received my order. I live in Canada, and I understand that the pandemic has made it harder for things to ship, so that's why I didn't say anything when the holidays came around because I knew shipping and delivery would be very slow, or practically not even happening during the last weeks of Dec. To New Years.
But, I ordered 6 OTHER PACKAGES from OTHER WEBSITES on THE SAME DAY as BH Cosmetics, since I was going to give them as presents to my friends. All the other packages that I ordered have ALREADY COME IN, even before Mid-Dec. 2020. Even a Fenty Beauty package that I ordered, that I could only get from their US warehouse, was one of the earliest package I received. I've checked the BH Cosmetics shipping tracker statues a lot, and every time I check, it's stuck on that first part saying "shipping information received". It's been over 40 days, and they said international shipping could take anywhere between 2-20 business days MAX, so I decided to email customer service about my package.
Now I always allow for any company to email me back in the time that it says it will, which for BH Cosmetics, it was between 1-3 days. It's now been 3 days and I haven't even received an email back from customer service, and I feel completely lost on what to do at this point. Other customer service places that I've had to email always emails back fairly quickly, between 1-2 days, even with the pandemic going on, so again I'm fairly lost at this point.
I'm not sure on what to do since it's been so long, and I already received the bill for all the ordering I did. I highly don't recommend ordering from here, and I suggest ordering from some other trusted makeup website. It isn't worth the cheap prices, and it isn't worth this very long wait. Honestly I've had way better experiences with Colourpop, and their makeup is equally as cheap and from my experience, way better and faster. I just wanted to order a rainbow palette for my friend who is very new to makeup, and I thought I could trust the reviews, but turns out I really couldn't.

I accidently ordered the same thing twice within a few minute time frame. I immediately emailed them to request one be cancelled because I didn't intentionally order two of the same things. They refused to cancel one of my orders and they are saying there is nothing I can do to get a refund. I will never give them my business again.

For the price, the cosmetics are better than okay. I bought mine when they were having a sale, so I was fine with that. I really liked four things out of everything I bought... waterproof eyeliner, earth colored lipliner, glitter, and an eyeshadow palette.
I was very disappointed when I received a light colored lipgloss, and the tip of the gloss applicator had a dark brown or reddish color on the tip of the applicator. I called customer service who required proof, so I had to submit a photo to show. That took time, the result, credit for future purchase. That sucked, because I won't order from them again. It took 15 days for my order to arrive. I mean did this $#*! come from China? It came from LA, but never again will I be ordering from BH Cosmetics ever again.

I ordered 9 makeup palettes from this company on September 4th, 2020. I paid the extra $12.95 for FedEx 2 day shipping. We have a wedding to attend on the 14th so I figured it was plenty of time for arrival. Needless to say, today is the 14th and still nothing. I had a tracking number sent to me and it said the package would be delivered on the 8th. When it didn't show up I called fedex and they told me that the products have not left even left BH cosmetics yet. WHAT? I called BH cosmetics and they verified the order wasn't shipped yet and they didn't know why. They said they would return the fedex shipping fee, but still to this day I haven't even gotten that back. The wedding is tomorrow morning and no makeup from them. From now on I will be using Morphe and never this company again.

I love the make up and how it is vegan and cruelty free. I received one eyeliner broken and their customer service wouldn't listen to what I was saying and it took almost 2 weeks to "resolve" the issue (which still isn't resolved).

Don't order from this company! I ordered on 07/07/20 and my order is STILL pending shipment! I emailed CS, and they basically told me too bad! They wouldn't let me cancel my order although it's still pending shipment! I ordered from glow recipe on 7/12, and they have already sent me shipping confirmation! During this pandemic I have ordered from several companies and have had 0 issues! Go elsewhere with your hard earned money

I ordered almost two months ago and I understand we are in a bad situation but they wont replay to me and I just asked for the status of my package, just tell me where is it!! They didnt respond for two weeks now, not on facebook or email and Im sick of it and god knows if I get it or not. Worst service ever.

Never i mean NEVER buy any thing that's on sale colors are not as displayed in pic off sight colors aren't pigmented I'm very upset and unhappy I sent an email to them da lady said that's how we keep things affordable $#*! I bought a palette based on an influencer's rave review. Unfortunately, the product was of poor quality. Matte shadows are chalky and have very poor color payoff. I contacted customer service and was told that "all sales are final". However, I do not recall seeing any disclosure to that effect on the website during my purchase. I will never buy from this website again.
PS: unlike what was described in many other reviews, my products did arrive within a reasonable amount of time and the customer service team did answer my emails quickly.

i ordered a set of brushes that was supposed to be a Secret Santa gift for Christmas. i waited two weeks and have not received any shipping info so i contacted them where they told me to rest assured they have sent out my package with FedEx and that FedEx was experiencing some delays. A week and a half from there I email them again because i have NOT received any updates about my package from FedEx. turns out FedEx also have not received my package from bhcosmetics. And then two days before my party I receive an email from them only to be told that the item i ordered WAS OUT OF STOCK! How can you tell a customer their item is shipped out, wait almost a WHOLE month and then tell them the item they ordered is out of stock -__- SO RIDICULOUS AND DISAPPOINTING! i will not being ordering anything from them again. just based on customer service, im giving them 1 star, 0 if i could.

I ordered over $100 worth of products and was so excited about the quality. I got to my items and saw some were missing so I looked to see if it was being shipped separately. No, it was in that box according to the packing slip. I email customer service and go back to work only to find out they keep waiting 3 to 4 days to respond then respond with a run around. Then finally confirmed my missing items and STILL left some off the confirmation. I emailed back 2x with no response. It's been THREE weeks trying to get my items I paid for and am so irritated and so disappointed at this point. Still haven't gotten my items. I really wanted to order more items but how can I do that when they haven't even sent my missing items smh. How can I leave a positive review? I'm putting 1 star on every item I bought and leaving same review because they ruined my whole experience. Not only that but some items were Christmas presents.

I order makeup all the time offline from companies like tarte and too faced and always recieve merchandise within a week. I really wanted to love this company bc of quality versus price but I will never order anything from their website again!

Awful customer service. Just like other reviews, they were quick to take my money but super slow to ship. I live only 2 hours away from their headquarters/warehouse and it took 2 weeks to receive my order. Their delivery information is inaccurate and misleading. Tho their product is good, I would much rather support a company that actually cares about their customers.

Unlike all the other low star ratings, I received my packaging within 5 days. The package was wrapped beautifully (with several layers). All of my palettes arrived safely.

These $#*! fools are the absolute worst. I placed an order with them on 5/20th for items I needed to receive on or before 5/30th as I have a bridal party makeup to do on 5/31. So, when I hadn't received a shipping/tracking email by 5/22nd I sent them an email explaining to them that it was imperative that my items are delivered by the aforementioned date, bear in my, this is my 1st ever order with them.
I received a cryptic and incoherent reponse pointing out their T&C for shipping and the timeframes.
I responded again asking for a confirmation that my items will be received by the date I need them as their previous email did not address my actual query. I then offered to pay the extra funds for expedited shipping in order to guarantee on-time delivery for my items.
I did not receive a response to my offer. A day or so later, I got a generic ass email stating that my order had been shipped will be delivered by FedEx by 6/6th.
Can you believe the gull of these fools? The $#*!ing disrespect! I just spent my time emailing you back and forth explaining as to why I need urgency with my items. You ignored my email to remedy the situation just to send me a confirmation that the items will be delivered a WHOLE ASS WEEK AFTER the date I need them for? Who the $#*! does that? What type of animals are these?
I simply wrote them back and told them to cancel the order as I would have no need for the items after 5/31st. To which they responded that I would have to wait until the items are delivered before I can return them. I then asked the customer service rep Edison with whom I've been corresponding to escalate my case to a manager, at which point he/she abruptly stopped responding.
This is the absolute worse company ever and I will never do business with them every again. Bunch of useless imbeciles.
