I was given a payoff quote and after our insurance company paid off the FULL amount owed, they still charged me a monthly charge. Then they wouldn't answer their phones, or respond to me. I had to call the manager Venecia who was aggressively rude, she explained that if she runs the amortization for our account, it will show that they took a loss and she will charge me MORE without my authorization... this is the most unethical financing company I have worked with. I also had to ask the manager to lower her voice multiple times.. BUYER BEWARE.

If you like paying 80K for a 30K piece of equipment-this is the company for you. I have had 3 leases, EVERY SINGLE one NEVER had a late payment. The last lease was written without the $1 buyout that our other two had. I signed thinking this was the same lease as the other two, it was not. I am now stuck in a lease that seems to have no end, and I am paying three times what it is worth. As soon as I refinance this with another company, I am done. But I just want to warn all that you need to read EVERY single bit of fine print. They have no problem writing terrible leases with people and ripping them off-NONE what so ever!!!

Marcello at Balboa has handled our equipment leasing over the past 2 years and I could not be happier with the service. I have used other leasing companies in the past and there is no comparison between both the service we receive and low costs of doing business. When Balboa first received our business they were one in 5 companies providing us with equipment financing. Today they are the only company we use.
