Agents or whatever they were of Bank of Options charged two of my credit cards for a total of $30,000 over a three-month period (I believe) in 2016. Supposedly they were investing money the money in really good companies. I had an online account that I could follow, and it seemed all but a couple of investments were making me money on each option date. I found out later that the online account I was following was not real. When I asked via many telephone calls and emails for the profits to be put on my credit cards (to make large payments on them), the reply from them was that my request was under review. I did not receive replies to several of those emails or get return telephone calls after leaving a voicemail message. I only got $1,000 credited to one of my credit cards and that showed as a "refund." When I found out it was a scam, in about May 2017, I was devastated as I was 70 at the time and was left with credit card debt.

I invested 5500 with bank of options, I could never get them on the phone, or withdraw money, they lie whenever you finally reach them on the phone, turned out to be a big scam, website is shit down, phone number is no good, no way to reach them, stay away from binary options and brokers overseas, they're all crooks.

More or less the same reported by others. I was also asked to put money, in my case I was able to make a first withdraw and after that it was only asking for money. It's almost impossible to contact them when you have a need, they contact you when they want money by telling you the big opportunity they have. When I started to try to get pat of my money, they made two stupid investments and lost all of it.
If would like to know if there is any chance to recover the money I had there. For now even the webpage is down. I'm really feeling very stupid! :(

The only times they ever called me were when they needed money but when i stopped JACOB bought whatever for over 40000$ and i lost everything, they ignored my phone calls, my e mails, as i read someone else's complaint they did exactly the same thing to me, all i can say about them, thieves, dishonest, when i gave them the money thinking that i need to make money cause my dad was at the hospital and has no insurance needed to pay for it myself , they knew and they did it without a blink of an eye, hoping that a good loyer is reading my complaint to stop this kind of monsters to be around humans

upon inquiring about online trading I immediately, within 30 seconds, received a call from Michael Goldman, analyst/broker, working at Bank of Options, trading .a trading firm, and liked the guy well enough to send in 1,000.0trading. he, Michael Goldman made a few profitable trades for me and so I sent him more money and more profitable trades were made and so you see where this is going. then he Michael Goldman had a great buy in deal to bring back huge profits but needed new money , not already invested , because it was on a separate contract and so I got a visa card at my bank and electronically transferred 3 payments @ 2,500.00 to M Michael Goldman, through Grey Mountain management, as I was instructed to do. the funds were transferred and my account balance was now approx. 23,000.00 . the next few days I tried to reach Michael Goldman but no reply. then I was contacted by Nathan Klein who said was taking over my account and that Michael Goldman was fired and out of the country. Nathan made a few trades with my existing balance and was a profitable trade so I figured Michael Goldman was just a bad employee and Nathan was a good guy.(boy was I fooled) I ended up giving Nathan Klein an additional 2,500.00 wired by Moneygram to his bank of options sister account in Israel with the promise of releasing my funds which did not happen. As of today the Bank of Options web page is shut down and all phone numbers are unanswerable, not even ringing and I owe Visa 10,000.00 and am unable physically to work to pay back. I gave all my money to this company with hopeful expectations, especially after they fired the bad guy , Goldman, and the new guy Klein came to the rescue. jokes on me ... anyone out there interested in recovering my fund's ill pay half of whatever you recover.attorneys, law enforcement etc. thanks and be cautious, M.M.

Wanted to build account but investment was taken from credit cards. I was told each money would be sent to me to pay bills. I did receive 7,000 first mo. When I wanted to pull out they said I had to wait until the contract was up with the company they invested with. However when time expires there's no money left there to get. They simply would not return my money damaging my credit and simply stopped at managing my account.

i watched a couple of videos on you tube doing my research on this automated software called Lexington code, around 27th of December 2016. Saw mostly positive inputs about the software so got paid and decided i would try the software. signed up,then got bank of options as my broker, then entered my details and deposited my $250. to access the software, but unfortunately the money did not show up on Lexington's platform and got contacted by a broker, unfortunately i didn't managed to acquire a name, as the call dropped and he never called back. i tried calling back, but only managed to listen some crappy music im not interested in listening. after a while i was thrown out of my accounts (both) and whenever i tried logging in i get that i have entered wrong password and that has been the end of my $250. i seek advice from a few traders whom report scam soft wares and was even advised to submit my docs as sometimes this can be the issue, i did and still no result.

"Bank of Options may or may not be a legit company -- it probably depends on the Analyst who gets your account.
I got Jacob M. and the only time he was interested in my investment welfare was when he wanted more money --
like when he called me "in an emergency" because
"my wife's IRRA" was going to crash and he wanted me to take the money out..
Even hough I had money in for daily trades, he ignored my account from 10/31 until Dec. 21 when he finally made a trade.
IN FACT, he ignored me that entire time while I tried to contact him daily.
HE ignored my request for monthly statements/accounting of my investments, as their policy promises in writing.
We Stay Green -
Electronic monthly or quarterly statements will be available to you either in your online account or sent directly to your email.
You have chosen to receive your statements monthly, this can be changed at any time upon notification to VIP Investments.
He ignored my request for withdrawal assistance.
He ignored my directions on how much I wanted to withdraw and where to send it --
IN FACT, he arbitrarily changed the amount I asked for
and decided to send the money somewhere else without telling me.
He ignored my repeated request to fix it.
They claim 24/ support but it is non-exisitant.
There has to be better customer relations elsewhere than Bank of Options -- you cannot talk to them or fax them. They rarely respond to email.
You cannot contact Company officers.
Don't risk your money with a firm that thinks it knows your needs better than you do. Go elsewhere."

I funded a $250 account with Bank of Options and started making trades being that I'm a rookie I was losing most of them so I got a call the next day I got a call from a Emilia Ricci and she said that I needed to stop placing losing trades and that I was going to give the company a bad reputation so I stopped, she said she was going to have a manager call me so five minutes later Sam Wilson calls me and he instructs to place a few trades that made back what I lost around $100 (Mind you I'm new to all this) So by now I'm impressed so he talked me into making a $3700 deposit I sent a wire transfer so now its been 19 days and still it's not posted on my platform and Sam Wilson left the company and I've only been able to talk to one person I will not mention his name yet because he may have nothing to do with it I could have just been scammed by an employee I don't know but I feel really stupid.

I made the initial deposit of $250 after that I received a phone call from a broker who stated that his name was Eddi Ambrossi, he stated that he was going to help me make some big money. After awhile into the conversation he asked how much debt I had and wanted to know specific amounts as well as what I did for a living. I became skeptical and told him he didn't need to know that information, he said it was their policy as a company and broker to get to know their clients. He said we are not out to steal your identity we want to help,,,,,red flag went up quickly and I told him I had to end the conversation. He asked me when could he call again, I told him I would call him if I needed help. After a few trades on auto pilot I made $10 I thought maybe this does work. The next morning I got up I had $103 left. This was the fastest I ever lost $147,,, I want my money back this company is nothing but scam artist looking to prey on people,,,,,,be ware so you don't get screwed!!!
