I really don't know where to begin with the fustration I feel but how is it that you claim to negotiate debt when I started at 98% credit card ululation and now 11 months later I am at 125% and climbing it seems to me that you would negotiate before it gets so high that's a negotiation is a failure anyway because of the fact your Dept is building while they are waiting. I was under the understanding they were going to negotiate all of my account not one at a time. An attorney from one of them my creditors tells me he won't even negotiate with them and they know that I've already paid $2,900 and have had one account negotiated 11 months and I've read other reviews that claim to be in the same situation I'm really starting to think I made a mistake I may consider Consulting a bankruptcy attorney to file bankruptcy and try to help me get some of my money back cuz there must have been some kind of misunderstanding good luck with this one.

Hi, I am writing again in support of Beyond Finance, I have been with them as stated in a review I did about almost 2 months ago.
Beyond helped me sincerely with a creditor
that was somewhat difficult and it went to
legal status and there departments helped me
Get a fair settlement. I have been assisted by
Mr. Nunez who is very prompt, on the ball with everything he did for me. I have 26 creditors
and so far in 10 months they have settled 8
Of them. I am in a 48 month program, so
that being said it’s pretty good being in
there program less then a year. If you have
any issues with something, ask to speak with
Mr. Nunez, sometimes he may answer the
phone or maybe on answer call. But the staff
is very pleasant and nice and there to help.
Be patient with them and they will work with
you. Remember to try and call them if you have
questions, don’t expect a call from them, always call them back to follow up. They normally don’t return calls that’s why I say this.

Found out today that they do not contact creditors until they have enough money from my payments to do so. In six months they have only made one credit card negotiation. So until there is more money in the account they will not be able to do anything. I truly thought they would contact all creditors and I would be paying beyond Finance back for what they laid out. This was NEVER explained to me.

I have been with Beyond Finance for two months, and they have already settled one of my accounts. I have over 10 accounts with them, and I’m not going to lie, I was really nervous about starting this process. I’m beginning to believe that this company is one of great integrity, but you have to be willing to be patient and take a chance on them. The letters and constant phone calls from creditors make me super nervous and anxious, but I know I must have faith. My monthly payment into my Crossroads savings account is nearly $800.00 dollars but doing it this way still feels way better than filing for bankruptcy. I’ll keep you all posted on the great work that they’re doing.

1st off they're lieing. And most of the time they cant even get you the settlement. It's all word play. I busted my tail going to work for these people only to be let go in less than 30 days. Its crap! They're aren't willing to train nor do they value their employees. I just couldn't understand how to lie to customers that really just needed your help.

Don't go with these people. Biggest scam there is. They say they don't touch your monry it goes into a account and if you choice to get out of the program for any reason they will refund your money. I was only in it for one payment and had to get out of it. Due to personal reasons and they kept over one third of my money !! don't get involved with these people, call a debit advisor, these people do nothing , writing to the BBB and taking them to court for what they took from me!!! Stay away from them

I started this program in May 2019 still I am getting same message “we are still working our settlement experts will reach out to the bank creditors” there is no time...no hope that they will fix the issue, let’s wait and see for some more time, apart from that nothing I can do for now...

The worst decision I ever made in my life! Beyond has done very little for me. Monthly payments aren’t enough to get settlements and the one settlement they got for me they look all of their fee which depleted my account. Now they can’t settle with anyone else. Trying to find a better way to take care of my debts myself. Credit now ruined & I am so mad at myself for such a poor decision I made.

Was with this company for 8 months. When they enrolled me in the program they said I would see my first settlement in about 4 months. In my 8 months that I have been with them, they have not negotiated on a single account. I lost my credit score by more than 150 points and racked up interest for which I have to be responsible. Stay away from this company!

They are nice and easy to get ahold of by phone, however, they told me I can email them whenever I have questions. I even have a person assigned to my acct to email. So I do. I don’t get responses though. I end up having to call, which is hassle because having privacy in my line of work and with two small kids at home isn’t easy. I don’t know why they tell you to email them when they don’t respond. They have settled two of six accts in 2mths which seems good.

Beyond has been very Supportive with my needs
and they answer my questions promptly.
I started the program in November of 2018.
It’s now August of 2019, it’s been only 9 months and seven of my creditors have been Negotiated and completed so far. I have been very happy with there great services and the reps are very professional and sincere when they help me.
I still have many creditors that need to be
resolved in negotiations, but I was told to be
patient because I have many they need to
handle over time. I recommend this company
because of the many good reviews and Positive
experiences I am dealing with because of the
type of program I am in with them.
