I tried . They will respond to your questions : concerns . However Going back and fourth for the RX I provided them with my optometrist they said they fax them a request my eye doctor never received it . Then I sent them another copy they said it was illegible . I have order from 1800 contacts and finally I canceled this order and use Opti contacts , Opti didn’t have any issues . They shipped out the contacts the same day I placed the order

I ordered lenses from them a month ago. Afterwards they wrote me an email saying they didn't them and they're still are holding on to my money. This site is a fraud.
