Horrible customer service. Both chat and telephone

Internet service down for full month, and i get a 100 sek discount as "goodwill".
I had to take time off from work, and their technician does not even show up, i lose over 1200 sek being home from work, and get 100 sek? AND he doesnt show!?!?!
Was promised to be contacted 3-4 different occations, without hearing anything back..
Their solution after i finally get a hold of them, is to offer me a 10 sek discount on the price and this is ONLY IF I CHOOSE TO EXTEND
my contract with them for another YEAR... 10 swedish kronor!!!!
In the end I got a small discount for 2 months for the hassle, and thats it. (total of 200 sek)
Chose a different ISP if possible, you wont regret it.
Trust me, you dont want to spend this amount of time having to talk to their customer service, without a solution or any understanding, its super frustrating.
Their political standpoint is awesome, customer service is absolutley terrible.
