Bedding just stole my money. After waiting on my order to be delivered, I decided to cancel my order. Guess what, they deleted my account and I cant see nothing. This is fraud and taking them to court. I will put up a fight if I don't get my money back. This place is a scam and I'm calling my bank now.

Poor quality seat covers did not fit correctly, weren't really custom made as described. This company is in China and if you want to return an item you must pay the shipping back, what a waste of money!. They were not easy to install.

I ordered comforter set over 2 weeks ago and keep sending emails to find out when it will arrive. We are moving to our new home in 3 days and I have yet to receive the bedding for my 3 year old daughter can sleep in her new room with her new bedding and furniture. Not only have I not received this order yet but I have written about 10 emails without any response to find out when it will arrive. Horrible customer service. If you should respond to this review please let me know when the bedding is arriving This is unacceptable business

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Although, my seat covers came exactly like the picture they did not fit. Before I ordered these seat covers I was assured that the product was custom to my car. They refuse to refund my money. Got the message which you can see in the comments so I replied to them but haven't heard back from them again.

Terrible experience! I’ve been trying for over a week to return a seat cover that I purchased for my Jeep. They still haven’t given me the proper procedure to do so. They offered me $5.00 if I would keep it. It’s total junk. I want nothing to do with it. I’ll NEVER buy from this company again.

Beddinginn is a rip-off they will steal your money it is all cheap made items from China that are not at all as described. And they will not give you a refund for sending you wrong items.

BEDDINGINN IS HORRIBLE!!!! I ordered a Duvet set on July 27, 2019 and just received it today (38 days later) on Sept. 3, 2019!!!! After the first 15 or 20 days of not hearing from them at all, I was livid to say the least. Every time I went to the chat area to inquire about what was going on, it was closed. Finally after me taking so much of my precious time to do every and anything to contact them, I finally got to text someone in the chat area who informed me that the California warehouse was out of stock for my duvet set, and the item would be coming from China. CHINA???!!!!! I was so angry because they didn't tell me that from the beginning. When I finally got the the duvet cover today (which cost me $106), it was SO UNBELIEVABLY HORRIBLE how it didn't match the picture at all! First of all the picture they showed gave a 3D impression which was why I wanted it. The picture on the duvet cover I received today was a flat impression instead of the 3D impression their picture gave. HORRIBLE! According to their picture, I ordered a light beige and white duvet w/ peach highlights, but the duvet I received was dark w/ brown and dark red highlights which was just UGLY!!!! When I called UPS here in CA, the woman felt sorry that this had happened to me, but informed me that to ship a comforter set all the way back to China would be EXORBITANT to say the least. So, folks, it looks like I'm "screwed!" Like someone stated in their complaint, I too hope there will be a Class Action Suit against Beddinginn because it's SO UNFAIR how they do their customers as I'm sure they're pocketing hundreds of thousands of dollars! :(

An update on my order 663936.
Still waiting for duvet that was missing from order on 11th August beddinginn. You claim it will be sent 1 -2 days . This was on 16th September. Now 24th September and still nothing. Your staff sent me email saying it will be sent and gave me a tracking number. Well it hasn't even left your warehouse in Suzhou, China yet. You scan it but not sent it.
WHY WHY WHY .
Beddinginn simply send me my duvet" the one that is described and shown on your website and not a faulty one either" if you cant just refund me my money back.
Next step Beddinginn is your facebook page. Im going to direct all your potential customers to all the bad reviews on Trustpilot, sitejabber.com, pissedconsumer.com etc. I will keep this up until I get my order or refund.
If you lose your business oh well no ones fault but yours.

If I could give no star I will. This is fuc*in horrible. this is nightmare.. A big scam. I ordered Aug.15 and it's already september. almost a month I did not receive anything and any update,. still on preparing and the shipping description is not accurate. They said 3-4 business days. My a**!!! never changed. I hate that this happened on me. I need the curtain ASAP or I will call my bank and refund all the money

Wife order seat covers for our 2011 Jeep JKU. They took awhile to get. The directions sucked. Scanned the QR code site was down, no help. Front seats fit pretty good, but could use adjustable straps to tighten them up better. The back seat was terrible. Hear this Beddinginn, Jeep Four Door model have 60/40 split seats. The rears fit like crap and when you fold down the seats it screws the other one up. The so called designers should be fired. Paid way too much for the quality esp3on the junk rears. Afraid to send back cause it's a slow boat to China!!!!! Redesign and send me new rears to match my fronts!!!!

FIND OTHER PLACES TO SHOP TRUST ME... well unless you want to wait dame near 2 months for your items First off I ordered a king size comforter set I paid Extra to receive my item in 8-10 days we’ll come the 12th day I sent Out an email all they said was we are sorry sometimes it takes longer to ship I stated I paid And extra fee to get it here they basically repeated themselves 4 more time mind you they charged an extra $5 for an out of country fee whatever that means Andy way 14-17-18 days passed I sent Them another email they stayed they were in the process of bagging my stuff huh?? I stated They should refund me the shipping payment I made To have it there early NOTHING 20 days inn I asked to have a Manager Contact me they said thank you for being patient we are sorry for the delay we are bagging Your iteam for shipment this went on for another 3 emails 28 days inn a supposed Manager emailed me saying they were sorry for the delay and they will do everything they can to see what’s going on and let them know what’s going on how many emails I’ve sent how long it’s been and Welk 32 days in I was livid I was so mad I cursed and told them I wanted a refund immediately supposedly manager says sorry for the delay I will have the shipping information for you and the tracking number no later than the end of the day 35 days later I get a tracking number finally if this wasn’t something I’ve been searching for for my nephews birthday I would have canceled along time ago anyway 40 days in a get my package The comforter was beautiful but I did not receive king size pillowcases they were small i’m so mad and irritated I don’t know what to say I sent the manager and email and he sent me a size chart ummm ok I told Him that’s all fine and dandy but there are queen size or smaller and that they sent the wrong size and well NOTHING...... DO NOT DO NOT WASTER YOUR TIME OF I HADENT THREATENED TO REPORT THEM AND THERE SITE FOR FRAUD I PROBABLY WOULD HAVE NEVER RECEIVED MY ITEAM OR MY $175 back...

Please listen to the other reviewers. This company will send merchandise and they will never take it back. There is a non existant customer service contact. They will not help you in any way. I am waiting for a class action lawsuit to be filed against them. Like others got seat covers that was not correct for the car. Impossible to return.

I really liked the online store. There is a very large range of bedding sets. They are all bright and positive, interesting and unusual. Prices in the store are low, I would even say that they are very small. And I also liked the fact that there are various promotions and discounts, as well as free delivery to any part of the world.

Order number 663936 I purchased 3 quvets sets on 11th August, on 28th I received only 2 of them. Emailed them to get the 3rd delivered, they said it will in a week they will be posted. Emailed them again still no response to emails. Escalated to dispute order still nothing. I was going ato buy anothe one later this year.
Beddinginn where is my order or refund me the money.
Im going to keep posting bad reviews until I get my order.

So I’m starting to think I got completely scammed by beddinginn. My son wanted a hoodie he loved from there so he worked hard to earn the money to get it. I placed the order over a week ago and the status still says “preparing”. They took the money out of my account the day after I placed the order but the status has not changed at all. Unfortunately, I didn’t read the reviews for this site until it was too late. I wish I had known better. I’ve emailed them with no response at all so I’m pretty nervous that we’ll never see the hoodie my son worked so hard to get. If I had known about all the bad experiences others have had, we definitely wouldn’t have ordered though them!

I ordered floral curtains to go with similar bedding for my bedroom but when they arrived the colours did not match. I have tried endlessly to get a response to my request for a refund but get no satisfactory reply (as there is no returns address on their website).
They do not appear to have a returns policy in place?
I tried to open a “dispute” but it came back with “you can’t open a dispute for this item” so what am I supposed to do??

I only choose one star because the option of none is not given. I ordered a sweat shirt in april.. received an email stating it shipped. Its now far beyond the time frame I was told and it still hasnt come... after reading reviews of this company I will never buy from them again.

I bought premium custom seat covers for my 2013 Jeep wrangler. Not only did the color match the back seat was totally wrong.
The picture of the product was black and I recieved gray.
The back seat was made for a center console which it has none. It's a long foldable bench seat.
I have contacted customer service. No good response sofar.

I'm so happy with my new set, it is beautiful. The quality is very good and it looks and feels amazing. At first I thought that they forgot to sow in the zipper, but then I found it. It was set back on the bottom side so it would not show. This is the second time I bought a set from them and I think their product is awsome. It can take a while to get your order, because I think they make it to order. I don't mind that as long as I get quality. Love love my new set thanks beddinginn

Do not order seat covers from this company. The pictures are misleading and they are really just piece of crap seat covers I could have bought at Walmart for 20 bucks. I ordered them for my Jeep and they weren’t even able to fit because of the design. Cheap china crap do not buy !!!
