Ordered two pair of sandals.
One pair was different size the other I can't even get my foot in,
not enough material.?
The sandals obviously weren't checked before they were sent out to me
otherwise the fault would have been noticed.

I placed my order on July 15, I bought 5 dresses! It was supposed to they delivered between 4 to 7 days. Never happened! I started call to ask how many days will take do deliver and they said when shipped we will send email to you. So, I requested for cancel and give my money back. The costumer service told me they need two days do verify and approve my request. I called they back today and costumer service said they don`t know how many days to resolve this. Really? They didn`t delivered on time now they don`t give my money back?! I have been a costumer for a long time, this situation is totally disrespectful. Furthermore, I placed two orders that I paid for shipping two days, THEY NEVER DELIVERED ON EXPECTED DAY! So dissapoiment!

I ordered sandals, received them and returned then to the return address on the package. The post office delivered then on June 3 and a person there accepted them. Since then emails go back and forth almost every other day. They just write that the address is incorrect even though I sent them the notice from the post office. I know that I should just stop because they'll never refund my money but I can't. The sandals are insured but they were returned. Beware!

I was looking at buying a pair of shoes, filled out my info, then proceded to look for shipping details (cost, length of time). I never confirmed the order or authorized the payment, but next thing I know, I got an email thanking me for my order! I immediately sent back a reply email that I didn't authorize the transaction. This was on July 30, 2019. After a few days (August 2, 2019), I received a form letter from them saying please give them a chance, that my support is important to their business. So I KNOW they received my correspondence, but didn't cancel the order. These emails went back and forth almost daily, with no real acknowledgement of my requst to return my money, which was taken out of my account on August 1, 2019. On August 12, 2019, I got an email saying my order (#5298) had shipped. Again, I sent an email requesting a refund. On August 13, 2019, they replied that since parcel had shipped, they could not change for me now, hope I could understand. Well I CAN NOT understand!!! They corresponded with me for 2 weeks prior to shipping. I would like my money returned to me. Thank you for your time.

I ordered a jumpsuit on 7/22/2019, in hopes of receiving it for a special occasion the following week. I was told I'd get a confirmation email when the item was shipped. One week later, 7/29/2019, I still haven't received any email saying it has been shipped. I then called customer service to check the status, and I was informed that they were experiencing shipping delays due to massive amounts of orders. I was never notified of this at all, and the money was withdrawn from my account on the day I ordered it! So, with that being said, one week later I still don't have my item, not has it been shipped, and they already took my money. I was told that I could speak with a supervisor but I had to wait another 24-48 hours for that request to be put in! Unbelievable, don't ever order from this company, they are scammers. I have placed many orders prior to this and haven't had this happen, but I will no longer be shopping with BEBE. Thank you, beware....

Ordered a $160 dress on April 23rd.
It's June 28 and they haven't shipped it yet.
When I emailed them and asked for a refund, they send me a scammy reply about understanding my feelings because I wanted the dress so much (how stupid do they think I am?) and that they will offer 20% off REGULAR PRICED items on my next order. This is so crazy. I'm calling my bank.

Ordered 2 pair of shoes took 2 months to come in. After the first month I contacted them they told me that they checked ever pair before they go out. one pair was two different sizes. So much for checking ever pair that goes out. I got no invoice or address to return in the packed so was not able to just return. So have been emailing them for another 3 months because when I asked for phone number they said the only way I could contact them was by email.

Ordered 2 pairs at a good price. 3+ weeks later still no email confirming my shipment was in its way. Emailed the company, they said they had lots of orders and I would have to be patient. Waited 1+ week more. Emailed them twice to cancel my order and redeposit my money to my account NO response as yet! Having to work with my bank to see if I can get my money back!

I placed orders from Bebe.com with promising discount prices. Orders never arrived on "discount prices". Likewise, orders with full prices or higher prices are taking effective sooner than expected. Bad customer services: emails sent to ask for the status of orders of more than 3 weeks, still no responses.

I returned a item that shipped to an old address. Bebe recently moved twice. Bebe is saying they never received it. Now I don't have my dress or my money. I'm never shopping with Bebe again. They shouldn't have closed all the stores.

BEBE STOLE MY MONEY
If i could give zero stars, I would. I returned this dress because it was too large (Bebe received it December 12th, 2018) and have been calling and emailing attempting to get a refund ever since. It is now March 26th. Nothing. They say the exact same thing every time I call and I've never gotten a follow up email or phone call and certainly no refund. So essentially, Bebe has almost $150 of mine and will not give it back. This morning during my 6th 30 minute long phone call, I told them I will be reporting to BBB, so I guess I've got to do that now. Ridiculous.

I ordered a dress, a pant and a top since April 8th , received an email that once it ships i will get a shipment confirmation. I am still waiting, I made this order in lieu of my bd May 3oth. I called today and am being told that it has not yet shipped. What happened to Bebe? I urge u guys to make sure i receive my orders by May 30th otherwise, i will report u to first my credit and u must pay back my money, i will also make sure u are never allowed to advertise in any social media. I have been reading about the reviews on google.finally i will go on T.V and make sure I expose u guys for who u have become. Thx

With emails and the numerous updates regarding sales, I told myself, why not, can't happen twice right??? Well, here I am writing another review regarding the incompetence of this company.
Let's get to the issue:
BEBE, I ordered two outfits with 2nd day air. One items gets to me 8 days later, and the other is still being processed - for three weeks now!!! How does this happen? How is this acceptable on items that are so expensive?? Your customer service never helps, randomly hangs up and doesn't provide contact information for customers to check on. What you're doing it illegal, you're taking money and not providing the product..
I'm so glad I work for a news outlet that's wiling to look into your company..... Sorry, but I'm the wrong customer to steal from...

I've been a loyal customer of BEBE for 10 years; Icon status and most of my clothes are BEBE. But, no more!!! I completed a purchase a month ago and have yet to receive my package, updates or anything; they're stealing customers' money. I've emailed, called and now, they only do ground shipping? WTF!!!!!!! What online retail based company only provides the most basic ground shipping, even for members who've paid thousands of dollars??? I can't even shop if I wanted to because the shipping process won't update for you to locate your package.

I ordered and paid for an outfit on April 22, 2019 to be worn on May 11, 2019. Still have not received the outfit, a tracking number, or an email. Called on May 13th to cancel the order all together because the event had come and gone. They told me that they were not 100 percent sure that I could receive a refund and admitted that they had not shipped it and that they did not know if or when they would. O said well issue me my refund because I do not want to wait any longer for the merchandise. No refund, no response to my email so I called my credit card and did an online dispute. Please be careful because this is bad business. I never thought this could happen to me because I absolutely loved BeBe before this.

I used to be a Bebe regular and I will admit that I still purchase some items on occasion, but starting to cut my purchased to a minimum. They DO NOT stand behind their products and customer service is horrible. I will share 3 separate examples over the past 3 months
1. They declined to return a dress because they claimed there was a stain on it. NO way possible as tried dress on for one second after showering as they have played this scam with me before so I never will try on any of their items if i have deodorant on, etc.
2. Returned 4 items in a package and only got refunded for 3 items!! they claimed they never got the third one. I had to fight this with my Visa
3. Washed a dress right after purchase and stitching started to unravel. Bebe said I am sorry to hear this "but we do not accept returns on used merchandise". They will not stand behind their products
BUYER BEWARE, they have cute items but buy with caution, you never know what scan they will pull to try and keep your money.

I ordered 3 pairs of sandals for a total of $70.71. An order confirmation was emailed to me from this company on May 3, 2019, but I still have not received them.
Take my advice, DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!

Let me warn you if you wont recieve your order for any reason, you won't be able to get your money back.
I placed an online order almost one month ago and I havent recieved them. It was almost $500. First they said to wait for 5 days, then they said UPS wants to investigate and still I am chasing them with no luck. Since I paid it with my credit card, now I have to pay the interest
