Your not closing on this very fast!

The staff at Beyond has been fantastic. While I was initially told when we enrolled in the process that settlements are generally reached in about 3 months, and we have only had two of our accounts settled to date (which took a little more than 3 months) and still 3 or 4 others that are being negotiated, I have been happy with the level of communication that I have received and the commitment of the organization. My husband is beginning to get frustrated and doubt the organization and keep assuring him that everything is being done to benefit us the most. I just wish the process would move a little faster than it seems to be moving!

they did not tell me for 3-4 months that i needed to scan a signed copy and give it to them, so i wasted 3-4 months while getting harassing phone calls from creditors.. you should definitely be giving me a discount on your fees, considering I had to bug you until someone finally told me that a picture of the signed copy would not do...

Lack of communication

I wish there was a better way to track what they are doing and who they have contacted. Like a hub of activity but also do to's for the debter. Also, I've gotten one debter to negotiate but the negotiation wasn't that good so far. Time will tell what happens, but there is definitely room for improvement.

It would be nice to have a dedicated client representative. Different person makes follow up impossible.

I appreciate the hard work that beyond finance does but I'm still getting annoying emails from creditor that were suppose to get letters.

Takes too long to settle and charging 2grand to settle a $10,000 dept
