Delivery was fast...well packaged..
I havent been able to check my iteams as all waiting to be installed...but there were no damages on the boxes.Definately an easy and enjoyable ecperience.

BetterBathrooms were recommended to us by a friend, and we are delighted that they did this!
We travelled to the York showroom and received great attention from Dan who listened carefully to our needs and helped make suitable choices. The range of stock in the beautiful showroom is wonderful and everything seems to be great value for money. We needed to check a measurement when we got home the order was extended and amended by Phil over the telephone. Here again the service was first class. Both sales staff were very pleasant and helpful without being pushy.
We were delighted with the quick predicted delivery time and the reasonable cost of delivery.
We could not have had a BetterBathroom experience, thank you.

As soon as we walked in we were met with an advisor who helped talk us through all our options. We picked a bathroom suite and heated towel rail, and purchased. Would highly recommend buying with this company! Such lovely and helpful advisors and such beautiful bathroom suites!

We are expecting in January and my wife wanted an entire new bathroom suite before our baby arrives. We spent quite a while searching for baths, taps, showers etc. When we came across better bathrooms my wife loved the designs available- particularly our L shaped bath with hinged screen and waterfall taps. We visited the showroom in Sheffield who were really helpful and even removed a bath panel to let me take a measurement. They also talked us through showers and plumbing requirements. The quality of the products was excellent and we ended up ordering everything from better bathrooms. It was also important for us to pick a delivery day as we both work, it's really useful that you receive a 2 hour slot the day before so that you don't have to wait on all day. We love our new suite and would recommend better bathrooms to anyone!

Mirror bought was of good quality as advertised and looks amazing installed, and Better Bathrooms quickly overcame a hurdle of the delivery company breaking mirror during transit. Without question a replacement was sent out next day. A recommended company ensuring customer satisfaction.

Went to the Cardiff branch at 7pm, to an amazing spacious showroom, with pretty much everything you could need for your bathroom!
The salesman Ian was very helpful, and although we had a good idea of what we wanted, he gave us some excellent advice.
I'd definitely recommend a trip to their local Better Bathrooms showroom to anyone.

Easy to use website, vast choice. Very detailed descriptions, pictures and videos. Prices very competitive and you must try this website before purchasing anything from the other big DIY stores, as you will save a lot of money, as items can be identical on this site.
