The colors and look of my phone case were amazing! But the screen is not even covered by the case. I thought it would be more protective and better quality than this considering how expensive it was. I could have bought a better case elsewhere. The cuteness is not worth risking having to fix my phone.

Ordered Bracelets and a necklace. Sent out an email that they shipped my order...waited and never got my purchase. Called the local post office where it was supposed to be shipped, they mailed a shipping label, but then never mailed my package. They are the biggest scammers!!!! This website should be shut down. No one should be able to order from this site if they are going to scam people. I would like to contact the BBB and report them for this activity. maybe amazon has all turned us into righteous instant gratification prime "I NEED IT NOW" mentality when it comes to shipping but baublebar seriously has THE slowest logistics process EVER.
it takes more than 24 hours to get a shipping notification, and the worst part is it takes 6-12 days via USPS. wtf?! even my first class mail to michigan from california only takes 3 days max. are our packages from baublebar literally carried by snails across the united states?
anyways, terrible logicstics process to say the least... for a jewelry business that probably has many "i jewelry for a wedding in 2 days" or "i need jewelry for an event in 4 days" won't fly with baublebar. good luck planning in advance.
but really, how hard is it to warehouse jewlery in multiple warehouses that would be more feasible for quicker shipping?
it's been 4 days since my order and still no tracking information even though a tracking number has been assigned. wtf?!

I have been waiting for my order for over 6 weeks. I have tried to contact customer support on multiple occasions, I have been outright ignored for over 10 days and counting. This was a pricey birthday gift that never made it to the party. I have nothing good to say about their service, absolute scam.

I placed an order for a Christmas gift in late November but it never arrived. When I first contacted the company they responded quickly and were helpful...I thought. After stating they would reship my order 2 day priority and credit my account for an item that was no longer in stock I never heard from them again. I have not received my order, my online credit or a refund. I have made multiple attempts to contact with no reply. Do not waste your money ordering from this company! Their customer service is a joke.

0 stars. Nothing to rate since I haven't gotten the order I was CHARGED for. Placed my order over a month ago and have yet to receive it. They gave me a FAKE tracking number on December 11th. I've asked for order updates multiple times and they are ignoring all of my attempts to resolve the issue.

Ordered custom hair clips on 11/16/19 - it takes 3 weeks to ship it said. On 12/14 - supposedly shipped a week late - never received until 12/20/19. I contacted customer service 12/9 by the email method - they do not share a phone number - advising I needed it shipped so I would have it in time for my 12/19 Christmas trip to see my family- and got a response 2 days later saying that as I can imagine it is busy this time of year- sorry. No answer to my question given as to when will ship. Contacted them again 12/11 - no response. Contacted them again on 13th asking for manager. No answer until 12/17 in the middle of the night saying it is now shipped via the free method I chose which is regular mail. She added that each time I email them, it puts my first inquiry at the bottom of the list of inquiries for them to respond to. I responded with a suggestion that they fix that issue as most customers who email more than once are frustrated already so it makes it worse when they put them at the bottom of the list again - got no response at all. They don't care about their customers. The products that finally arrived - one is fine and one has a loose spring so hair cannot be clipped. I'm not bothering to contact them. I will NEVER ever order again and spend tons of money Only to be treated like trash and receive crappy products!

I ordered a Christmas gift on November 13th. Still hasn't shipped and their customer service response was like, "hehehe sorry oops. It's soooo busy with the holidays. Should ship soon."
Like. What. The turnaround time for custom orders is 3 weeks which have come and gone.
And it's not like their stuff is cheap!!! I spent waaaay more on this garbage than I would have liked and I literally still have nothing to show for it.
Avoid at all costs. Such a scam.

I ordered 2 custom bracelets for my wife for Christmas. I ordered on 11/30/2019. It says to allow 2-3 weeks for custom work. I have yet to even receive an order update, tracking number or anything. Trying to contact this business is next to impossible. The phone number just drops the call. Emails go unanswered. I've tried to contact them through Instagram and Twitter with no response yet. It is now 2 days away from Christmas, and I still don't have anything to show from this "company" I will NEVER order again from them, and from the looks of it, many other customers are having the same exact experience. What a shame.

I placed my order on December 2th.
Their website said usually ships the order within 2-3 business days.
And the shipping method I choose is USPS Standard - FREE ON $25+ ORDERS (ARRIVES IN 6-12 BUSINESS DAYS)
Arrives in 6-12 business days???? After 10 business days, the company still haven't ship my order.
What a joke??? Even I am not an international order, I'm a US local order and already needed to wait more than 10 business day for them to process the shipment. I am wondering how long will an international order need to wait for receiving their order lol....

I was sooo excited for these and so disappointed when they broke on first wear. The post came completely off of the earring itself the very first time I put them on and they are now un-usable. Nice jewelry but unfortunately very poorly made.

I just received my order and one bracelet broke within seconds of trying it on. The other two were of horrible quality!!! I'm so upset because I was so so excited about them! Literally wrapped right back up in the wrapping and sending them back.

Adorable jewelry... not so great on following through with shipping or even staying on top of customer service. I ordered the Thursday (before noon) before a holiday which fell on the followingThursday. I did not hear back from bauble so emailed the morning after the Holiday (Friday). This was a whole week (7 days) no contact.
No response until Monday asking for my email and/or order no. Well... I just emailed from my email... I then typed it out for them and provided my order number. I then received a shipping notification with no response back. Until Tuesday with an email stating "great news, your order has been shipped" at this point I was beyond frustrated. When I Checked the tracking number the package hadn't even departed yet... a label was created (I've worked in a warehouse in my twenties. Package hasn't shipped until label is scanned by carrier) regardless I received my package half a month after I paid for it. The staff there runs on traditional 9-5 hours with weekends/holidays and the day after holidays off (which is terrible for an online business). Products are cute but not worth the bad service.

Wow all these negative reviews cant be wrong! I ordered a pair from baublebar recently and I was so surprised at how much the quality was so cheap for the amount i paid $35! I was so disappointed it looked like something from Forever 21...if you want to pay $35 and get ripped off go to baublebar. Returns arent free for me as I ordered from Canada so it wasnt worth paying the shipping back when i already paid shipping to Canada as well. I went on glassdoor to check out the reviews on the company after i received my cheap earrings and out of the 77 employee reviews only 5 were positive too! They also talk about the cheap quality and admit the bright pictures and packaging is what makes the sale but not the quality!!! Save your money and dont buy! This company will be the next nasty gal or gilt...

I purchased $50 earrings in November and they already broke after wearing them 3 times. I contacted customer service and asked if they would either refund me or send me a new pair and instead, they sent me a 15% coupon for my next order. Why would I order from them again? That approach just confirmed my decision that I don't want to buy anything else from them.

I ordered two rings that were each originally priced at $44. After a promo they came out to $55 total, so I thought it was a good deal. When they arrived they looked like Forever 21 quality if not worse! Also the sizing was terribly off. I returned immediately...these rings look like they cost $4 max. Nothing like the photos on their website!

I have bought several pair of earrings with them. All beautiful and up to now good quality. However, customer service is quite disappointing. Despite attempts at resolution for two of my orders they DO NOT and WILL NOT give you a refund or resolve the issue. I will NOT be ordering from them again, it is not worth the aggravation. They have no desire, as evidenced by their behavior, to solve a customer's issue or complaint or to appear caring in any way.

I ordered a pair of $70 earrings on December 2. 27 days later I have still not received my earrings. Despite the many emails no one has helped me at all. I will never order from here again!
I bought a $37 pair of earrings and wore them about 4 times before they broke. I thought that BaubleBar would either offer to replace or refund me for the earrings that broke, but they said I was "outside the window for returns". But then, they made a special exception and told me I could pay to return the earrings for store credit. Horrible customer service!

Been shopping here for years, have been happy with every purchase! Items are super cute and surprisingly good quality, the price is right, and packages arrive quickly (very important because I get impatient lol). I have quite the jewelry collection now, and everyone always asks me where I get my baubles from!

I have made three purchases so far and for the most part the items came fast and were as nice are even nicer looking then on the website. The customer service, aka SWAT team is superb an go over the top to help you. I just think maybe some of the policies should be improved. I had bought a piece recently and when i received it, looked differently so i had issues with it. Instead of looking into what the website actually had pictured they told me ways to "fix" the jewelery to get it to work. My main issue is, is once you buy something the company should stand behind the product and quality control should be a priority. What if i was buying the item as a gift, it would have been embarrassing if it wasn't as it was pictured on the site. Although i think they have great and unique jewerly i do think they need to improve their policies.
