If I could rate ZERO stars I would. Ordered mens shirts. Cheap material, poorly made and bizarre sizing... Contacted the company many, many times via their web site and Facebook. Never got information I requested on returning the shirts. Never got the refund they promised. BUYER BEWARE...

Absolute worst place to order from. First of all, an honest review for banggood products never exists. Reviews will always be deleted unless their 5 stars. Customer service is a nightmare, and half the time they don't have a clue to what there doing. Information is not secure; don't store any credit card...etc info on this site. Products are generally low quality.

If you want to be kicking yourself, then Banggood is for you. I'm now 1 year into an order for 2 laptops and am STILL WAITING for 1 of them. After the 2 machines arrived (12 weeks later than promised), I realised about a week in that the external video and audio out on 1 machine didn't work. I advised Banggood (Giselle) who instructed me to run around Budapest trying to find somebody to repair it . I couldn't. After 5 weeks, I gave up and shipped it back (adding 40 USD, atop the customs duties that I'd also paid). They got the machine and then determined while they could fix it, the problems were outside of warranty and I'd have to pay. I refused and eventually they agreed to fix it. That was 6 months ago. The machine is still with them. When I complain they offer me a meager credit if I'd purchase something else. Seriously, I'm out $800, and they think I'll send them more money and play their game some more. When the 2 machines arrived, have NOT RECEIVED a fully working

For me the worst online shop experience. I paid them 310EUR for the new TV and after 2,5 half weeks, the item was not even shipped. The customer support keep repeating to wait another 2-3 days. I have spoken (according to them) with 2 managers, but the was not able to answer my simply question - where is my item and why the item was still not shipped. So be carefull with them.

i will not shop with Banggood again because customer service is rubbish .Ordered a childs box of magnetic building blocks and when it came half was missing, my 3 year old grandson was very disappointed that he couldn`t build anything from the book.

Just terrible service. The item didn't receive for more than 2 months. In the end, they issued a refund but the process was tedious and the service was degrading. You should watch out!

Do NOT deal with this company!they are scammers,they take your money and take ages to send goods....from China!when it arrives it is not as ordered.then trying to contact them is impossible! I emailed a complaint as soon as package arrived to be told they were away from office due to some sort of annual holiday and would contact me in 4 or 5 days...I waited.Finally they got back to me and I explained I had purchase 2 pairs of Ladies casual shoes but they sent US size 6 instead of UK size 6,so too small!they refused refund inssting on some vouchers towards next purchase - like I'd EVER buy from them again?I tried to return but such complicated process,they wanted photos of tracking receipt from post office and it was going to cost £17.50 to send them back to China.They have no customer service,no way of contacting via phone or live chat-just a joke!this went on for weeks!in the end I had to accept partial refund of just £22!DISGUSTING!this company needs to be closed down or stopped from advertising.

I ordered a roll out pianos. I was so excited to get it. It arrived Damaged and doesn't work. I tried to contact the company, and there isn't a phone number that works. It turn out they are in china, So I went through pay pal, They expected me to return it , witch is understandable, except the shipping to china cost more then I payed for the item. So Pay pale would do nothing and I lost all my money. I had to save up for this. I can't afford to by another one. I got completely ripped off. Don't buy anything from this company. I just wanted to play piano...I'm so sad

I have bought a kroak mini gps tracker but when arrived the unit did not work proprely. I have sent an email to BangGood and receive an immediate answer asking me to describe my problem with photos and videos. After sending these information, I received an email telling me that the unit will be replace for free. After 3 weeks, I have received the new unit but same problem ! This tracker does not have a decent user manual and SW application is poor, the biggest problems are : - Only 2G network compatible (will soon deseapear in all countries). - Poor GSM sensitivity, it make the network connection radom and take ages to connect. - Very poor GPS sensitivity and quality, the GPS never locked on satelites on my second unit... Do not buy this product a big waste of time and money ! Unhappy Customer Ph. C.

Banggood used incomplete address
Banggood have used incomplete address to send my package, which ofcourse i have never relieved, as the post office does not where to send my package !
I have contacted their customer service but they refuse to refund me or send another package to the correct address i have provided,
their website has a serious bug which will not use your full address, be careful.
The customer services still insist that they don't make mistakes. I WAS VERY CLEAR THAT THEY HAVE A SERIOUS WEBSITE BUG THAT ADDS A SECOND INCOMPLETE ADDRESS.
Because I use the only address I have saved in banggood and have used it successfully in a previous order. (N° 71348932)

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes at 2 different times they came quickly and were great. I ordered some clothes they took forever when I contacted them they told me they were waiting for something that had been back ordered. I told them to cancel the order they did so and refunded the money very quickly.

Ordered a Junsun Dash Camera, 5 weeks later it had not arrived, finally I got it, it stated in the sales literature and instruction manual that it takes up to a 128GB Micro Sim, when I put in a 128GB Micro Sim the camera switched off, then when I switched in on again it stated insert Micro Sim, then I switched it off and on and it stated MEMORY ERROR. I contacted Junsun and was advised that the Dash Camera is unstable with a 128GB Micro Sim, it also would not work on a 64GB Micro Sim. So the Dash Camera does not do what the instructions and user manual states, I want a refund on the camera, Banggood has offered to replace the camera, but they have not taken note of the Email I got from Junsun that it will not support a 128GB Micro Sim as it states in the instructions, I need a large sim card in the camera, that is why I bought it, Banggood asked me to get the costs of returning the camera to them for repair, I sent them the price, and they keep asking for the price, I told them I do not want it repaired, it does not do what it states on the instructions, and Junsun have admitted it does not support a 128GB Sim Card. I Would not recommend buying anything from Banggood.

I am the victim of a banggood site scam from their affiliate program. I set up a website to publish Banggood specials offers, to get paid through their affiliate program. Once my registration was made, I had access from a certain MarietteSu to a shared file updated daily and that allowed me to publish every day new offers on my site. I worked hardly, more than 12 hours a day, 7 days a week for almost 2 months. The audience of my website increased significantly. I invested continually in the development of my website to make it more attractive. I accumulated more than 40,000 affiliation points, a potential salary of US$4000... And then, one day, recently, my account was suddenly locked, impossible to access to my orders and worse still to my gains of affiliations. I ask for an explanation, but I never had any answer, no explanation, nothing a total silence. I found evidence from other people who have suffered the same kind of mishap, some of them accused of "displaced attitude" without any evidence or explanation. I'm revolted, I invested a lot of money and time. I start an awareness campaign on social networks to denounce this kind of scam and these brutal methods of denigration, banishment and exclusion. I know that I'm nothing for this Banggood company but that doesn't give them the right to treat people with total disregard and disrespect.

Extremely dissatisfied with the service!
When you are paid for a service that you are unable to provide, you must refund your client! Instead, you send silly scripts and don't even answer my questions and ignore my requests.
You should invest in better scripting and also train your HD to answer your clients' questions and address their concerns.
I placed an order in July and paid for priority shipping.
This took forever to deliver... PARTIALLY! Because the main thing I'm after is still somewhere with customs!!!

My order never arrived, it's been 5 months now and I still don't have a refund. The Client Service said they will come back to me within 3 days but it's been a week and I haven't heard from them.
Really unhappy and don't recommend this site.
