I ordered almost two months ago and I understand we are in a bad situation but they wont replay to me and I just asked for the status of my package, just tell me where is it!! They didnt respond for two weeks now, not on facebook or email and Im sick of it and god knows if I get it or not. Worst service ever.

Never i mean NEVER buy any thing that's on sale colors are not as displayed in pic off sight colors aren't pigmented I'm very upset and unhappy I sent an email to them da lady said that's how we keep things affordable $#*! I bought a palette based on an influencer's rave review. Unfortunately, the product was of poor quality. Matte shadows are chalky and have very poor color payoff. I contacted customer service and was told that "all sales are final". However, I do not recall seeing any disclosure to that effect on the website during my purchase. I will never buy from this website again.
PS: unlike what was described in many other reviews, my products did arrive within a reasonable amount of time and the customer service team did answer my emails quickly.

Awful customer service. Just like other reviews, they were quick to take my money but super slow to ship. I live only 2 hours away from their headquarters/warehouse and it took 2 weeks to receive my order. Their delivery information is inaccurate and misleading. Tho their product is good, I would much rather support a company that actually cares about their customers.

I ordered over $100 worth of products and was so excited about the quality. I got to my items and saw some were missing so I looked to see if it was being shipped separately. No, it was in that box according to the packing slip. I email customer service and go back to work only to find out they keep waiting 3 to 4 days to respond then respond with a run around. Then finally confirmed my missing items and STILL left some off the confirmation. I emailed back 2x with no response. It's been THREE weeks trying to get my items I paid for and am so irritated and so disappointed at this point. Still haven't gotten my items. I really wanted to order more items but how can I do that when they haven't even sent my missing items smh. How can I leave a positive review? I'm putting 1 star on every item I bought and leaving same review because they ruined my whole experience. Not only that but some items were Christmas presents.

Unlike all the other low star ratings, I received my packaging within 5 days. The package was wrapped beautifully (with several layers). All of my palettes arrived safely.
In addition, the site always has sales & promo code flowing. The price is very affordable!

i ordered a set of brushes that was supposed to be a Secret Santa gift for Christmas. i waited two weeks and have not received any shipping info so i contacted them where they told me to rest assured they have sent out my package with FedEx and that FedEx was experiencing some delays. A week and a half from there I email them again because i have NOT received any updates about my package from FedEx. turns out FedEx also have not received my package from bhcosmetics. And then two days before my party I receive an email from them only to be told that the item i ordered WAS OUT OF STOCK! How can you tell a customer their item is shipped out, wait almost a WHOLE month and then tell them the item they ordered is out of stock -__- SO RIDICULOUS AND DISAPPOINTING! i will not being ordering anything from them again. just based on customer service, im giving them 1 star, 0 if i could.

They were supposed to be Christmas gifts for my daughter, but the way it's going I probably wont receive anything till after the holidays. I order makeup all the time offline from companies like tarte and too faced and always recieve merchandise within a week. I really wanted to love this company bc of quality versus price but I will never order anything from their website again!

These $#*! fools are the absolute worst. I placed an order with them on 5/20th for items I needed to receive on or before 5/30th as I have a bridal party makeup to do on 5/31. So, when I hadn't received a shipping/tracking email by 5/22nd I sent them an email explaining to them that it was imperative that my items are delivered by the aforementioned date, bear in my, this is my 1st ever order with them.
I received a cryptic and incoherent reponse pointing out their T&C for shipping and the timeframes.
I responded again asking for a confirmation that my items will be received by the date I need them as their previous email did not address my actual query. I then offered to pay the extra funds for expedited shipping in order to guarantee on-time delivery for my items.
I did not receive a response to my offer. A day or so later, I got a generic ass email stating that my order had been shipped will be delivered by FedEx by 6/6th.
Can you believe the gull of these fools? The $#*!ing disrespect! I just spent my time emailing you back and forth explaining as to why I need urgency with my items. You ignored my email to remedy the situation just to send me a confirmation that the items will be delivered a WHOLE ASS WEEK AFTER the date I need them for? Who the $#*! does that? What type of animals are these?
I simply wrote them back and told them to cancel the order as I would have no need for the items after 5/31st. To which they responded that I would have to wait until the items are delivered before I can return them. I then asked the customer service rep Edison with whom I've been corresponding to escalate my case to a manager, at which point he/she abruptly stopped responding.
This is the absolute worse company ever and I will never do business with them every again. Bunch of useless imbeciles.

I ordered my items on 6/10/19 took 3 days to process and they shipped out my purchased on 6/13/19 mind you I paid $5-$6 for shipping that stated I would get it 5-7 days like any normal company would do it's been two weeks since it has been shipped out and I was also tracking the package and saw it was sitting in the fedex shipment building (which is an exit away from me drive ) for 3 days then decide to turn it over to post office which I will not receive the following day.

Delivery information is in accurate and see the seller indicates I have to continue to wait despite the courier being a seller selected company. The seller selected the courier for delivery on items I purchased and paid for. Tracking information shows delivery yesterday, however no package was received at the delivery address on file. A CS rep told me today they need to file a claim against Fed Ex and until THEIR issue is resolved, I have to continue to wait. Also, I have to follow up with them, instead of them providing updates, in 8-10 days to find out when / if I will receive the products I paid for nearly 2 weeks ago! So, they have my money, I have no products, and I have to wait for their insurance claim with fed ex to be resolved (and I have to follow up with them for status) before anything can be done to resolve my issues. Clearly THEIR money and satisfaction with the courier THEY hired is more important than that of the customer who has paid THEM for product.

So I ordered from the Bh Cosmetics website in Feb. 2019.
Cons: (1)I started an account but somehow my order wasn't under it so I couldn't check under my account for tracking.(2) Order took 2 weeks to come and tracking was unorganized I ordered 4 items and under the tracking site only 2 items were to be shipped together. (3) Debit Card was compromised literally the second day after order was processed. The hacker attempted to take money 5 times. They succeeded 4 but because I don't keep much on that card, I caught the second attempt and they only took about $20 and the card ran into the negatives (got card canceled).
Pros: All 4 items came together luckily(set of brushes and 3 lipsticks) and the products work great

I think it's ridiculous that someone who had a problem with me was able to get information about my purchase history. An employee couldn't find anything through my name or the two emails this person gave them but emailed her a link which showed her past shopping carts I made and when my card was declined which she used to try and publicly humiliate on YouTube and Facebook. All and had to say was that I was ordering stuff for her and that she hadn't received it yet and she wanted to make sure it wasn't lost. Idfk you'd think when she gave them my personal info and they couldn't find anything that would be enough which I think is BS bc what I do is NO ONE's business. I'm just really upset for the carelessness and lack of sympathy from BH. I've emailed them asking why my info was given out and they have only responded once saying "I'm sorry this happened to
You what's the order number?" After replying back over a week ago I still haven't received a response. Wish it was as easy for me as it was for the person getting my info.

I ordered almost $100 of items on this website yesterday 06.09 and realized that my old address is still in the system although I changed it when asked where to ship. I called the 888 number but they're closed, so I emailed hoping that it can be rectify. But the email says no it's too late blah blah blah' so at this point I'm ready to cancel and to my surprised there's no way to cancel it! The order will process within 3 business days! That means I can still cancel it but not on this business! You can there's no way you can cancel it. The costumer service is not helpful at all! Too bad!!!! I'm monitoring my order and it says not yet process!

I ordered four items 4/25/19 and I realized today I got my postal code wrong. I emailed asking if I could get a refund and reorder with the right zip code. I received a email from customer service that they WILL NOT give me a refund because they are incapable of processing refunds right now even though the order hasn't shipped or a shipping label even made. And a snippy note at the bottom about double checking info. My phone has auto correct. Does anyone know if this means my package will never come at all? I have never in my life had this happen with a company! I'm so bummed I just want my money back. I don't have money to waste on items I'll never use.

I placed my order on 12/8/2018. Here we are 12/28/2018 and STILL NO ORDER!!!!! I have called soooo many times and have waited for 25min+ and no one answers then it will ring like it's going to connect to somebody and it just goes quiet. I called fedex and usps they stated that they had an insufficient address so the package was sent back to bhcosmetics, the package was sent back to them on 12/15/2018, I received a Vague email back stating that they have confirmed that the package was being sent back to them and they will contact me once it does. Well since then I have sent countless emails with no response back, I have asked them to send my items or give me a refund and they do not respond. I will NEVER order from this company again they absolutely SUCK!!!!!!

I have ordered a lot of products from BH Cosmetics and have not had any bad experiences until recently. Since I have ordered from them in the past I know how long it takes to ship to my location. When a week went by without a tracking number I just decided to request a refund. I sent an email and received a generic response. I called, and was told they were on lunch and I would get a call within half an hour. I decided to elevate my concerns to paypal and once I did that I finally received a callback. I was told FedEx misplaced it but was going to ship it and that I should receive it the following week. I told them I was no longer interested in the product and just wanted a refund to which they replied I would have to receive and send back the order. First of all the order was never processed through FedEx, that was just something I was told so they could keep my money. Secondly they handled that horribly, if they would have admitted they messed instead of lying to cover up their negligence then it might not have been such an issue. After I told her they were responsible for getting their items and refunding my money as quickly as possible, she said she was going to callback (never got a callback). Once I saw they were going to try to keep my money and still send the items regardless of the email traffic and phone calls I had to call my bank to dispute the payment. Products are great, service is horrible. I honestly wish I did not have this experience because I love their makeup but I refuse to support a business who does not value the customer or own up to their mistakes.

I placed my order after not being able to sleep at night then decided to look at some reviews after the fact that I placed my order. so after reading a few reviews on different websites I got a little worried about shipment/ delivery. I read of many receiving broken products but I'm glad to report that I just got my shipment today and everything was as explained on their website. it took 3 to 4 business days for them to ship it out I did get a tracking number immediately. Plus I received a text and e-mail stating my tracking number and also that a label had been made. my package was even delivered two days before estimated delivery so overall I am very happy with BH Cosmetics. maybe I was one of the lucky ones, but for it to go from Hollywood California all the way to the Rio Grande Valley in Texas and not one broken item I am very pleased.thank u b h cosmetics.

I placed an order on 11/26. I received that order on 12/8 and noticed an item missing. They responded via email after I sent in all the required picture proof, saying they will ship it out in 3-4 days. 14 days later and still nothing and they won't respond to emails anymore. Calling customer service is pointless. I've tried several times and waited over 30 min on hold for nothing. When you pay for an item, you expect to get it. This is absolutely ridiculous. I will NEVER order from them again and am ready to take this to the next level. Something needs to happen bc they obviously don't care!
