We purchased a pet bed, thinking it would be here in about a week. We then received an email from Bestpet, stating that they would now dispatch from China, which I was very unhappy about, as this was not stated on the product description. 2 months later, still no pet bed and they are not responding to emails! AVOID at all cost!
