We have been to two stores; one in Ilkley and the other in Harrogate. We like the range of products available some of which are quite quirky.
The stores are very well laid out and the staff are very helpful.
The prices for the quality of product you are buying are very reasonable.
We have had larger products delivered to our home and the transfer has been seamless. The courier rings you prior to arrival and they too are courteous and friendly.
In summary, we like to shop at Baytree Interiors as there is always something different on display.

The silver urn arrived with some colouring off it and also very visible seams down the urn. I seen cheaper ones on eBay but thought that because this was coming from an interiors shop it would be better quality ....

I visited the shop in Manchester and Geraldine the manager was lovely.
I then ordered on line as I live away from the shop.
The order was dealt with right away I received items in two days.

We were looking for a wine rack, the one from Baytree Interiors was much cheaper than similar ones on other websites. It was delivered quickly and looks great. I would buy from them again.

My daughter and son in law (to be) picked many items from some fabulous independent stores as wedding presents to kit out their new home together.
They had all the little "niggly" bits left to get ie; things you wouldnt necessarily think of getting until you actually needed them.
They chose a condiment set from Baytree Interiors. It was rustic with a blackboard label effect and would fit nice in their new home.
On arrival the salt and pepper pots were completely smashed. My daughter also pointed out that the "blackboard paint" style labels were missing from the items also.
I sent an email with pictures to Baytree and the delivery company (I have an account with the delivery company). We did not hear anything back from either. I can't speak for the delivery company right now, but cetainly appears to be a common problem with Baytree based on current reviews.
I emailed again. This time I received a response asking for the pictures as "they didn't receive them". This was done again as reqested.
I was told the items that were smashed would be re-sent. This was fair enough but on reminding "Michelle" that the items ordered weren't what were chosen due to not having the blackboard labels on and in fact were of a completely different design to that shown on Baytrees website I was told "I have put notes for the team to make sure they are checked for the labels before packing and sending" . . .
Oh right, so future customers will be OK but I'm just to what? Make do with the toot that I've been sent?
I then emailed asking if on my sending back the items (at their expense of course) would we then receive the non broken, correct items with the labels? The response was "If there are any issues we'll let you know" and "when I pack up the items I'm not to include the broken items due to health and safely". . . Obviously.
What did that response even mean? Clearly not interested in my getting the correct items, more interested in what I was sending back.
Not knowing what on earth was going on due to the obvious lack of training, I called Baytree direct. I explained the situation to the woman who answered- She genuinely couldn't give a damn by her attitude. No apology, no "I'm sorry for any inconvenience", nothing, just "I'll take your number and call you back if I can find anything out". I asked her what was there to "find out". All I wanted was a returns label and the correct item sending back out. I explained I was at work and all the back and forth with emails wasn't acceptable as I was busy and thats why I had called direct. I was told I'd be called back asap.
As suspected she didn't call back. Instead I got yet another email from the person I wasn't getting anywhere with in the first place explaining that they had "run out of the sets advertised" and "was I OK to accept the items I had already as a replacement" or "have a refund".
Firstly, why wasn't I called back out of courtesy after having already explained that emails were not convenient and secondly, how do you replace something you never received in the first place and what you did receive arrived smashed??!
I explained my disappointment via telephone and email. The response was exactly the same, they clearly couldn't care less.
Looking at Baytree Interiors reviews anywhere it would appear blasé customer service, delivery issues and broken items appear to be their forté.
Something that needs to be addressed by the owners I'm sure.
I for one shall never purchase from them again and I certainly would not reccomend them to anyone.
If my staff were as blasé towards my clients as Baytree Interiors were to me and my situation I would be mortified and deeply embarrassed.
Dreadful attitude to have on all levels.

Good service. Did have to call up regarding dispatch date but that was mostly due to me requiring very specific delivery date which Baytree were able to accommodate. Item arrived and unfortunately did have a couple of marks pointed out by the delivery driver. Happily these marks did wipe out very easily from the side and foot plate of the bookcase so there was no need for me to return it.
